Worst experience ever had from front desk helper. They don’t know what they are doing so not recommended for any situations.

Immigration Medical Staff is very helpful and kind. I am very impressed with the service of Mr Rajesh, He guided me every single step and with his help process goes very smooth. I am definately recommend this clinic for the immigration purposes.

My name is Syeda Doctor Sadia is my family Doctor. She poses great work ethics. Dr. Sadia is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. During visit she takes patient with great care and sense of urgency. I definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

My only reason for 2 stars is due to the Dr I see, she is very friendly and has been a good doctor but the 45 minute to 90 minute wait is unacceptable. My time is just as valuable as theirs yet it is treated without respect.
Will unfortunately be changing clinics.

My poor mother slipped and hurt her ankle post-surgery and came here to have it checked out. They did X-rays and whatever and said they’ll call her with the results. They called her at work the next day and said “can you come to the clinic now to get your results? ” She said “no, I’m at work right now, can I come after 4pm? ” They told her no, and said that she would have to book an appointment to get her results. The only appointment available was over 2 weeks away.

Why can’t the doctor tell her the results over the phone so she knows if she needs to have further work done?

My mother has screws and plates in her ankle from her surgery, she needs to know immediately if repairs are needed and they expect her to wait 2 weeks to get her results back? Is she supposed to take 2 weeks off work? Should she avoid walking on it? Should she go to another doctor that will actually help her? What a terrible experience.

They didn’t even make the option available to have the results sent elsewhere to be reviewed sooner considering the emergent nature. What an absolute waste of time, and tax dollars. Shut this useless place down.

They book us on 8: 30am and i arrive at 8: 25. It turns out to be a walk in clinic. People walk in to see docs. I wait 2.5 hrs to see the doctor until 11am. What is the point of making an appointment?

Medical done on Sep 1, they have not submitted until Sep 16? What are they doing?

Had a really good experience. The lady at the front desk was nice was really nice and helped me with medical as I had no idea about the process.

Don’t go there if you have another choice! This place has no organization. Booked the immigration medical exam at 2pm, met the doctor at 3: 30. And finished the visit in 5 minutes. I don’t know what the meaning of the appointment time if I have to wait 1 and a half hour. There is always crowd of people in the clinic. I wish I have checked the review before I booked it.

I went there for my immigration medical exam last month. There was a complication in my case which the staff and doctors and helped me resolve. They were patient and went above and beyond to help me. I got my permanent residency last week. I think I owe a part of it to Southend Medical. Kudos to the receptionists and the team. If possible I would have given them 10 stars.

If you have nothing to do, please come here. They made an appointment for 9: 30 in the morning, sat for more than 3 hours. The first hospital in Canada, and the impression is terrible, the staff is unprofessional and the organization is 0.

Worst customer service and management. I booked an appointment at 1: 15pm but my turn comes at 2: 45pm so what's the reason to book an appointment.

Doctor told me they will call this week regarding my results. I specifically double confirmed with the Doctor twice that he would call me. And I called in today just to want to leave a message for the doctor and I was told I need to book an phone appointment a week ago so that the doctor then will call me. The process is very chaotic and they don't seem to think this is an issue. In the end, I try to book appointment with them, they just hung up on me without having the appointment confirmed.

I really understand that staffs are busy and loaded with paper works, but that was rude to hang up like that.

The way how the reception works is very unorganized. They do not know what an appointment is. All the three or four Punjabi girls are rude and do not know how to talk. Such a bad experience every time I visit here. Waiting from last half an hour!

Worst experience.
My friend did immigration physical check and he recommended me here. When I walk in, they said that it is possible to walk in.
Called many times after 10AM, no one picked up the phone but where are 5 receptionists there when I get there. Horrible experience you can except.
Never come again and won’t recommend at all.

Very rude receptionist, they don’t know how to talk to people seriously worst experience, when they don’t know how to talk to the patients don’t know how they are working in medical line, read all other reviews and worst receptionist is the common review. Worst experience, bad service, ignoring phone calls, especially Punjabi girls are not listening calls properly and put on hold, don’t care about others time.

Had an appointment, waited 50 minutes, only got in when I asked the receptionist how much longer it’ll be. Then I waited in the doctors office for another 25 minutes just to be told that the doctor wasn’t even in the building and that he would only be arriving in another 40 minutes. I walked out. My time is a lot more valuable than that.

I've been Dr. Rehsia's patient for a number of years. He is knowledge and always acts professionally, and his staff at the clinic are kind and helpful.

