Dr Jobb has been great to our family. We have been coming to Springfield Dental since 2008 and will continue going forward. Such a friendly environment

Was referred to Danielle and she got me in for an infected tooth right away and removed it that day. I am also terrified of the dentist and she was extremely gentle putting in the freezing and reassured me there was enough! Highly recommend!

Danielle is so great and her staff are so friendly, caring, and informative. Easy five star review.

Best dentist I’ve ever been to!
I’ve Had bad experiences in past with dentists so I haven’t gone to one in prob a decade, and only went this time cause I was forced to.
Dr Jobb explained everything before doing anything and made me feel so comfortable during my appointment. You can tell that she truly cares for her patients and doesn’t look at them as dollar signs like some other dentist do.

I am a long time patient at this office. I was always impressed with the hours that the office is open. It is hard to find an office that can accommodate weekends and evenings. My only complaint would be the that the new blond at the front desk was quite snarky, and cold. Tried to make a joke and she did not budge, quite miserable actually. Cleaning was great, Dr. Jobb is great but new girl not so much. Bring back the old staff please.

I hadn't been to a dentist in about 25 years and then, about a year ago, had trouble with a tooth. In an attempt to keep the cost down, Dr. Jobb suggested we try a filling first as the tooth was just starting to act up. Unfortunately it was a little too late (my bad) and I ended up needing a root canal. I've always heard horror stories about root canals but this was a breeze. As I watched the ceiling TV, Dr. Jobb and her assistant fixed up my tooth, checking in regularly to see if I was okay. Today I went back for a check-up and small procedure and, again, the experience was outstanding! Without exception, every person I've dealt with in Dr. Jobb's office has been warm, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. And Dr. Jobb is an absolute delight.you can see the easy relationship she has with her staff. It feels like a place where people love to go to work and I can honestly say that I am a fan.

Was surprised to see the recent poor reviews, I’ve only been a patient here for a couple years but its been a relatively pain free experience.

Very friendly staff, they get me booked in right away and get me out of the chair just as fast. Dr. Jobb made my most recent filling a breeze. I was informed they have a new office manager, which is clear by how tight a ship they seem to run. Appoint reminders by text, which is huge for me, aaaaand they have TV's on the ceilng, I really don't know what else you could need from your dentist!

Service and staff always excellent. I find that Dr. Jobb is more concerned about do what is right and not out take advantage of the insurance company.

I'm sure the name of the new office manager is Kara. The same Kara Fraser that gave your office a 5 star, great review. Wow if so that is pretty desperate! Wonder if the R Fraser is also related. Interesting. And if it is, pretty pathetic to have your own office manager review your own business!

Our family will only see Dr. Jobb and her lovely staff for our dental cleanings and concerns.

I’ve been a long standing patient at this office. Up until recently we have never had any issues, However after trying to reschedule an appointment I was passed onto the new office manager who quite rudely told me there would be a charge for the short notice.
I understand when you miss an appointment to be charged, but to reschedule and be charged is a cash grab. She was abrupt, and again rude, and explained that she would be happy to send my records elsewhere!? !
We will be moving on to a new office where patient care is at the top of the list. Very dissatisfied with this new manager.

I’ve been asked to give a review, and while I normally would not give it a second thought, but after recent events, today I felt I should.
Being long term patients of this office, I (my family included) find it quite disheartening how this office seems to have changed. There is no longer the patient personal care that we have all come to love and appreciate. It seems to now operate under a new management, which seems to find it fitting to have patients leave for a new office who have issues with her and policies.
I take responsibility for missing my appointment, it happens, but don’t charge me and then continue to text me to come back?
Wait and then ask me to give a review?

Dr. Jobb is the best! Always so caring and accommodating. I will never go anywhere else. All the staff is great in the entire office.

My husband and I as well as other family members have been seeing Dr. Jobb since she opened the practice in Oakbank. The entire staff is awesome. Over the years we have had broken teeth, root canals and the odd tooth ache. The staff have always managed to squeeze us in and get us fixed up. We can't say enough good things about the practice except thanks for always being there for us.:)

I am not a patient at this office but a few weeks ago I was there waiting for a friend. As I waited, I overheard one of the girls, who seemed to be a manager, refer to an open time slot on the schedule as a “money maker”. I was disappointed to hear this, especially as resident of Springfield who is currently looking for a new dentist for my family of six. As far as I knew, the Dr.grew up here, it’s unfortunate that she has a person like this ($$$$) running her office.

Springfield dental and all the staff are just wonderful! They always greet you with a smile and treat you like family. Never going anywhere else!

Sure, they’re friendly. But I feel confident in saying they’re total crooks. They told me my daughter had 12 cavities. I didn’t believe them and took her somewhere else that confirmed my suspicions. She had ZERO cavities. We even went to a third place a few months later, and guess what, ZERO cavities. They had also told me my son had a few cavities, but he also had none.
And the work they performed on my wife left her with a permanent numbness in her mouth that will probably never go away. It’s been a few years now. And I have permanent scarring, or what may have formed into a minor bone growth under the gum from a needle they gave me. Idk if that’s their fault or my body’s, but I’ve had several needles in the gums that have never had that happen. Only time that’s ever happened was from the one I got there.
But one thing I will absolutely not stand for is treating my children like an ATM. That crosses the line and we will never go there again, and feel sorry for anyone who do.

When someone tells you that they just can't afford to get the work done, they usually mean they can't afford to get the work done. My financial situation was questioned when I declined a crown, then had the broad tell me that I would likely lose the tooth if I didn't get the work done.
Not the service I am use to at this office, too pushy for my liking.

I have been going to Springfield Dental for over ten years, I moved out of province in 2008 and I still return for their great service and wonderful staff.
