Front desk Workers rude and disrespectful also they argue to the point and they don't give you a chance to talk also you can't be even three minutes late also if you miss a few appointments the doctor will message and tell you that you no longer a patient

Dr Egan is very caring listens to your concerns gives you a lot of time. Sent me for blood work right away I wish she was accepting new patients. She’s the best!

Came first thing when they open for walk-in and the room just keeps filling up with patients but no one is getting called in to see a doctor. Classic Canadian health care system…

My Doctor is amazing. She alone deserves 5 stars. I have found the front desk staff to be competent and love the pharmacy.

The front desk nurses give you false information and waste your time. Cam in on a Friday after to see the walk in bc I need a doctors note, the one lady says come in tomorrow (Saturday) beore 1pm as we sometimes close hearly. So I show up today at 12 and tells me they're closing. Monday is a holiday so now idk what to do. My family doctor is here as well and I still cannot see my own doctor. What is the point of this place? I am so disappointed. I couldn't help but show disappointment bc I was in disbelief, you wonder why people show anger? It's because reception can't get their policy or stuff straight.

Very hard to understand how a clinic that is full everyday, has walk in availability slots everyday fill up, no available appointments with doctors for over five days have capacity to take on new patients.

I called South Sherbrook Health Centre yesterday on behalf of a client who is transgender, and was told that none of the doctor's were willing to work with this individual, though was not provided a reason. I asked if this was due to "personal values" and the receptionist affirmed "yes. " After taking some time to process this I am appalled, as universal health care means that ALL individuals should be able to receive the health care that they need. It is hard enough to find a doctor right now, and a clinic that advertises that they are taking new patients should not be able to cherry pick based on what makes their doctor's comfortable. As a clinic in our core area in Winnipeg, they should not be further oppressing our community members. I do a lot of systems navigation and I will not be referring clients to this clinic any more. Disappointing to say the least!

Horrible racist staff will make any person of colour wait till they have served every white patient first.

I went to go get my ear and back checked out and Dr Femi asked me the same questions over and over again, he said nothing was wrong with me even though I have a pimple in the concha/antihelix area and it has a bump unlike the other ear. For my back he just suggested it was posture but it’s painful when I sit in chairs and when I lie down. The pain spreads to my left ribs and I’ve tried stretching, sitting up straight but nothing works.
You’d think doctors would be able to help with this but apparently not.
Do better.

I am a new pacient to Dr. Marcel Nche Anye and i am so grateful for his patience, compassion, active listening, communication and finding the right solutions for all the issues i come to him.
After more then 2 years struggling with a negative experience with an insensitive doctor i am appreciating all the above mentioned in my new family doctor.

My initial contact with the clinic was with a delightful girl by the name of Mia. Was she extremely polite and pleasant and was able to answer all my questions. I needed info re: which immunizations were offered at the clinic and she was able to confirm that they carried the vaccines that my husband needed. Very pleased with my experience. Thank you Mia.

Sitting for 3 hours watching people who came for the same reason sdi before and after get there's treated or done checking like why for 3 hours?

Very friendly staff. My doctor there is absolutely amazing!
Covid protocols are done well and with ease.
