I like this dental office, Dr. Silverstein and his team are friendly and professional and always pleasant to deal with. I like the fact that they are open in the evenings during the week and open occasionally on Saturdays too.

Most excellent service. Very straightforward, explains what is going on. Can't recommend Dr. Silverstein enough.

A very comfortable, welcoming experience. I went to see Amanda and Dr Silverstein. Both were very thorough. They answered my questions, gave me advice. Waste of time and money.

The comment above was written by me a year ago. It's interesting to see a response a year later, which is completely unrelated and fabricated. The owner's reply attempts to shift the blame and smear my reputation, even though there were no insurance problems, arguments or disrespectful behavior at the clinic. Are you intentionally distorting the facts? I won't be returning due to your work mistakes, and I have already found a more professional dentist. Thank you.

I was in town for a friend’s wedding and she recommended Dr. Silverstein for teeth whitening. I went a few days before the wedding and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The difference really does look like those “compare the difference” pictures you would see online. I would absolutely recommend going here if you want to brighten up your smile!

Dr. Silverstein and all of the staff are very friendly and professional, I would highly recommend this office. It feels very modern and welcoming with the decor and art. Staff went above and beyond to make sure my insurance was set up properly to cover the dental services. I am very appreciative of the customer service.

Dr. Silverstein and his dental assistants are fantastic! The clinic has only gotten better since he took over ownership. Very high quality of care, from bedside manner to the actual dental work itself. Appointments are timely, painless, and very well done. You get the sense that everyone here cares about their work and their patients, too. The clinic itself is nice, clean, and the rooms even have TVs.

The first time I entered the office, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Even though it was my first visit, I didn't feel like a new patient, but felt like family or like I had been a patient forever. The dentist and hygienist answered all my questions and explained everything with clarity. I had to get a filling, and Dr. Silverstein was so gentle with the needle - I didn't even know he had done anything and then my mouth was frozen! Not even a pinch. All the staff were professional all the way until the end, answered my insurance question, and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Definitely recommend this dentist office.

Dr. Silverstein and his team are all fantastic. His assistant Cindy especially makes you feel comfortable. She is funny and friendly but also professional. I’m certain people also appreciate that a lot of work such as wisdom teeth extractions and implants, which usually require a specialist to do, can be done right at the office.

A+ experience! Receptionist was quick to look into my insurance so I knew my coverage. The dentist made me comfortable throughout the entire process. Perhaps he recognized my non-verbal anxiety as he was very gentle the entire time I was with him. If you're looking for a place that genuinely cares about you this is the office to go to.

Friendly office. Front desk receptionists are always helpful with my insurance and quick to answer questions. Dr. Silverstein is my dentist there. He is a genuine person and easy to talk to. My previous dentist was very cold and emotionless. I feel much more comfortable here than I did at my old office.

Staffs are always kind and friendly, dentists are skillful, price is reasonable. Very reliable service with comfortable environment! Strongly recommended!

I moved my whole family to this dentist because they are just absolutely amazing at their jobs and are so friendly. The korean dental assistant was amazing and very clear with her instructions/ procedures. Dr. Silverstein did my check ups and he was meticulous and very professional. I trust that all staff will take good care of my family for a long time. I can't imagine myself going to any other dentist in the city.

I have been going there since I was a child and I have always had a positive experience. Natasha is a fantastic dental hygienist and always remembers what we last talked about or where I was at in my life (from great memory or written notes, either way she goes the extra mile). She’s great to talk to and makes going to the dentist something to look forward to instead of dread.
I haven’t seen dr. Guan very much because I usually only need a cleaning so he only comes by to make sure I don’t have any concerns or issues with my teeth - which I don’t usually have.
I can’t speak much about the price, as I have no other dentist to compare to and because my insurance covers most of it so I usually don’t pay very much. However Natasha always checks with me first before X-rays or anything that would be added to my bill.
Receptionists have always been polite, cheerful and nice and have been very good at giving me appointment reminders and rescheduling when my work’s hectic schedule got in the way. Overall great, professional, clean and friendly place.

For someone who is very nervous about going to the dentist this is the place to go. Dr. Guan took out my wisdom teeth very fast and with very little discomfort. Highly recommended to ask for sedation if you are anxious like me. I saw the other dentist too. Dr. Silverstein. I never really took good care of my teeth when I was younger and I’m a little bit embarrassed but he was very professional and non-judgemental. My previous dentist always pressured me into fixing my teeth and made me feel bad about them. I didn’t feel this way at all here. I will definitely be back. Even the receptionist was smiling and friendly.

Both Dr. Guan and Dr. Silverstein have done my check ups and they're always friendly to me. They're clearly passionate about their work. Dr. Silverstein once used a camera to take a picture of my back teeth and then blew it up on the tv for me to see. Even if you don't have a cavity it's pretty neat to see what your teeth look like close up. The use of technology here is great! They used a machine to do my friend's crown in one appointment. No temporary crown or coming back a week later to finish it. I'm so happy I was referred here a few years back!

