Amazing staff Tyler helped me with getting the right shoe, and a discount! Pretty nice guy too all his coworkers praised him if you shopping st vital check it and ask for tyler and the tall guy too!

I came in last Saturday and was pleased to have recieved customer service from a young handsome individual I think his name is
Hurey. Very nice guy and patient helped me get what I was looking for.

Bad experience with the sell associate, they seem they don’t want to sell. Long time of waiting after confirming the size is available then after 10 minutes or more they said it is not available!

The cashier was personable, however, there was several floor staff congregated in the shoe section chatting away while customers were in the store. A customer shouldn't have to interrupt a social gathering between employees to seek assistance. Staff should be attentive/ aware of customers and offer assistance. Other than that, I picked up a pretty cool sun hat forthe beach this summer

Lots of variety of brands. The staff that was working today was very helpful. We were in about out in 15 mins.

Friendly employees. Check out was fast and friendly. Helped me a lot with my gift cards (I got rejected at Foot Locker when I tried to pay with these gift cards, and that’s not because there’s no money in it. They just didn’t want to do that). I came to this mall to buy some shoes at Foot Locker but ended up bought 3 pairs and 2 backpacks at Sport Check. Both places had what we want, but the quality of customer service that made me decide to buy them at Sport Check. Keep up the good work!

I was looking for a gym shirt. They had a great deal on an under armor brand one. Checkout was fast and friendly.

Staff was very helpful, they didn't have my item and helped me order it, as well as answered all my questions.

A place to find everything about sports. One stop shop for all sport equipments, wear and gears.
Too much variety available. All placed well you will never feel lost.
Courteous staff.
They will never leave you unattended.
Return policy is generous.
P-Caps are bit expensive and limited options.

Great location and a great selection in this store, but I sure could've done without the cashier's attitude problem.

Was at kildonan place west 49 store looking at shoes they had on sale for 40% off they did not have my size so I went across the street to sports check on regent they also did not have my size so I called sportscheck st.vital explained the situation that I needed this size and west 49 had them on sale but didnt have my size and they said they have the size and will price match the 40% sale price on the shoes so I made the trip, when I arrive the manager tells me they can not honor it as west 49 doesnt have the size in stock. So he made me come all the way down there and offered me 10% off for me making the trip instead of the 40% I was promised. Never dealing with this joke of a buisness again.

You can get everything at SportChek that you need in life aside from groceries and for that I recommend Sobey's

Terrible customer service. Wanted to return an item that I purchased online and even though I printed the e-receipt and provided the packing slip they gave me a very hard time. I still do not understand why. They made me feel like I did something wrong. Extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience and as result I will never deal at this outlet going forward. It's shame that Sportchek doesn't record the interactions of their employees with customers as they would be in for a quite surprise.

Went here to buy some hockey skates, staff was very helpful got me outfitted with some skates that fit really well, got them baked to form to my feet even better and then as I continued shopping they sharpened them for me. Would recommend to anyone

Quality, branded Clothes, shoes etc at reasonable price. Its a must visit if you are looking for winter shoes.

Very very poor service. Looks like they want to cater to young athletic types. To bad for you, that is who I was buying for. You lost approximately $300.00 sale. Will never step foot in your store again. And I will tell everyone I know, to stay clear.

Came to buy a GPS watch. I checked their website before going to the store and the price of the GPS watch was $110. In the store, the price was $248! Other GPS watches were also more expensive in the store than on the website. I won't be shopping here any more.

I ordered the watch online and got it in two days. Excellent online ordering: great communication and free tracking. I'm revising my review: I'll shop online first, then in the store. They have a great selection of shoes and clothes so I'll give them another try. And I highly recommend ordering from Sport Chek online.
