Honestly, how is this pharmacy so bad? My doctor will send them a prescription and 8 hours later they have done nothing with it (and won’t unless you call them). Several times it’s taken days to refill a prescription

Some how it takes 2 hours to pull a box off a shelf to (and not medication)

They only ever have self checkout open and if there's any kind of error or mistake it's almost impossible to find someone to help you, and if you do find someone they are rude and literally move as slow as they possibly can. This store single handedly kills my mood every time I enter it.

I had a great experience with Pharmacist Dushyant when I went for my vaccine recently. Even though I was late, he gave excellent service by explaining everything about the vaccination process, possible reactions, and how to handle them. His detailed guidance and friendly attitude made the whole experience easy and comforting. I value his commitment to making sure patients know what to expect and feel at ease during vaccinations.

The pharmacist (Dushyant) is incredibly unprofessional and needs to have his licensing looked into. He talks down to patients and will literally argue with you. I have had 2 very disturbing occasions where I had to bring a third party in to advocate for myself as he was being disrespectful and demeaning and was bordering on shouting. This individual NEEDS to be talked to about this as this is no way to treat your clients.

The staff is very friendly and knowlegable. The pharmacist always answers my questions in a prompt and through manner. Best pharmacy ive been to thus far. Keep up the good work team!

Today 26 December, i went to the pharmacy for flue shots. On site it says walkins. When i went there the guy who was at pharmacy he said we don’t accept walkins and book appointment. Then i book appointment, when i went there again he said sorry i cannot give you shot i am busy. He was very rude. I don’t no why they hire such a bad pharmacist. Very bad experience.

Worst pharmacist I have ever dealt with, he was so rude, I will never fill a prescription there ever again. It’s a shame the shoppers will allow this type of customer service bring down the entire store…

Cosmetics staff are the best.
Very helpful and friendly.
Even if you don't shop in cosmetics the one lady who's been there for years always says, Hi and if she can help with something.
Love the two faced mascara.
