Sabrina is a four year old tortoiseshell domestic short hair cat. She is active and healthy and I took her to St Norbert Animal Hospital for her rabies shot. The appointment took place promptly, my pet was treated kindly (she was quite the skittish kitten) and I was asked if I had any questions or concerns. Since there was nothing further to be done, I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes, with a sense that Sabrina has been well taken care of. I highly recommend them!

Everybody at the clinic is so friendly and obviously love the animals in their care. When my cat became diabetic, they helped me through the process compassionately and professionally. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me on procedures or product and I am so grateful for that

Highly recommend this office. Friendly efficient staff who have consistently accommodated appointments for my kitty cat. Always a pleasant experience and very fair prices for care. When our kitty was ill, the vet was honest and recommended just the things he thought were needed. Great place!

We switched to St Norbert Animal Hospital a few years ago with our Bichon Frise. They have always been great to work with and when it came time for our baby to pass they treated her with such dignity and it made it a bit easier for us.

Now we have two Bichon Frise puppies and we definitely brought them here too. From all of their regular check up to getting spayed, St Norbert has just been so easy to work with and all staff are so friendly and they even checked in with us when one was having some pain to make sure she was ok.

I highly recommend bringing your pet here because you want someone treating them like how you treat your fur babies.

Staff are friendly and thorough. I appreciate that they let you know the cost of things in advance for the most part. My animals are always relaxed going there which is great and the clinic is always clean.

The staff are very friendly. Dr Brar is our Vet and I found him very friendly and he also tries to avoid surgery if possible which in our case was the correct thing to do

We have had nothing but positive experiences with St. Norbert Animal Hospital. During the Pandemic, our 11 year old dog had reached the end of his life and they were so incredibly compassionate and warm through the entire difficult experience. It was also the only location that would let us be with him (masked) for his appointments in the last year of his life. Other vets weren’t as understanding. I appreciate their honesty, kindness and knowledge.

Dr. Naherniak is the most kind-hearted person I’ve ever seen, she’s so patient and friendly! Everyone is so amazing here! Both me and my dog Bailey had a great experience here!

The Vet and the animal specialists were all so kind to me and my kitty. Best place to bring them, and the prices are a bit lower than the other one down the road.

Very compassionete and empathetic. So gentle with my cats. Sent me a sympathy card for every cat I lost. Vets were open and honest, and very kind to my cats. The sympathy cards were very sweet.

Absolutely fantastic. Our daughter had an emergency situation with her cat, Igor. Brought him in almost immediately and the doctor advised surgery. The price was almost half of the cost of other estimates. Plus they did his nails for free and gave a lot of special food for us to take home for him. We are now going to bring our dogs to St. Noebert Animal Hospital to receive some very good medical care when needed. Thank you for your kindness and care for our loved animals. Very professional care by all staff, seemed to care for the cat as much as we do. Phoned to see how the recovery situation was doing as well. The service is very good. COVID protocol is strictly followed and the rooms are very clean. They really care about the animals they see and explain what they are doing.

I went to this place twice for my cat.
First time they just took a look of the wound of my cat, they cleaned the wound and gave me some medication, then they charged me 300 dollars, I asked that do we need to stitch the wound, they didn't answer my question.
A month later, the wound got worse, I brought my cat to there again, they said we must stitch the wound, then charged me 500 dollars. The doctor stitched on the edge of the wound about 1mm, total four single stitches. Next day, three of them broke.
By the way, I have made an appointment with them and I arrived 5mins early, but they still let me waited for more than half an hour.
Ignore their suggestions, they just want to take your money from your wallet but nothing can help, they don’t really care about your pet, but all about money.
I definitely do NOT recommend anyone go there. Wasting money and time.

This appointment was to followup on an increased dosage of medication and have blood work done and tested for any side effects to my dog's heart, liver, and lungs. I was told that I would be contacted later with the results.
I would have liked to speak at the veterinarian for a few minutes to touch base and find out what to expect going forward.

I was very happy with the care my cat received from the veterinarian as well as the staff. Very clean and well kept office. Just one issue where I paid for some medicine for my cat but they forgot to give it to me. But overall I was very happy with the experience.

