You have a massive sign seen from everywhere saying "open until 12am" just to have a tiny sign on the door that you need to be within 10 feet from to see you're only open until 10pm.

Asked pharmacist for assistance with OTC products 10 ft away and explained I was vision impaired Ed. Rather than walk 10 ft over and help me she said she would call for merchandiser assistance. Too arrogant to lower herself to such a menial task. Errible service

Long wait at the pharmacy but that's kinda expected during cold and flu season. They said 45 minutes, they delivered in 45 minutes.

I have been shopping here, minimum once a week for over 9 YEARS! Today I’ve decided to acknowledge the security guard who works Saturday mornings starting at 8am. He wears glasses and has short black hair. I have approached him before (and video recorded our interaction), about him constantly profiling me and following me around the store. I have never been made to feel so utterly uncomfortable at a place I frequently spend my hard earned money at, as the way I’m made to feel every shopping experience I have at this location while he is working. It’s unfortunate there isn’t a closer shoppers drugmart, or I would obviously go to a different location, but alas, this is the one most convenient for me. Since my video recorded interaction where I asked him why he was profiling me, and what it was about me that makes me look like some sort of criminal or deviant, (which he denied), he’s now taken to taking notations of every time I enter and exit the store. I have also documented this, as I took notice of this several months ago, as well as documented how he DOESN’T do this to other folks who enter and exit the store. I have clearly been singled out, and I find this to be grossly discriminating. Someone needs to do something about this security guard before I submit the documentation of my video recording, (which illustrates, quite clearly, him targeting and profiling ME specifically out of a store full of shoppers, and it also completely disarms the excuse he used in his attempts to deny and deflect this behaviour) as well as the documentation of the specific targeting of myself over other patrons of this establishment, to organizations who can do something about the discrimination I’m experiencing. Other security guards are totally fine with me, in fact, I have a rapport with one of the guards named “Renee”. This individual is subjecting me to discriminatory and prejudicial treatment, and I will not tolerate it any longer. Management, you need to reply to this review.

Pharmacist very unhelpful. Would not recommend. Something that is very simple to do makes it very difficult as well as imposing a fee. Just came from another shoppers and they were going to do it no problem just the computer was down.

Was left on hold for an extended period. But was able to get through to the FSM. He was very pleasant and acted swiftly on my inquiry.

This is the worst shopper's location. The pharmacy staff is ultra-rude every time, they messed up and we ran out of antibiotics like 5 days early one time (we dosed it correctly), plus they advertise walk-in flu shots then give you attitude and tell you they DON'T TAKE WALK-INS even though there was not a single person waiting in the wait area for anything. And they refuse to sell Isopropyl.

What an absolutely horrible pharmacist I dealt with today. Winnie was so rude and un-accommodating. I do not use this pharmacy and never will after dealing with her. Zero stars for her and a pharmacy that keeps staff like that.

Whatever security company they use is awful. I saw some puffed up guy in a tac vest harassing a woman, accusing her of stealing, even though he refused to check the cameras. He forcibly went through her things (finding nothing), all the while making extremely disrespectful comments directed at her. The woman was indigenous, and the security guard white. Shameful. Eventually he said she could go. What a pathetic excuse for a human being, a power tripping racist mall cop.

I never review places but I had a very upsetting interaction with one pharmacist yesterday and I don't want anyone to go through that. I have long been dissatisfied with this place because they seem understaffed but yesterday I was talked down to, interrupted, scolded, and there was no attempt to understand what the situation was and what I was needing. It was really upsetting. I get that they are busy but there is a real power difference between health care workers and patients, and there needs to be recognition of that and an attempt to at least attempt to help or exhibit some kindness. I ended up crying on the phone, it was awful. I am finally going to a different pharmacy from now on, it was unprofessional and honestly mean!

Besides that, I always have to follow up several times to ensure that my prescription is actually filled. Many times my meds have not been ready when they were supposed to be and it has messed up my whole day because of the side effects of not taking them in time or having to miss a day.

If they say “15 minutes” it really means an hour to two hours wait. Be prepared to speak to rude staff who do not explain what your medication is or how to use it.

Absolute worst Shoppers in the city. Staff are not helpful and are rude. The pharmacy has been absolutely abismal for the time that I've used it and never have prescriptions ready when they say they will be ready. If I could give it no stars as a rating, I would, but because that isn't an option, you get 1.

Worst pharmacy ever. Rude staff. Asked if my son could pick up my prescriptions, guy who answered asked if it narcotics then proceeded to interrogate me with rude responses. It's close to home so reluctantly using it after surgery. Last time i used them asked to pick up my prescriptions at noon when I called at 9am they had 3 hours to prepare them they were not ready still. The shoppers I use in winnipeg square 10 times busier and they are always professional and have your meds done quickly. 0 stars for this subpar ghetto pharmacy
