The studio was recommended to me by my friend who took her baby here. I went to have my child's first lobe piercing done. I inquired about an appointment through email. I received a response within the hour and had an appointment within the next few days. We met with Claire, an absolutely nice person. She had a goodie bag ready for my daughter to give her after. She explained the process before, during, and after. My daughter did not even react at all, and she had earrings in literally 5 minutes, not gonna lie, I was amazed. It has been almost a week, and there no issues with after care. My daughter absolutely love them. Clean place as well, I definitely recommend.

Claire did our little baby girls ears and was AMAZING! Made me and my baby feel great about it especially when I was a wreck about it and nervous! Not only was she amazing then, her earring fell out 3 months later and I couldn’t get it back in and she was amazing and when told about it offered to help put it back in! So HIGHLY recommended! Love them!

Amazing people and service. Claire kept my 5 year old feeling in control every step of the way, asked for permission every step of the way. When it came time to pierce her ears, it was quick and painless. Zero tears, all smiles!

I can not explain how happy we were with the experience my daughter had with Claire while getting her ears pierced. Upon booking, we were given concise directions on what was expected of us when we attended our appointment. There was no second guessing what we were supposed to do; numbing the area of the lobe that was being pierced.

Upon arrival, we were met with warm welcomes and my daughter was completely included in the decision making every step of the way. In fact, once the legalities were taken care of (my identification and health card provided) I took the back seat and let her answer all the questions Kelly and Claire had for her. She chose her earring colours, agreed to the piercings, and even signed her name on the consent form.

My daughter's grandmothers both attended and that was very much encouraged by both Kelly and Claire - "this is a big deal, they are absolutely welcome! " Once we were set up in the piercing room, Claire thoroughly explained the process to us - focusing on my little girl. She asked permission every time that she did something and waited patiently for a response with every questions. This is EXACTLY what bodily autonomy looks like.

Called to ask if by any chance at all there is an appointment available on Saturday for ear piercing. The guy that answered the phone literally laughed at me and said no, that if I wanted an appointment I would’ve had to call months ago. HOW DO I KNOW THAT EXACTLY? ! … extremely ignorant. Thank god there’s no appointments available. Glad to take my business elsewhere. People call for assistance. Not to be laughed at and judged. Complete jerk.

It's really great, my daughter Joy got her ears pierced here, and she likes it very much. Thank you very much! It's very clean, don't have any worries, carefully tell us what to do and how to take care of them afterwards, and even gave the Joy some gifts! That's the difference from getting your ears pierced for free or cheap at a jewelry store! It can make me feel at ease! Coz they are very thoughtful and make everything safe

I was in for my first Tattoo. I saw Kelly for this and he was really good. Patient with all my questions, and reviewed everything with me. I loved that they are really stringent about being clean and sterile there. He gave me the time I needed to go over it all with the stencil to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted. After it was done he said don't hesitate to come back, call or message for absolutely any questions or touch ups. I had a great experience and will go back and also recommend Kelly to others.

I went to go get my ears pierced there you weeks ago and they're feeling amazing right now and they were really professional and they walked me through everything that they were doing so I would totally recommend it for that and I think that the people getting tattoos were were pretty good too so I think overall I'm going into five star rating because I really think it's a very good place completely recommend to anyone who wants to get their ears pierced or getting a tattoo

A lot of mom's recommend this place for piercing your infant's ears. So I decided to try it out myself and get pierced with my daughter. So glad I went, Claire is great with children! Being in the Pink Room added to the experience. I will definitely come back here again for another piercing!

With having a youth that loves piercing, it is so hard to find someone that would be patient with his disability and his many questions. Claire was amazing. My son was so happy, she listened to his questions and made him feel so comfortable and when we left.he was so happy! Thanks again see you in September for his new hoop!

Took my 8 month old daughter to get her ears pierced today. Claire was amazing. The front staff were amazing. Definitely calmed this worried mamas nerves! I think all in all I was there for 10 minutes. Including filling out the forms too.

Brought my 6 year old daughter here for a piercing with Clare. The experience was phenomenal. Right from the time we entered the staff was very welcoming and personable with my wife and I but most importantly, with my daughter. Great attention to detail for cleanliness as soon as we walked in. Very patient while we filled out the paper work. They involved my daughter with signing the paper as well, making her feel very involved with the decision. When we entered the room for the piercing, it was very obvious it was created to comfort children receiving their first piercing. Clare was very thorough in explaining to my daughter what was going to happen and continued to explain at each step and receiving consent from her at every step. When she explained the steps, Clare did it in a way that was clear but not condescending to my 6 year old. After the piercing was done, Clare praised my daughter on how well she did making my daughter very happy and enthusiastic as we left. I could not have asked for a better experience for my daughter. I HIGHLY recommend taking your children here for their piercings. Clare was fantastic and the rest of the staff were just as great. Thank you Clare and Skin Dimensions for the memories!

I love Claire. She is the best piercer I have ever had. She is kind and caring and knows what she is talking about. She will not tell you things to get money out of you she gives you very real professional opinions. I will never go anywhere else again. I recently got my conch pierced and I am in love with it. I have gone to Urban Graffiti with so many bad experiences I will never go back. This is my new go to place.

Took my 9 year old neice with my sister to get her ears done with Claire and was very impressed with her professionalism, clarity and wonderful and comforting personally. She made everyone comfortable and the facilities were absolutely spotlessly clean and well organized. And most importantly my neice left smiling and skipping happily with her cute little gift baggy.:) What a nice experience it was.
