The worst customer service is in the pharmacy. The young pharmacist with a beard has attitude. He makes you feel like your a burden that he had to provide service. I had to leave after 10 minutes of waiting and no acknowledgement or concern to greet me at the front. He was working alone and no customers were in line. Please provide better staff or I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Incompetent management and owner who treat customers like garbage, would hate to see how they treat their staff. Sale items are routinely not available any more, pricing is wrong during just about every visit and don't even try to get a passport here in the evening as I've come twice and been told no ones trained on shift, ended up going to a different retailer and getting it done for cheaper and on the spot.
This store looks sad and pathetic during every visit, always amazed people still shop here given the rudeness of most of the staff and limited quantities (if any) of advertised items. Moved my prescriptions out of here to Safeway a while back and have never been happier and suggest others do so as well as the dispensing fees are less and you don't need to deal with the snobby pharmacy staff. This place needs a complete overhaul from the top down management wise as it's killing your "brand".
And no Shoppers I don't want to call your "help line" again. Last time I called I encountered someone whom I couldn't understand and it just resulted in yet another poor experience

It’s an okay shoppers, pharmacy staff can be really rude sometimes and you feel EXTREMELY judged, cosmetics staff is usually really good!

Staff abandoned the checkout line when the till crashed. Another who was stocking shelves looked inconvenienced when asked if she would open another checkout. She told us to use self checkout but unfortunately for her we needed bus tickets so she actually had to come over and do something.
Customer service isn't a priority here.

This is a very nice location. The staff is helpful and takes their time to explain products and reccomend products when asked to. The beauty department staff helps us and makes sure we are getting the best deal.

Went to pharmacy at 02: 30 pm August 22 Roblin blvd, for children's Tylenol. First gentleman told me to go stand under the 3 lights and someone would assist me so I did. There is a 4 mo back order on kids Tylenol. To keep this short, the young lady was in a rotton mood and took her frustrations out on me. I walked away in disgust. Hope your boss has a chat with you Missy!

Goodness is still out there.

Today I noticed the tell tale signs of a bladder infection. I used to get them a lot so I knew right away. I noticed the Pharmacy close to my work had a sign last week letting people know that they are now authorized to prescribe medications for UTIs. I went down and got my script for said infection, and having 2 benefits cards, myself and the pharmacist figured it would be no charge, which is great because I over spent this week and pay day is tmr.
When I went to pick up the medication there was still a charge because there was an issue with my Blue Cross. When I told the pharmacist I would be back 1st thing in the morning I didn't have the cash to cover it this evening he did, to me, the unthinkable.

He took 2 pills from my bottle and placed them in a separate bottle and told me, you're better off starting your treatment right away. Start your medication tonight because you should see relief within 72 hours.

I was shocked! They were so caring and kind and non judgemental and only cared about my well being. From this day forward I will ONLY go to this Pharmacist, no matter how much I have to travel.

As much as I would never want to cost anybody their means of putting food on the table, some of these employees need to be better trained at their job. I went in for passport photos a month back, and was hoping for a quick and professional service. First off, I had to ask the associate where to store my jacket for the duration of my photos, and ended up having to awkwardly dump my outerwear and belongings on the floor as they had no coatrack. The employee offered me no alternative, and I felt uncomfortable sitting there while my stuff was scattered on the ground. She snapped my photo, and went ahead to print it out without giving me the option to see it beforehand. My hair was sticking up, and I looked "unprepared" in the photo (probably because I felt rushed). I've never heard of a portrait service that prints out your photos before allowing you to see and approve the picture on the camera. I ended up paying for the copies she printed, and went to another location where I was served with much more care and dignity. I wish I had stuck up for myself in that moment, as I absolutely do not feel I should have paid for photos that I was not offered to see beforehand.

This store hires a lot of teenagers who have horrible customer service and seem to not care about working in general. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and well managed, always quick and keep you up to date on your prescription. Besides the front store staff, they usually keep the store staff well stocked and clean.