I have never come across such a poorly disorganized facility as this.
First thing I noticed was that it states only 5 people in the waiting area and yet on numerous occasions there were up to double this amount and no staff member dealt with it.come on, we're in a pandemic and yet they can't even sort out sticking to the regulations that the government have put in place.
The immigration medical side of things is an absolute shambles, they lack giving out valuable information for starters. Got there 20 mins before my booking time and yet we weren't called in until 1hr 5mins after the scheduled booking. Go in and fill out more paperwork, temp is taken, height and weight and then get told to go sit in the car for another 30 mins.it took 2hrs of waiting before the actual medical was performed which took all of 10 mins.
When I booked the appointment I was told it would be $330 each for the medical but what they really mean is $200 to the medical centre, $65 for the x-ray (which you pay at the time of having it done) and $65 for bloodwork (which you pay to dynacare) so yes it is $330 but explaining that you don't pay that all to one place would have been nice.
You have to fill in an online booking form once you have phoned them to make an appointment, which was no problem and I noted that it had a note regarding blood tests, it says that ages 11 to 15 require urine and x-ray only and then it says 15 & above are to have urine, x-ray and bloodwork.basically it should read 11 to 14 and 15 & above as 15yr olds have to have the bloodwork done.
If they can't put things on their website correctly what hope do any of us have.
Such a badly disorganized medical centre that I am advising fellow immigrants to avoid unless they have time to waste sitting in your car

Worst customer service experience, I do not wanna take the name of the girl but her name starts with ‘A’ letter, if the girl receptionist is reading then she knows i am talking about her. Dr Navneet is very good and helpful. But they need to change that girl because Medical line is a very patience job but that girl does not even know how to talk. I asked her name so that i can complain she said i will not give you name, get it from wherever you can. If i want i can ruin her career on this statement but i am not stupid like her. If the owner is reading this they can think before giving job to someone stupid like her.

Immigration staff is super helpful. Great customer service provided by the staff and doctors are very professional. My experience was awesome. Highly recommended. 10/10

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Navneet is knowledgable and professional. They take full responsibility and provide you with timely update on your health details. I have visited there twice and highly recommend this clinic.

I hardly give bad reviews, I have been here twice in 2 years both times I didn’t get service. They claim they are walk-in yet refuse to attend to you when you go there. How to say this nicely… I hope I see a change here soon. This is a healthcare facility.

The best medical clinic in south winnipeg. Dr. Navneet is very understanding, helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend this clinic. My search for family doctor ends here.

Very frustrating. I had appointment for my immigration medical exam for 8.30 they took so long i wait for 3 hours outside they have so many appointments at the same time. I call everyday to update my medical exam and in every call they say we are going to update today in the evening so it’s 17 days and they didn’t updated yet… lie everyday don’t go there

If there was an option. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO RATING.the doctor is fine no complaints.but the ladies at the front desk are just waste of time.they dont inform you if the doctor is running late.they will make you sit for long hours.no one even address the fact that doctor is running LATE. THOSE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK ARE RUDE and dont know how to do their job at all. I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE.

Dr. Perveen is my family doctor she is excellent, she listens to you, solve your medical issues and calm you down if you are worried about your health, I and my whole family goes to her now. Thank you Dr. Perveen

If you are looking for the immigration medical exam, I would suggest you to find another clinic. Making an appointment is meaningless as you won't be assisted on time. 2-3 hours delay looks like a common situation here.
The lady who works at the front desk is the most RUDE person I have ever seen. If you don't want to spend a few hundred dollars and be treated like a garbage, find another location to do the examination can make your day and life better:)

Terrible management, doctors never see patients on time, easy wait of 45 minutes from appointment times! Inconsiderate of people, waste of time, they have too many patients which does comes with a compromise! Reception staff is rude, never leave a message, nobody honours.very very disappointed.

Worst worst worst! I would never ever recommend going here. Trust me it’s worse than written in the comments. We’ve been trying to call them from a week no answer and even if they pick they’ll be so rude that you can’t even think of. No social distancing, so many people just standing there close to each other. The place smells so bad as there are so many people inside and it gets humid.
Trust me for immigration or even for regular check up never go to this place, they don’t care about you at all.
Total waste of money and time! Playing with people’s life there!

Great doctors good service. Especially during the pandemic. We deeply appreciate the doctors still working. The waiting time is a bit longer due to the restrictions. But should understand have have patience.

I went to this clinic to get my regular check up and had very good experience with Dr Abid Malik. Dr Abid Malik listen to his patients carefully and treat his patients with excellent professional methods.

Had an appointment for 12: 30 pm and ended up waiting 3 hours for that! I would never recommend anyone to consult. The Doctor is great but the Staff in Clinic is always rude.its time for me to change my Family doctor!

Some of employees in this place are terrible and rude. I have seen one receptionist is yelling at one patient. Other girl in the front desk giving favours to someone she is know. I went there book an appointment. I called them so many times. The line was busy so i have decided to go there to book an appointment. Waited 20 minutes in the line and one guy came to me started speaking hindi language and asked me to come after 3: 00 pm. They are very busy right now they can’t give me an appointment date. I have job from afternoon just for booking an appointment i have to go there again. Please monitor your employees manner and behaviour.

Very nice doctor, very helpful, visited as walk-in.he treated me well, more importantly he explained everything. The staff was very helpful too. They guided us well and paper work was done very quickly.