I recently had an appointment with my new dentist, Dr. Justin Silverstein. He was very thorough in answering my questions and addressing the pain I was having. I will continue to visit Dr. Silverstein as I found him to be honest, personable, and professional. His assistant Cindy was also very friendly and comforting during my appointment.

All staff were very friendly and nice. My overall experience at this dentist was very positive! Especially the dental assistant. She was polite, incredibly friendly, and explained all steps clearly. The hygienist was very gentle and made sure everything was okay at all times. Even during the pandemic the staff made the environment feel safe.

Dr. Silverstein is exceedingly attentive to my oral hygiene needs and always offers me a wide selection of fluorid flavors.

I have been seeing Dr. Silverstein for a few years now. He is always very thorough when explaining the condition of my teeth and gums. The office is always clean and my hygienist Amanda is always gentle! Dr. Silverstein’s assistant, Cindy, took impressions for my retainer. She is also nice and friendly!

My regular dentist wouldn’t see me in April and this office was close by. Connected with Dr. Silverstein through the office voicemail. Very pleased with how helpful and professional he was with my concerns. I haven’t met him yet due to covid but after reading some reviews on here and speaking to him on the phone I will definitely be switching over to see him once we’re allowed to go to the dentist.

Best dental office in the city! Amanda is the most gentle hygienist I have ever had and Taylor helped me so much with my insurance. I feel very comfortable every time I go here.

My old dentist retired and for three years I didn't see a dentist until my friend suggested this place. I saw Dr. Silverstein and I was blown away. My last dentist never really appeared to care about me. Maybe it was because he was mentally checked out before he retired, but he never talked to me other than telling me what work I needed done, but Dr. Silverstein was night and day the opposite. For the first time I actually had a dentist go over the problems in my mouth one by one, allowing me to ask questions without feeling embarrassed about my teeth. It was also the first time I felt involved in my treatment rather than just being told "you need this done". It was also the first time someone went over the benefits of actually doing the treatment, but also the consequences of not doing it. I've heard of dentists aggressively pushing treatment but I did not feel that way at all. It was truly the first time I felt informed about my mouth after leaving the dentist. Thank you so much! I definitely found my dentist for life.

This office was my first dental experience in Canada. I was extremely pleased with Dr. Silverstein. The dentists I have seen in the past were very rough, but Dr. Silverstein was as gentle as I would hope someone would be in my mouth. Very knowledgeable too.

Dr. Silverstein is the most honest dentist I have ever seen. I used to go to another dental office down the street but the last four times I went I was told I had cavities. I decided to try another office and I couldn't be happier this dentist was working the day I came in. He explained everything to me.he went over my xrays and even took pictures inside my mouth so I could see my teeth! He showed me the difference between the teeth with cavities and just the stained teeth. I think my old office was putting fillings in stained teeth because I never had pain. I very much appreciated Dr. Silverstein's honesty and will never see another dentist again.

I am writing on behalf of my son and stepmother, both of whom have seen Dr. Wu and Dr. Silverstein. I brought my son to the office for fillings. He is very nervous but Dr. Wu and Dr. Silverstein were so kind and gentle. We used to take him somewhere else to get sedated but with those two he has never had an issue. He doesn't even cry anymore! I haven't seen Dr. Wu in a while so I am not sure if he is still even at this office, but I highly recommend seeing Dr. Silverstein if Dr. Wu has permanently left. After he took the needle out my son actually asked "did you do it yet? ". I was extremely impressed. As for my stepmother, both Dr. Wu and Dr. Silverstein pulled some of her teeth. She had no pain whatsoever. I have been seeing the same dentist for 30 years, but after seeing how Dr. Wu and Silverstein treated my son and stepmother I am very highly considering switching offices for cleanings myself.

I don't often write a review unless my experience was VERY good or VERY bad, but in this situation it was the latter. A few months ago I saw Dr. Guan for removal of my two wisdom teeth. I had my top two removed a few years ago. It was alright but I heard Dr. Guan was good at removing wisdom teeth so I moved there and brought my wife with me. We will NEVER be back. First, the price was outrageously expensive. He forced me to do sedation despite not wanting to so that was an extra cost. And then he told me he couldn't tell me the price until it was over, which was frustrating because I thought he should be able to quote me BEFORE starting. Second, he put me through so much pain with the needle that he basically shoved in my mouth and then did not wait for my mouth to freeze before taking out my teeth. The whole experience was terrible. He seemed to care more about getting my money than actually taking out my teeth. And third, he left a piece of my root still in my mouth and STILL charged me the full amount. I did not understand this. I will never come back to this office in my life.

It was a very bad experience
I went for cleaning and they said that I have 7 cavities so I did the 7 cavities and had to redo all again because they were not done properly. I went to another dentist and he said that the cavities were not cleaned properly which made the cavities even bigger. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
