I have been going to Shoppers Drug Mart for my prescriptions (first on Victoria, then to The one in the mall) ever since Brown’s drugstore shut down on Rosser Avenue. I have been a very loyal customer for many years. With many invisible illnesses And previous stroke, I get a blister pack.
On this particular day I was missing one week of pills and phoned shoppers drug Mart-spoke to pharmacy assistant. She said there was nothing they could do. The next day I spoke to Glenda The owner and head pharmacist, and her response was “ i’m sorry but I didn’t take your call. ” I need my pills every day and that is so unprofessional! We are treated just like a number despite our loyalty here! My husband and I both pulled our prescriptions and transferred it over to a different pharmacy. It turns out shoppers drug Mart has the highest dispensary fees in all of Canada!

I usually shop at Shoppers Drug Mart on Thursday since 20% off for Seniors & get points which later can be redeemed to reduce the cost.
