Lovely place. Very personal touch. Great smoothies and summer rolls. Only thing is it would be nice if they had acai in a couple of the smoothies.

The smoothies are great and the staff is so friendly, warm and welcoming. The environment is so nice, it’s always an enjoyable visit

My girlfriend and I go every week (sometimes more). We are always met with a warm greeting. Delicious coffee and snacks. No matter what meal or snack you want they got an amazing selection and a delicious flavor!

The chef (possibly owner) came out to make recommendations. Prices were good, prepared quickly and the food was delicious!

Wow! The food was priced extremely well and tasted very fresh. Service was amazing. The lady working there (think it might be owner) was lovely.

Smoothies and beyond is by far my favorite smoothie shop in Winnipeg! For starters, they have so many different varieties of food on their menu! You can get waffles, subs, chili, taco in a bag, smoothies, lemonade, pudding and so much more! The aesthetic is also very welcoming! It's very clean and the staff are always very kind and helpful! There are comfy chairs and tables by the window, so you can sit and enjoy your food! There's books and board games that you can enjoy as well! The food is always prepared in a timely manner and is always super tasty! I would definitely recommend smoothies and beyond to be your next smoothie shop of choice!

What a great little gem in Elmwood. Nice atmosphere, and tasty looking food. Friendly staff, and reasonable prices. I think a great go-to meet up spot in this area!

Fantastic smoothie joint with unbeatable vibes! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles from the amazing owners and a vibrant atmosphere. The menu offered an impressive array of refreshing smoothie options, all made with fresh ingredients. I have tried many menu items, and it all was absolutely delightful—a perfect balance of flavors. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me choose the best option based on my preferences. The seating area was cozy and adorned with colorful decor, creating a relaxing and inviting space to enjoy my drink & food. Overall, a top-notch experience with great vibes and delicious smoothies. This healthy local restaurant is the best. Great service- great menu- great ambiance. I brought my mom and young children here for a healthy snack. The staff are exceptionally welcoming.

Sooo yummy, smoothies are great, Vietnamese coffee is excellent and reminds me of my trip there.would be nice to have some gluten free options but I would go there for the coffee anyway.

Love this place! The owners are so friendly and personable and the food is unreal! I ordered the veggie rolls and peanut sauce through SKIP, as well as a Berry-Hat-Trick smoothie. I haven’t eaten here since high school and it tastes just as delicious and fresh as I remember! Will certainly be dining in next time!

An absolutely delightful experience!

Great ambiance and staff. Special thanks to Susan for making my first visit so memorable. The avocado and pork salad rolls were delicious and very filling. I’m looking forward to sampling everyone of them when I return. I ordered the Lean On Me smoothie and think I may have found my new favourite drink.

Got the chicken ranch wrap (amazing, honestly best I’ve had), shrimp wraps (crunchy, fresh, delicious) and a berry hat trick smoothie ()

Looks like such a cute place to eat and play board games. Stopped in because I was next door at bluebird tattoo. Will definitely go back!

How cute are the owners! Husband and wife team. Both are so friendly and if you ever get to watch them interact, even for a brief moment, it's adorable.
I don't have a picture of my smoothie, Blueberry Bomber. I drank it. I would get it again. Good for any type of weather cause I bought it during the -30 weather.

Ordered lunch for 10 people. Generous portions of delicious food. The power bowls were excellent. Also enjoyed a wonderful smoothie while I was waiting for the order. Warm and cozy atmosphere. Very clean. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff/owners!

Started going here a couple weeks ago! Their smoothies and fresh food is fantastic! Owners are so kind and make you feel like family. I stop in every week, that’s my new routine! Just had their Shrimp rolls and Taco in a Bag. Perfect portions but very filling. Always leave happy and satisfied! Love the Asian inspired food and decore. Everyone has to come here at least once, you won’t regret it!?

Awesome cafe with incredibly kind owners! This is the kind of atmosphere you hope for when you go to an independent business. Very friendly staff, excellent food and drink, a beautiful space, and you can tell they love their community. I can't say enough positive things about it!

I used to work down the street and would come in for lunch about once a week! I love their smoothies, puffed wheat squares, and shrimp rolls. Healthy, fresh and delicious food! The owners are really nice too! Sue is so sweet and always went out of her way to chat with me.

I live so far I haven’t been back since I worked nearby! I wish they had a location in my end of the city. I miss going there for lunch!

I had a smoothie and their avocado wraps for the first time the other day, the smoothie was delicious and so were the wraps. The service was awesome, and it was a very clean establishment. I will definitely be back!

Love this place! I have only tried the smoothies so far and they are very very good. With the exception of the cranberry ones the cranberry juice is a too bit sour for my liking. But all the others ones I had were delicious. On top of that the staff is super friendly and very pleasant toward customers. I love that they are open early especially on Sunday. I will 100% go back. I can't wait to try there food.

They have a large menu with a wide variety of smoothies. They also have delicious wraps and sub sandwiches.

I highly recommend trying the Vietnamese sub wish is always made fresh and is a great value.

The avocadoholic smoothie is also a must try, my personal favorite! They also offer a wide variety of waffles and also have vietnamese coffees.

The owners are also super friendly and welcoming.
They offer take out as well as dine in options.

We really enjoyed the smoothies & the tacos in a bag! Wonderful space and the kids enjoyed having toys available to play with. Can't wait to come back!

Stopped here the other day and grabbed a couple smoothies. We got the mango and the monkey in the middle smoothies. Both were excellent. The salad rolls looked good too. The staff was very friendly and the space was inviting and clean. I will be going back.

Beautifully and simply decorated space in a very unlikely location. Tried the strawberry Banana shake and avocado shake (sorry, don't remember the exact names) and loved them. As a resident of this neighbourhood, I think it's very important to support local small businesses such as this, especially when they have great smoothies! Also, the owners were absolutely wonderful in the few minutes that we spoke. I'll be back a lot and I hope I see a line of customers when I do!

Have picked up from this new neighbourhood restaurant a couple of times now. The decor is simple and very clean. You may not even notice the restaurant driving past the corner of Kimberly and Watt (S/W corner) because they have been waiting 3 months for approval from the City to put up their sign.

Today, I picked up their beef barley soup and some shrimp rolls. The soup was outstanding and the shrimp rolls served with peanut sauce were really tasty and fresh, as well.

They also make smoothies (as the name would suggest). On my first visit to the restaurant I tried a Berry smoothie - tasty!

I hope they get their sign up soon and the neighbourhood supports them. Nice people, good fresh food.
