Shoppers Drug Mart

I have a VERY serious complaint! COUNT YOUR DRUGS! They didn't give me all my medication. I have m.s it has been 6 years and I have never had a problem with any pharmacy untill I used this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Had the worst experience ever. Alina their cashier called the superior unfortunately I don’t remember the name, started making gestures at me and my family, looking out towards my vehicle and again pointing out me and my mother talking about us. My dad bought 2 cans of milk and went out in the vehicle. My turn I had 2 more cans of milk along with some other stuffs, upon my moms requests for seniors discount didn’t gave any discounts and not even acknowledged her, I was about to go and ask but supervisor furiously comes to me saying you did not get the discount coz your dad already bought 2 cans of milk. They get paid to keep an eye on customers vehicle who gets out and in, treated us as if we were thieves, started abusing me saying I am abusing seniors discount, asking me to show my ID and prove that me and my parents does not live at same address, also suggesting me to go to superstore to buy milk, basically abusing me based on my skin color. This is bullying hope KARMA put those girls in same situation as me and make them feel like thieves. Please be respectful to your customers. I am not hurt that I was not allowed to buy with discount but more hurt as I definitely felt discriminated just because of my color.

The Canada Post in the store didn't even ask for ID when picking up package the 1 star is for Canada Post shoppers drug mart is **** 4 star good store

I found 2 pills cut in half and one quarter piece in my bottle of baclefen and my perception was still short! Shame on you shoppers drug mart! Lost my business and to the owner don't send me the same response that you give everyone, "we care" call 1800 already called and it gets you know where and you people don't care about anything but money

I wouldn't bring my grandkids to this location. They have a magazine rack upon entering that is hard to miss and its loaded with adult magazines! Bad on you Shoppers Drug Mart! I'll be avoiding it myself in the future! We went to get a prescription filled and it's a 2 hour wait!

This place is great, they’re on top of the people who have intentions of stealing. The manager is easy to get along with and the staff is amazing. The Post office staff there is quick and really know their stuff and the pharmacy staff are really nice.

I usually see bad reviews, but I assume that is from the people who got caught stealing.

My advice: Don’t steal from these guys and they’ll treat you with the respect you want.

Go to any other store, have nearly monthly issues picking up prescriptions. I've been overcharged and had them not go through my benefits and them tell me they weren't on file 2 weeks after having a script picked up and run through no problem, I personally feel like they trying to make extra money.

Staff is beyond snotty and rude. As you can see in many of the other reviews. Been going to this store for years. In all those years I’ve never experienced such terrible judgmental immature staff. They follow you around making you feel like your doing somthing wrong. They asked to check my purse and there was nothing in it. Then next time they escorted me out! I didn’t even shoplift! If you want to be harassed or helped by immature brats especially Christina and Alina. They should learn some manners, or maybe retail is not right for them.

Excellent Pharmacy team! A pharmacist there administered my 2nd shingles vaccine. Within a few minutes, my body had a reaction. The pharmacist sat with me and monitored my symptoms, prepared to take action if needed. Luckily my reaction was mild and passed in several minutes. Thanks pharmacist Arlene, I appreciate your time and care.

Called to get a prescription refill. Pharmacist (East Indian man) started being rude and told me to go else where, so I did!

This is where it gets bad. Last doctor visit he told my doctor he believes I’m SEEKING ILLEGAL and ABUSIVE drugs from other provinces. I did a drug test seriously! I will be speaking to the College of Pharmacy. HIGHLY inappropriate.

By the way- some people DO have mental illnesses such as depression, extreme pain, anxiety, PTSD, etc. YOU should not be in the profession and judge individuals for prescription needs- you’re not a doctor!

Had an good time shopping here, was able to find everything I was looking for no problem and the Pharmacy & Staff are amazing! Super knowledgeable.

Excellent staff, great service and large variety of products available. The store is always clean and well organized and easy to navigate.

It's a REAL challenge for this pharmacy to get medications delivered on time. I am going to a better pharmacy from now on that is locally owned on 18th Street. The inconsistencies of this pharmacy to simply get medications to me on time is beyond ridiculous.
