Matt and Dave are great to work with. I always get a fast prompt reply if I leave a voice msg or email. They carry a lot more products for European vehicles now which is great to see.

I made the mistake of choosing Speed Factor to upgrade the fuel system and replace the wiring harness on my Z… after a year of it being trapped in their filthy shop Matt notified me that the car was ready for pickup. I arrived to discover that the front diffuser was not on the vehicle as they had to remove it in order to get it on the dyno. The 2nd time I arrived to pick up the car it ran poorly, along with numerous missing interior panels, HVAC parts left in the back seat and low on fluids. The tires I purchased and had installed by do not hold air. Definitely not a place to go for quality work, 0/10 would not recommend.

These guys helped me love my car again. 350Z lowered, KW Variant 2 shocks, sway bars, etc and had it stored for a while, Noticed a squeak that was coming from the rear.
Two different garages looked at it and gave up.
These guys figured it out.
The smile on their faces when they saw the smile on my was fantastic.
Ended up staying back to talk for a quick minute because I was so impressed with their knowledge.
I told the mechanics that they were stuck with me now.
Everything is like new again.

Update, squeak came back in a few weeks. All they did was pack it with grease. Kal Tire did the job right and now it is fixed.

Bad customer service. They didn't order the parts when they were supposed to, had to wait months and when it was time to install they quoted more labour.

Came in for an alignment only to be told they can't get it done because they didn't have the right machine. Imagine a performance shop that can't do alignments on lowered cars. Got a quote on some suspension work but after it was done they wanted more money and tried to hold my car hostage. A quote is a quote. You know the owner is lying when he stutters. Document everything!

Purchased winter tire and wheel for my WRX STI here, just got assembled yesterday. Staffs are professional and friendly!

Ordered a set of LED Sequential tail lights for my 2019 Camaro and was told they’d fit that I just had to get the 2018+ adaptor harness, when the lights finally arrived after 3 weeks.surprise they don’t fit when I called about a refund I was told to check the website which wants a 25% restock fee and me to pay the shipping back.terrible all around experience and now I’m sitting on $700 tail lights I can’t use.

Very disappointed with Speed Factor. A year ago I bought an exhaust (Tomei) from them and since I don't know much about cars, I had to ask them whether it is legal or not. The guy who bragged to me that he's been working at Speedfactor for 20 years told me that it is completely LEGAL and I will NEVER get pulled over because of the muffler. Today I got pulled over BECAUSE OF THE MUFFLER and I called Speedfactor and explain what happened, and they said they never told me things such as I'll never get pulled over for the muffler. I was very upset with them. IMO, they just like to push the sales but when you need them, they won't help you out unless it's gonna be another sales and profit for them! Now I have two weeks to find a stock exhaust, get my car re-inspected, pay the ticket, and attend a hearing regarding the issue. I don't even know where I'd get the money to pay for some of them. NEVER GOING BACK TO SPEEDFACTOR PERIOD

I had my tires mounted by them. After the install, as was driving, I began to notice a weird noise, it was a loud knocking sound coming from of course I would assume my wheels because I didn't have that weird noise before the install. Its almost like my wheels are wobbling. I couldn't just pull over right away because of the traffic. So I kept driving until I found a good spot to pull over. So I pulled over on some random parking lot. I then inspect my each wheel and thank god I didn't get into an accident. THE REAR LEFT WHEEL IS LOOSE, LUG NUTS WERE HAND LOOSE. I COULD SPIN ALL THE LUGS WITH MY FINGERS. I was furious. Good thing I have my tools in the back. So then I tighten them lug nuts and went back to Speed Factor. I told them they didn't tighten one of my wheels. The guy was just in disbelief, he just kept saying "No way" repeatedly. I told him to just go and torque each wheels properly. I went on my way after that.

I just wanna share my experience with them. They're great source for parts I guess but I'm never going there for a service anymore.

Waited over 3 months for some swift lowering springs for my g37 sedan, after countless amounts of trying to figure out if they would come in they said that swift springs company in japan kept pushing off the shipping. Frustrating to be honest, but overall speedfactor guys over at the shop seem to have alot of knowledge with their product information just wished I wouldve got them put on sooner. I would come back for more things from them though.

Great place to get a t66 turbo, nos and a motec system exhaust for your 3 Honda civics with spoon engines. Way better then Harry's.

I have been purchasing products from Speed Factor for years (rims, suspension, etc) decided to go get some motor, suspension and exhaust work done for my car this year. Dave and Matt didnt hesitate to get the ball rolling on my build and were really helpful with all the trouble-shooting required along the way. The guys in the shop are really good at what they do. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. Definitely would recommend this shop for all your aftermarket parts/install needs
