Shoppers Drug Mart

Love this pharmacy! Recently had my prescriptions transferred and the new place is not as organized. They told me one prescription was out and I needed my doctor to refill. Called back to shoppers on Pembina and point and they refilled it same day!

I recently changed my glucose meter and had a new prescription for strips sent to the pharmacy. A few days later the pharmacy texted me saying the prescription was ready for pickup. I picked up the prescription but didn’t open the bag until a couple of days later. They had supplied the wrong strips for my new meter. When I went back to the pharmacy I was told by Christine one of the pharmacists she could refund or exchange for the correct strips.

I’ve been a customer at this pharmacy for around 20 years. This is my first bad experience but it will be the last I’m moving to another pharmacy.

Shoppers pharmacists are courteous and efficient. They graciously answer any questions I have with expert advice or information.

I have been shopping there for over 10 years use to love going there 3 or 4 times a week. About month ago a new lady was working in the make up department and she followed me around every where I went. As result I didn't end up buying half the items I wanted she made me so uncomfortable. Last night my son who was racially profiled and followed around by security the guy was constantly right beside him. Will not shop there again.

I have been to this location several times recently on my lunch break at work.

The staff are friendly, and helpful.

Will make more visits to this Shopper's location.

The last week I have to buy a present and chose Shoppers to do it, mistake.
At the store, the lady who works there was doing her business when I was trying to discover the prices of the perfumes. Long story short, the experience for me was awful.the service the worse.
Terrible actitud, long faces, complaints for show the stock or reopen the exhibit.
I was very hurry and just in my mind I was measuring my bad experience versus the time expended.
Finally, I expended more than a $100 in there but I swear never come back and buy there.

I came for a photo. The lady working as a cashier said she has no time for the photo. If you do not provide the service why don’t you write- WE DON’T DO PHOTOS UNTIL 11 am.

It’s like I need to book an appointment to take a photo. She asked me to come back. Like really. Do you think I have nothing more to do than waiting for appointments for a picture. Come on SHOPPERS your staff are better than this.

Moved from another province, no problem at all, employee was happy to reach out to my Dr and made sure I was able to get my prescription as soon as possible, 100% will be back!

I found what I was looking for but no one greeted me, all the associates just stared at me while I was at the checkout desk. Eventually someone came up to ring me through but she was very rude. Once my payment had gone through she said "We're good", and very quickly turned and walked away instead of saying thank you or have a good day. In fact, I had to wish her a good day and from far away she finally said it. I get it, I hate my life too. I also work in retail. But dang lady I ain't done nothing to you?

Be prepared to be racially profiled when you come to this location. I have already called the Shoppers Customer Care Line, please address this issue.

Not much of a selection on anything. I was looking for a facial wash and moisturizer, both clerks were down the aisle sitting on boxes chatting. Not once did they come over to ask if I needed help. So I left.

Himanshi makwana helped me in locating products in beauty section of store saved me time and great service.

This location offers great customer service!

Olga Milljour from cosmetics convinced me to buy new fragrances by simply welcoming me at the entrance. She is a very experienced cosmetics expert and made my shopping experience amazing.

Will come back because of her.
