Great store to visit for Meats (when on sale). Friendly staff, organized and clean. Will recommend.

Staff isn't the nicest.a few good apples but not enough to change my mind about the place.
Management Staff likes to be rude any chance they get.not my favorite location to go.

In my opinion the location in unicity st James has harder working Staff.and they a bit more friendly

Always good! We love the convenience and the service. The prices of groceries have increased just like the cost of transportation. It all works out I the end.

I needed milk and it's on my way home. They have groceries, produce, bakery, meat department, a deli, RTE meals, dairy, and a pharmacy. Don't do our big shops here so can't comment on prices but I have noticed the often have sales on things.

We go to Sobeys usually for lunch meat and bread. It too bad there isn't a location closer to our house. There used to be one across from Safeway on Burrows and Keewatin. It was great. When it was there we didn't go to Safeway.

Staff does not follow rules that are for customers with covid arrows for ilse and have attitude that it would take longer to stock shelf

Big enough to have most of what I'm looking for but small enough that I don't have to count the steps toward actual exercise.
On a main road and close to the perimeter if you have to drive, large parking lot, other amenities nearby (liquor), clean store, standard layout and enough staff so you're not stuck in line long enough that other customers will feel the need to strike up a conversation.
Certain things could be cheaper so just keep an eye on sales and look online before you make a trip, simple.

I like shopping at Sobeys Rivergrove. I know where everything is. The cashiers are friendly and helpful.

I do notice a lack of low sodium items that I can always find in much small stores.

They are making people lineup in lines a mile long due to Covid. Terrible how they are treating customers.

$24.98 for a six pack of paper towels, they are $4.98 at save on foods on mcphillips, a tub of disinfecting wipes $12.00 seriously, i live across the street from this sobeys and i only stop in for milk, i drive to save on foods its way cheaper, talk about price gouging, they need to stop the gouging as we all have cars in the area and will drive else where, wait till fresh co on henderson highway opens, the store is good for a laugh though, 25 bucks for a six pack paper towels

Decent sobeys the layout of the store is nice I just feel like most grocery stores lately the bakery departments are lacking what they used to a few years back mabe I'm biased because I used to work in a sobeys bakery many years ago I just feel like it's not the same as it was 7,8 years ago

Although they did not have the jelly straws my daughter was looking for.the mgr in the white shirt was super helpful and friendly not only to us but to all his customers. This was impressive in this day and age. Thank you we will be back for sure.

Bought fajitas kit that turned out had a best before date of December 16. Tortillas did not taste right at all!

Love this store always got great produce Brad's Brash the staff or unbelievably friendly will help you find anything you need and the owner is a great guy and always out to help his customers. The last time I was in the store I know the owner was walking around with a cane trying to help a customer

Since the sobeys by my place closed this has been out go to grocery store. Love the selection. This is my go to for lunch meats!

The two staff members I delt with at the deli and hot take away counters were both not happy people. No smiles, no hellos or any attempt at being pleasant or helpful. Pretty disappointed with the non service.

They have good pop, chips, and well it's a grocery market, What else could you expect to find? Haha it's a good store with really friendly and helpful staff. Thanks.

Well I'm not a big fan of being cold.but, the bakery is better then Safeway and the selection is better as well as the deli.

Good grocery store with a lot of positives.
Only downfalls are some items you to need to wait for sales and there is often limited stock of meats & produce.

They didn't have enough staff that could help answer my Questions. Holly in the bakery department was helpful. Selection was slim pickings. Staff was friendly, think the Management team needs to be on the ball better. Been awhile since I have been to a Sobey's Store. They shut down all the stores where I live. Too bad. Oh well. Of the Staff that was there, produce & bakery were friendly, so was the cashier. Lovely smiles, friendly. Team Sobey's Management you get a lower star then your staff. Buy them some good name tags that don't break and fall off. Stop cheaping out. Not happy.

It's ok. The produce isn't the best quality. Staff are nice enough. Nothing special. Honestly I only go here because my husband prefers the meat selection.

A good clean store with good variety. They often have enough check-outs open so that you're not waiting a long time. We've found the bakery staff quite helpful on several occasions to answer questions or help decorate cakes. Lots of parking outside but it can often be quite busy.

Loved their fried chicken, but since it has changed to Southern Fried Chicken it's awful (too spicy)

Things have been moved around a little. Given that walking is difficult for me, I wish they would have put signs near the entrance letting people know right away!

Excellent pharmacy team as of March/19. Very patient and helpful.

Nice selection of meat and seafood as well as natural food sections. I would shop there more if they offered price matching services.

Chris and his staff strive to make your grocery shopping experience as friendly as possible. There is very little turnover in staff, which gives it wonderful feeling of community and closer to a family run establishment.

They like to sell expired meat i have been hear several times and found meat products that have been expired check the dates before you buy

Prices are all over the map on some products. Need to watch your expiry dates on some items. Out of stock quite frequently on much needed groceries.

They have a fresh selection of everything. The young lady who served me didn't seem to want to be there.
