The full recliner seats are great and very roomy. Lots of space in front and behind so don't have to worry about anyone kicking your chair from behind.

Went to the movies to see the new “Migration” movie and paid $30 to sit in D-Box. The seats did not work the entire movie and when we left half way through to ask why they weren’t working one of the ladies told us that we would get a refund at the end of the movie. When the end of the movie came, we went to get our refund and all we got were 2 vouchers that expire in 4 months. Absolutely ridiculous especially after paying $30 for non-working seats.

I used to work here years ago, staff are pretty rude, there was this one manager named Bill, he was very full of himself. They don’t treat you nice

Normally we would go to a different theatre but with the addition of recliners we have it a try and we were disappointed with everything except the movie. The concession worker was incredibly slow, and the supervisor was around but did not seem to care/notice that she was struggling with the regular order and to ring in a popcorn tin they had for sale. We asked for extra popcorn salt, an ordinary request we make, she looked at it then just told us no for no particular reason. She was also annoyed when we asked for layered butter not just the pre prepared bag of popcorn sitting in the warmer. We also went to outtakes and stood there for close to five minutes before anyone even came out to take an order (no one else was there so it’s not like they were preparing other orders) we then take all our things and have to stand at the unattended ticket booth. Again the worker wasn’t helping another customer just not doing their job. Go and find our seats, movie starts and they don’t even turn the lights off. Multiple people left their seats to ask why. They were turned off eventually but then not on at the end of the show. About 15 minutes after the movie started about ten people made their way in, standing in front of everyone, running up and down stairs, which kept happening through the movie. No one was leaving for the bathroom just playing musical chairs. No one came in to intervene. Cherry on the sundae was the arcade, several games were not working (no out of service signs posted) when we informed the attendant we were told “oh we’re aware” then proceeded to still not post signs on the not working games. Will not be coming back here even if it’s the closest theatre.

I love this theatre. Staff is amazing. It's not okay that men customers come into the female washrooms though.

So glad to see Silver city St. Vital has the fancy recliner seats now. Major upgrade for sure.
To me, Siver City has the better A/V experience over most of the other theaters in Winnipeg.

Very disappointing experience interacting with the management. Their lack of ability to think logically is quite astonishing.
Thank you SilvetCity St Vital for reminding me why I prefer streaming.

Just wish you could still have walk up to. Buy tickets not making it easy to prebuy tickets.since covid makin it hard

A lovely place by all standards. We love going there as well as playing games at escape. Good adherence to infection control practices.

Seats were recliner seats. It's a great environment.actually talked to the manager as he was near our line that we were in for popcorn and he was a very positive guy who was very helpful.

Absolutely amazing. The staff was so helpful and nice- gave us a refund and was very kind.

Good times at the arcade. Most games working only a few not which is pretty good. Nice and clean too.

The movie viewing is completely fine. Good picture, sound, seating etc. As for the upkeep of the theatre, it is mid-par. It can be quite gross at times and it can be clean at times. The arcade is the sad part. Not even 3-4 years ago this arcade was fantastic. Sadly, they let high school kids come in there and slam and screw around with all the games to the point that half of them do not work. It makes the experience much less enjoyable than it used to be. If they had someone monitoring this area and keeping it clean it could be much better.

If i can give no star i would give it. Am still sitting in theatre watching transformers and how come there is no sound like wth. My whole mood is spoiled and we don't know whats going in the movie.

I lost a ring and was having no luck finding it but one of the workers Elena stayed back and helped me look for it and found it wedged in a seat a couple rows down. Thank you Elena!

I had pretty standard experiences with the theatre and I plan on coming more with my kids. Saturday's morning has some cheap kids movies which is really good. The only problem I had was twice while I went to buy popcorn they had special combos for kids with toys but the employees didn't even know they existed, I ended up twice without the toy because they didn't have.

I absolutely loved my experience with having my daughter's birthday here. Everything was handled so perfectly by staff, & my daughter loved it. Thanks for taking care of us & providing such a great time for everyone.

I love going to the movies. I appreciated that I could purchase a specific seat, instead of first-come-first-serve.
Also, the popcorn is always good. For me that's usually the best part of the movies.
