Many items are quite expensive. Bring a coat because with the aggressive air conditioning, you're sure to feel cold! On the other hand, the store is well laid out and it is easy to move around. Check out was quick as they were sufficient staff.

Others. Staff makes you realise you are not white.

Went to LIQUOR STORE EXPRESS. Didn't let me buy for my Dad even though I showed my ID and was using my own credit card. It was a gift from me and I wanted to pick his favorite drink himself and he wasn't carrying his ID on him. Pathetic Security Manager and her behavior was unacceptable. Ruined our evening celebrations. Zero Customer Service skills.

Additionally, I like this Sobeys; the people are really helpful and friendly.
Also, I like small butts.

I like their fresh produce, otherwise everything else is at par with other Sobeys. Prices are at time high.

Sobeys Pharmacy promised ready in 25 minutes and an hour later finally received. First I arrived there after 30 minutes and was told it wasn't quite ready so I stepped aside to allow others to pickup their prescriptions. I received a call from my wife that they phoned her at home to tell her the prescription was ready! All this happened after they had acknowledged that I was sitting there waiting. Only an hour versus the 25 minutes they promised.

Good product and well organized store but some employees are just not as friendly as other sobeys.

Great haven't been there for a long time last 2x someone hit and run my bumper 2 diff cars though over a 4 year period.

I never liked Sobeys cause they charge more $$ for same items you can find cheaply in Walmart or Canadian Superstore.

Usually not as busy as other locations with the self check out. Liquor stores always busy though.

Love the deli and bakery. The produce is usually expensive though compared to other grocery stores but quality is always there. The staff are also incredibly helpful and friendly

I've always had a great experience at Sobeys, good prices as well a large selection!
Definitely will be shopping there again.

Typically Sobeys. Went in for bread and they had bread. Was able to pick up a sub from their deli and it was tasty too.

Good location. Nice clean store, knowledgable, helpful employees. Nice selection, good produce.

Booked Flu shot online for the family. Took the time to fill out all the forms online and have an email confirmation sent out prior to the appointments. Got to the pharmacy and had to fill out paper copies of the forms because they can't/don't know how to retrieve the e-copies. Huge waste of time prepping for this, call ahead to see what is required.the more advanced we get the further behind the times we go.

Post office service is terrible! Lady in here sooo slow and absolutely does't know what to do. She can't even send a registered letter! Don't waist your time and go to different place.

Sobeys seems to be really shrinking up on selection of available goods! Seemingly steering towards only certain brands. It’s a bit disappointing!

I was shopping the other day and when it came to going to the checkout it was chaos. People and carts were everywhere. People didn't know which check out to go to.there was no staff to direct people so that things ran smoothly. It was in the morning and I can't understand why there was only one checkout open.during this pandemic the store should be concentrating on getting people in and out as quickly as possible.

They are doing a major renovation outside Inside was really crowded today but got the same good service and smiles from the employees as usual

I only rated this place with three stars because I find that their prices are not as competitive as they could be. Maybe that's the reason that they are not as busy as outlets like the Superstore.

They need more people working the post office. I had to leave it was taking so long and i had other stuff to do.

The way they set up the deli is simply no good for the patrons! It was a great set up before & they ruined it! One scale can't see the weight or price! Totally not good for the consumer! Cost effective for the company I guess! Who cares about the customers just cut costs! Not right way to serve the people!

Staff that care about you! Everyone is SO accommodating, helpful, patient and kind every single time I come in here, which is frequently.

Special thanks to the store manager Dean for resolving a bizarre confrontation at the deli counter today, and also to the lovely deli counter employees who did everything right and were so kind and wonderful.

Produce is always fresh - And for a smaller Sobey's location they have a great selection of products. The deli is fully stocked like a larger location, and I even managed to find rare items like plantains in the veg Dept today. They also have a great meat department.

Nice shopping experience but look for the sales. If you just buy whatever you'll end up spending way too much compared to SuperStore.

Very few people, cashiers awesome, only two though. But of course even with few people, like five there has to be that one person who can't follow the arrows. Hey I kinda understand.not really!

I have been shopping sobeys for a long time but today was the last time I go there. I was approached by an employee, possibly a manager who informed me I could no longer shop there without a mask. I explained that I am in heart failure and have shortness of breath at the best of times. He seemed only interested in stating the policy although he did say “in some cases there are exceptions “ but didn’t say my case is exempt.
I understand that you must follow the health guidelines but I am very uncomfortable being singled out in front of others and embarrassed like I was. So I have checked out amazon groceries and will be shopping there from now on just as I have turned to them for all my other needs since this foolishness has started.

Needed childrens niquel really bad one night and they were the only one that carried it so late. Saved me and my kids night. Thanks! Oh and the staff is always pretty great.

Staff at the front door and stocking staff are friendly, but the girls at the tills could use some cheering up, and maybe some training on customer service

Disappointed they are being to relaxed with covid -19 protective measures. Also found server at the deli to be very rude today.

We love our neighborhood Sobeys. Just want to take time to say thank you so very much for all you are doing. Very clean and friendly store to shop in. I love the ability to get many of the Fresh Bakery items and enjoy the liquor mart Express from time to time. Stuff for always friendly and energetic to help you in any which way

I find the prices are getting to high. There are so many others to chose from. I only stopped there because they have an item i cant seem to find else where.

Called at 1pm to ask what time post office closing (NY Eve). Was told 5. I asked are you sure. They said yes and hung up on me.

Took a lot of time to come down there. It was CLOSED at 1.

Then I met a women at the bus stop who was also misinformed.

I told the manager, he didn't really care, told me CP makes the hours. Yes but that is why I called ahead of time.

Perhaps they will be bought out by a more competent company. The food here sucks too.

The store had barely anything in stock. Employees were rude and run into you without a single word of apology. Trash store.

It's a medium sized grocery store. Clean, average prices and a reasonable selection. Main draw is the post office and liquor dispenser.

Super fresh deli.always lots to choose from.best place to go when looking to bring food to a party but you dont want to make it yourself.

Other than the loss prevention dude that kept following me around then calling the manager down to check me out as well it was an average experience. Also first experience for some woman with a McD s coffee in her hand begging for change so she could eat in that parking lot. She was in my face before my truck stopped moving. Certainly wouldn't want my elderly mother shopping there. Maybe security should spend some time in the parking lot instead of following the big dude wearing shades.

I bought done flowers for my wife today and it was the most pleasant experience that I have had. Linda, the lady working in the floral department was friendly and helpful.

They bakery is killer. Holy smokes, I’ve bought the in-store baked white bread, Kaiser buns, dinner rolls and Dutch crunch - they are all excellent. I have totally stopped buying bread at superstore, as a result.

Also, they are the only store near by that carries Lucerne Low Fat Vanilla Ice Milk, which is my favourite vanilla ice cream. (Tastes exactly like the 4L Compliments Vanilla Ice Milk they used to sell.)

They also have rotisserie Chipotle chicken which is bloody tasty.

Great place to shop. Probably the best selection of meats and produce prices. Submarine sandwich s made in-store are absolutely the best you can get.
