Natalia was great! Very friendly and helpful, offered some tips to better care for my hair and cleaned it up nice just how I wanted.

I like talking, but sadly i'm horrible at it, also I have a hard time relating to hairdressers, so it's usually just quiet and awkward, so I'm not a big fan of haircuts as a result and rarely go, also most people get my hair wrong & its overall usually a bad experience, & leads me to growing my hair out longer than I'd typically prefer until I basically HAVE to get a haircut? Not sure if that makes sense but.

Today oddly enough I enjoyed my experience quite a bit actually & feel like I could actually come back at regular intervals this time.

My hair is also not easy, I'm half italien half metis.but the hairdresser defied the odds, & did a great job, tip well deserved, and knows how to talk to quieter individuals which is really important to me as a customer, which is a lot harder than most people realize, so I'm grateful! I'll be back in a few months if I can free up my schedule
