Shoppers Drug Mart

Pharmacy is in the shopper, they are awful, they didn’t know how to deal with people and kind of racist people who working in pharmacy. They made three times mistake with my prescription and when I phoned them, ask about the prescription and that women started doing argument's over the phone, she was saying it not our fault it’s your fault you didn’t tell us. I am done with this pharmacy. I am giving advice it’s better change your pharmacy somewhere better, this is best way they can learn, how to respect customers.

Before different people I don't get all my meds n my meds where always always ready when the nice lady with piercing was there they where ready always no problems but now so frustrating.

Horrible customer service. On hold for over 45 minutes to talk to the pharmacy. Had to hang up because they had closed. How can close when you s line on hold.

The few staff left at shoppers are nice. The biggest issue is having a pharmacy that doesn't let you know prescriptions have run out of refill.instead of working with you, they treat you like some drug addict.
Some of the people coming inside also cause quite a few issues.

Just had a prescription filled there and when I got home, it was the wrong medication. Went back and got attitude, including the Pharmacist shaking his head like it was no big deal. Lodged a complaint to the Pharmacutical Assoc.of MB.

As an international student peggo card is very important. I loaded my peggo card last August 27 for a semestral offer amounting to 293. Idealy, I am expecting to use my card until the end of December without any idea that it would expire in just a Month. Unfortunately, I don’t keep my receipt which is a partial mistake on my side.

I ended up loading my peggo again for a week, while waiting my concern to be resolved.

It’s not my fault anymore if they loaded it Monthly. The fact that I paid the semestral amount means that I could use my card until the end of December.

Do not go here. The pharamacy is so disrespect to my family and other customers. They walk away without telling you anything and say after, why you still standing there. Well im waiting for a response. And they also took over 2 months to refill my mothers medication and kept giving her the run around. Oh come back in 2 hours or come back tomorrow. 5 days in a row and she stopped going. A month k
Later she gets a text, your precription is ready for pick up. Seriously go somewhere like safeway on mountain and mcgregor!

I have mailed many many things to my dad, so I was gonna mail him just one item not anymore then 30 grams of weight, and this lady tried charging me double then what I normally pay. Why can’t these people work the same charge the same, everything changes, the cost, the attitude.the only time I will mail anything is when she’s not there, from India with greasy long hair and glasses

Update: Against my better judgment I went to this location again and I ended up leaving my $160 worth of items at the register because the security guard was physically throwing a woman out of the store and it got very loud as she was yelling in fear. I got so scared I was sick to my stomach and I just lost my sister exactly a week ago so I didn’t want to go out in the first place but I wanted to get my kids Easter goodies. I left the place shaking and nauseous as I already suffer PTSD. I was livid that they went to that extreme to cause a customer so much fear and to cause such a commotion. I left and went to Walmart instead. This place needs an overhaul, immediately!

I’m so tired of the staff and terrible customer service being provided here that I finally left and took mine and my families prescriptions elsewhere, that place needs to be shut down. I only go in an absolute emergency and nothing else. The new cosmetics counter lady kept harassing me and my daughter following us and offering us “free samples” to hide the fact she just wanted keep an eye on us and it’s quite obvious, i’m there every other day and the staff know me, but I still get followed around by the security guard and the make up lady. I knew the free samples was a joke and just a reason to follow us around because when we went to go check out, she didn’t give us anything. This place is not a good place of business. I work in healthcare and make more money than most of the staff but I still get followed no matter how I dress. Very uncomfortable feeling having someone breathing on you that closely when you’re shopping.

After reading some reviews I have not had experience at the pharmacy but I do have to say for the makeup department this is my favourite location I always get help from Jennifer K and she is very knowledgeable, always telling me about the deals and promotions and great service!

What happened to pharmacy phone? I called multiple times and call will just suddenly stop so I never reach the pharmacy team to refill my prescription. POOR PHARMACY SERVICE! PLEASE CHANGE MANAGEMENT!

Awful service on the pharmacys part terrible customer service, security is helpful and professional, on the other hand the pharmacist does not allow you to have your own opinion you get belittled it's very discriminating and embarrassing to be treated so poorly I can see the other reviews just like mine it says 22 reviews on the pharmacy yikes! They said they will fix it but unfortunately still the same would NOT recommend

The lady at the check out was very helpful with my things and I found said thing fairly easy too.

My prescription to treat my ADHD symptoms ran out this morning (Friday) and they EXPECT me to go the WHOLE WEEKEND unmedicated on what is probably one of the busiest weekends I've had in a while. What were to happen if I had a life threatening illness THAT REQUIRED ME TO TAKE DAILY MEDICATION? AND MISSING A DAY WOULD RESULT IN POSSIBLE DEATH. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Called in the morning got my Prescription sent in 9: 00 it's now 3: 00pm still not Ready.

Nobody answering the phone to let people know when there prescription ready.

Something needs to happen and fast need different folks

Security guard will follow around people of colour and make them empty out their pockets. Witnessed this tonight, regret not stepping up. This seems to be a common occurrence at this store. They weren't doing anything, they were shopping! It is not ok to make a customer empty out their pockets and purses!

Several times I have gone to the location after 10pm. Despite the store door and the giant sign that says "Open till Midnight" it is closed. Oh, but you come online and it says open til 10 there. Get it together and properly indicate your hours.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for the past 6 months and have had nothing but awful customer service, prescriptions consistently filled late and always waiting unnecessarily long periods of time just for them to print a prescription label…I’ve given them so much business as well since my child gets his formula & medication filled here too. The older pharmacist is no help either, he’s raised his voice multiple times when all I’ve asked is how much longer I’d have to wait. Will be switching pharmacy’s shortly.

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I brought in a prescription which they said would fill by the afternoon. I came in later in the evening and they said they hadn’t filled it yet and I should wait ten minutes. I waited 30 minutes and after speaking with the pharmacist a couple of times to see what was going on they admitted they didn’t have any of the medication I needed in stock. They asked me where I wanted it if they could transfer it to another shoppers and I said yes. I called the shoppers they transferred it to the next day and they said the pharmacist at redwood and main had not sent them the prescription. I will never use this pharmacy again. Completely incompetent.
