Shoal Lake Home Hardware

So glad I made the trip to shoal Lake hardware. Not only did they have the actual product I was looking for which I couldn't get in my own town strathclair coop. But I also found they sell premium furnace filters at a quarter of the price I have had to pay in strathclair. Premium filters in Strath are $27 for ONE. I couldn't believe I could buy a two pack for less than half of what strathclair is selling for the premium air filters!
I thought I guess I can't afford to breathe clean air anymore. But thanks to the remarkable prices at shoal lake hardware store I purchased the product I needed plus plants plus air filters and they even helped me replace my battery for my car remote. So I spent over 4x my intended purchase plan. Thank you for the great staff that laughed along side me with my car fiasco entertainment this morning. I felt like these are people I can trust with my money. It's worth the trip to leave strathclair to go here for sure. Thanks so much you guys! QUALITY OF LIFE JUST WENT UP. ILL BE BACK SOME MORE!

Great Staff and Management. Excellent customer service and there is a great selection in the store! We've picked up plants from the greenhouse in the spring and they have a great selection of what you need!

I am so thankful for this great store! The staff have not just offered excellent help through their product knowledge, but actually gave me solutions to projects in my home that I couldn't figure out. Their prices are competitive. I've also purchased their store brand (Radley) yard equipment and have been really pleased. Support this great store full of great people!

The staff and management are always very friendly and extremely helpful. Even during COVID-19 they went above and beyond every time to accommodate. They set the bar high in regards to customer service.
