The staff in the Pharmacy are the best people I have ever met. They are so kind and helpful, and always will ing to go up and beyond to look after their clients. Thank you all.

I was buying coffee no limit to how many i can get but “sale price” limit to 4 and cashier wont sell it to me. While on the other hand she just let a lady out with a bag full of groceries without even paying and said “oh well what can we do”.

I was there with my brother this morning- he went in first- when I came in I saw a women manager indicating to another worker to follow my brother around while he was shopping. Was quite sad to see that - please don’t assume people are there to steal just based on race.

The team at the pharmacy are absolutely awful and appear to have 18 year olds in street clothes working behind the counter

Says it's open but I haven't been able to get in the last 2 days and I can't find out why

Well, most of the times I visit this shoppers as it is near to my work place. I just got out of it after buying some stuff and getting my bus pass recharged and Linda (a native woman), one of the customer service representatives was rude as hell. She doesn’t know how to talk and even after I told both Linda and Lee Ann that this was not the customer service I expected, Linda said, “Oh God” and went inside as if I asked for a favour. It is her duty to be nice to the customers. If she cannot do that, she should consider leaving her job.

Recently, I had many challenges to getting prescriptions filled at my new Pharmacy after moving to St Vital, my wife and I had several years with Shoppers wt Roslyn and Osborne and were always very happy with the service, however, it only took one failed experience to make the choice to return to our old pharmacy, and this weekend in particular, Hillary made a crucial save for me as an a prescription did not make it to them, but she saved the day with a way to get my prescription. Hillary and the staff at Shoppers on Osborne is the BEST.we won't go any where else. Thank you Hillary!

Here's the racist security guard, yall wouldn't even have a job if it wasn't for us

Ronnell provided excellent customer service. Took the time to check if more baby mum mum original products are in stock and provided possible timeframe of next shipment. Very helpful

Don't shop here, security followed me the whole time I was in the store. Was only inside the store for 10-15 minutes and followed me the whole time. Was extremely uncomfortable environment to shop in

I had no problem for years but the last few months the pharmacy has really been dropping the ball.

Went there to buy perfume the beauty specialist Angela helped me a picking up the perfect one.
She was so nice and patient as it looks for long time to finally decide on the one

I got profiled and my VERY old brush was stolen and so was my 4 week old umbrella cause I used the wrong self checkout and was told it was closed AFTER a wh! Te SECURITY GUARD was following me around because I'm indigenous. Then a short woman came up to him and said I stole I did not, I had a receipt for leg protectors YES I was holding a store brush but I left it in the self check out they did not bother checking the cameras I was embarrassed and confused. Not coming back there again THAT guard is fired TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL

They keep hanging up on me and I cannot access my life or death medication because they literally won’t let me refill it
This has been happening for over a week
I have contacted customer service in hopes of gaining access to my meds
They were unable to reach this location
This is not at all accessible for disabled individuals as they must now find a way to physically go to store

In the past, I wrote a negative review of an employee at the post office at this location, and it was pretty over the top. Everyone who works here is polite as they can be. It's a great location for sure.

Life brand Melatonin is about $12 minty flavored and I think you can get Clear Eyes for around $6 or $7.

Staff and Security guards always make me feel very insecure and uneasy. They really do racial profile here. Definitely expect micro-aggressions here if you're native.

Not from all the staff, there is only one member who doesn't display any racist tendencies.

Went to redeem lottery tickets 2 or 3 years ago on Christmas and the cashier was so incredibly rude when she said I couldn't do that because the machine was shut down for the holiday, which I didn't know up until that point when she told me. She was saying in a nasty tone "it's closed on Christmas so I'm not sure why you think you can do that". She could have been much nicer about it but she was not and so that's why this place gets a 1 star review from me.

I may as well jump on the band wagon too. You have recently hired the worse manager in the City of Winnipeg. 75% of your workforce in that store is the rudest I have ever seen. Also get the Pepsi issue resolved, none for a week. Hate the store!

Atrocious behavior. I, and other customers were being assaulted by a woman wielding a pick axe/clawed hammer like weapon in their parking lot. The staff were fully aware of the situation and 1. Did not phone the police. 2. Did not warn customers leaving the store that this person was waiting to attack them. 3. Did not lock the doors to keep the customers escaping her safe, stating "we don't want to lose our jobs. If we lock the doors, we might get fired". Like, thanks, those people might lose their lives, but you keep on ringing people through the till. Clearly these small purchases are more important to this location than people's lives.

One of the women being carjacked ran into the store bleeding, and they did nothing to help her. No one expects staff to jump in and be heros. But to be aware that that is happening on YOUR property, and do NOTHING to ensure people in your store are made aware of the situation is frankly gross, extremely unprofessional, and frankly greedy. I now have 8 pickaxe sized holes in my driver side window, and am covered in broken glass. Thanks for the warning Shoppers, you should be ashamed.

No longer open 24 hours a day. Useless. Overpriced anyways. And the rude lady cashier always made shopping suck.

This is a good Shoppers, it's pretty large and I love that they have self checkouts which makes it a super quick stop. It can attract some weird people but that is the nature of Osborne and staff are quick to deal with any issues.

Very rude lady at the till and it took forever. They need to get rid of the self-checkout machines and put people back on the till

This is a good Shoppers. The late night/early morning staff are great, especially the red-head Jovanka. The younger female night cashiers (l can’t remember their names are quite rude). I hope you never encounter these girls while there’s a shift change. You will incur the wrath of the employee who finished her shift Could care less about anything else.
