Best Dessert in Winnipeg! Chocolate cake was moist and Snow obviously amazing!

DON’T I REPEAT DON’T COME HERE!
This place is trash! …. Don’t even bother wasting your money!
1. The price you pay is not worth what you get.
2. The washroom isn’t well kept. Water flow is low
3. Unsanitary. When we arrived the employee was sitting and working on a laptop, when he started working on our food he rinsed his hands briefly and touched our food without gloves.
4. The customer service is non existent. Asked for something to be made differently and all they said was “no”
5. Don’t order the honey bread, the bread they used is stale. For $13 it was a toasted slice of stale bread, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, some whipped cream and honey on top. You can make this at home
We spent $61 and the only okay thing was the mango snow whatever

Good desserts but the maintenance of the shop causes one to wonder if they are planning to shut down soon. The bathroom sink had almost no water flow, a small trickle. The paper towel dispenser is broken with a sign that it is out of order, and a roll of paper towel the counter. Either of those alone would not be of note, but in combination it gives the appearance of not caring, or of general decline. It makes me wonder what else is neglected. The level of neglect is surprising given the demographics of the neighborhood and the expectations of that type of clientele. I would go back as I like the concept and ambience but I wonder if it will still exist in the future.
