Ashley was the perfect balance in a server. Friendly but not overly familiar. Attentive with out hovering. Carful to correct any mistakes without bringing attention to the problem. Thanks for your great service!

Went with my husband son and a few friends. And we WERE excited to try out the new restaurant In a nut shell, my husband and I got steak and eggs medium rare. Once received it looked like an over cooked fast fry steak ($20.00ea) All of the the 2 pieces of side bacon was burnt except for two of people in our party. We were also served our food and had no cutlery so we all had to wait to eat until the waitress came back to get cutlery. We were not asked how everything was or we would have complained. We will never go back here for breakfast. Over priced for so little portions of food that was not prepared well. Most terrible meal we have ever had, Very disappointing. Next time we will go for breakfast in the city better food and better service.

Very disappointed. Ordered the skillet and it wasn’t even served in a skillet. We we surprised why our food was ready quick. Food was cold, cheese was not melted, Bread was not fresh and cold. Overall small portion for $18. They just put it together without even baking it. Waitress was friendly, but forgot my drink and a portion of our order. If you want a good skillet go to ben and florentine, piping hot and everything is made fresh!

Food was so-so. Typical chain restaurant fare. Portions r off. I've gone there several times thinking maybe the chef was having a bad day, but food was consistently cold & pancakes & waffles were 'tough'. That is shocking because they r a pancake house?

For our most recent restaurant opening in Niverville, this team is coming together! A modern decor and atmosphere; friendly and helpful staff, and the menu has the classics, along with daily specials to offer some great choices!

I’m so disappointed. We were really looking forward to having a smitty’s close by. They took forever to even just take our order. My sons food and mine came 15 mins before my husbands and step sons. My sons fries were cold. We had already waited over 25 mins since we had ordered. I needed to ask for a fork for my salad. Cutlery never came. My husband actually just had to go find one so I could eat actually eat the salad I received after asking them for the fork 10 mins earlier. This is in the top 3 worst restaurant experiences of my life. They weren’t even super full. At no point we’re they over 50% capacity and there were plenty of staff. I really hope they improve for the owners sake. Worst smitty’s experience of our lives.

Was very excited for Smitty's to come to town, unfortunately they did not meet expectations. Restaurant ran out of chicken (two of us were trying to order meals with chicken), one dish was given to us cold and the nachos had very little toppings considering the $20 price tag (ordered beef on top). Will give them another chance and adjust rating accordingly but not a great start.

Super friendly staff. Elise is super great! Clean environment. Food and drinks were good. Definitely will be back!

Smitty’s Niverville is beautiful. Elise, our server was excellent! She made our experience exceptional. Yummy food. Happy for gluten free options. We’ll be back!

Was a very nice place. Lots of big t vs. Service was great and food was served quick and delicious. Can't wait to go back.

Great soft opening. A few snags but that is to be expected on the 1st day. What an absolutely beautiful building.

2nd day open, and wow. The service is amazing, food was fresh and amazing, and everything came in 10 mins from ordering

We did not eat there but we had a couple of drinks in the lounge. Fantastic, friendly staff and service!

This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. Brittney was super friendly. We received our food in a timely manner and the Bellini she made me was the best I've ever had. We'll be back!

Great opening! For the very first day (pre-opening) it was very well run imo. Food was very, very good also! Look forward to many more visits soon. Special thanks to Sarah for taking good care of us.

Was honored to be invited to the soft launch! Although staff is still in training to the new Smittys restaurant, they were all attentive, friendly and accurate. Thanks for the awesome service, Cassandra and Elise! Love the decor! The lounge is huge and beautiful as well.

First visit for breakfast. Our server “Lana” was so friendly. Our food arrived quickly and tasted great. All the staff were busy doing and learning. Duncan came to chat which we enjoyed. Also, there will be a bus to the Bombers games And, the outdoor patio could seat 100 ppl. This restaurant is such a welcome to this limited business town. The only change I would ask is that there be no “kids” allowed in the lounge/bar area.
