Seems to have a relatively good selection of plants but staff are less than friendly or helpful

We like plants. I didn’t find any baby snake plants here, I did find big ones but I want a baby one. Pleas let me know if you get any baby ones in thanks.

Don't invest your gardening money here! Every spring I spend hundreds of dollars at St Mary's Nursery. Last year I had 3 rose bushes die (which I never complained about)
This year I called as a bush I purchased died. I was told at the time of purchase bushes have a 1 year + warranty. A second partially died. (Which I never complained about) This plant I wanted to exchange is 2 months old.
I called a couple weeks ago and was told if I can't find my receipt I could send them the date and amount for their accountant to look up. "This was not preferred but they could do it, but would take a couple of days" (they said). When I called with the information they requested I spoke to three people who all gave me a run around, they even asked for the name of the plant.
Finally, I requested to speak to the manager or the accountant. The final lady I spoke with firmly said she needed a receipt. I explained "as a business owner you need to stand by your product". I have my credit card statement and both tags are still attached to the bush". She still said no and basically hung up on me as I explained that I was going to leave a review.
No integrity, ignorant and contradictive staff!

Proces are on the average
The service was nearly not existing I asked for help finding and choosing plants that are dog safe and while any other nursery helped with that this place chose to tell me that I need to do my own research same with finding pots by size any other place helped while they showed me all shaped all sizes and told me to find it by myself

A wonderful place with friendly and helpful staff. I am new to gardening, people here explain me about how to care for certain plants and guide in selecting trees/plants. I will keep coming here.

2 stars is it! Over the phone staff is fine, however 3 days and "$50 to deliver" a potted plant 20 minutes away is utmost rediculous to say the least. Poor management of the owners cutting corners in the most crucial delivery area. I'll shop elsewhere thanks

I shopped at St Mary’s Nursery today and spent almost 300$. Most years I spend up to 600 on multiple trips.
I inquired about the name of a certain annual bedding plant they had in a mixed basket (no tag) and they said they were out. I called back later to verify the correct name and spelling as I was looking it up. I spoke to a very rude man in the office. Once he heard they had sold out and I was just trying to find the name of it he hung up on me.
I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

A magical place, all year round.
Just walking there is enough to make my day. I purchased a lot of gorgeous plants over the years.

Beautiful store and great variety. Even in the rain the driveway didn’t get all muddy and soft!