My puppy loves going to see the friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff at St Norbert. Appointments are easy to make. Good use of technology for reminders. Follow up for appointment to see how puppy is doing. Neuter surgery was top notch. Check ups and same day appointments for urgent needs. Just excellent. Would not consider going anywhere else!

I have been going here since I got my first dog and have received great service and care. Staff and veterinarians are friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. They provide after visit follow-ups and e-mail correspondence to answer any questions and concerns I may have.

They always take care of my animals, answer all my questions and deal with my helicopter pet parenting. If I have an concerns the email or call me to make sure I have everything addressed to make the best calls for my family. Prices are the most reasonable I've found so far

The institute and the staff are really nice and helpful. However, the vet that was assigned to me didn’t seem to know much about dogs. Not only did he not know how to hold a 7 week old puppy down, he also was extremely vague in answering my questions. As a new pet owner, a vet is someone I would hope to get answers from but the guy didn’t even tell me anything about feeding him, potty training him or him nibbling on stuff. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but I got unlucky with the vet I had.

Impressed with how the Dr got down on the floor to make a strong connection with my dog. Made a scary place less so. Really recommend.

They were very timely, booking was fast and easy. The turn around time on the process was impressively short. The Dr.which attended to my cat made him feel like he was at home. He didn't even blink during needles. I was 100% satisfied.

St Norbert has been my vet for several years and I would never go anywhere else. They've proven time and again that they really care about my pets. Most recently I emailed them about my cat and described the issue and they were able to tell me what to watch for and said I didn't need to come in. They could've suggested I come in and charge me for a visit but they didn't. If I could give them more stars than 5 I totally would! Thank you St Norbert!

We were greeted politely and promptly. My dog was uncooperative but he was handled with care and patience. All my questions were answered. Definitely a good experience.

Brought my one year old cat in for his vaccines. He was extremely scared of the situation (turned into "mashed potatoes" the whole visit). The Vet Doctor was very patient. Very calm, tried to sooth the patient as best she could, and kept the visit quick and to the point so he could go back home.
The front end staff are also so friendly, and good at what they do.
You can tell everyone here loves animals.

I have taken one of my cats there a few times and they are awesome. My cat can sometimes be a little difficult. They know how to comfort her, to deal with her and are able to trim her nails with no problems. They are always professional, kind and welcoming.
I recommend St. Norbert Vet to everyone.

I love st Norbert so much, they're so nice and caring and make sure you understand everything going on. My dog is really sick and I couldn't get her into my usual St Norbert the same day so, I went to another vet. I had the worst experience ever and they pretty much told me I should give up and euthanize my dog. She's only 6. Thank god I got her into st.norbert the next day, such a better experience. They explained everything going on much better, they explored all my options and there is hope for my baby! I'll never take any of my animals to another vet again. 100% always recommend st.norbert animal hospital to everyone.

I brought my 13 year old dog to st.norbert vet because she wasn’t feeling well.they ran a bunch of tests, we found out she was diabetic and i now give her an insulin needle twice a day.i recently went to buy more insulin from the vet and they changed the units of how much we are supposed to give her, when we called they said it was a mistake on the bottle, even though there was 2 signatures on the bottle confirming.after taking our dog in once, we had to take her back again and turns out she got worms from the vet.they try and say it’s not from their clinic but she lives in the house and she is recently blind from the insulin, so somebody is with her at all times.any of our dogs have never had fleas or worms.we then had to deworm all 4 of our dogs which costed $242.deworming pills for our 4 dogs were marked wrong for which breed they were for, our border collie had the same pill as our shih poo.we thought they would help out with the deworming pills since she got them from the vet but they still refuse saying she didn’t get them there.all they care about is money, not your pets health.

Provided a very caring service for our dog from regular checkups to end of life. For the most part he was comfortable in the clinic.

Had great experiences with Dr brar in the past. Had to see another vet a year ago or so there and it was a terrible experience. Talked with the manager and came to a conclusion that when I bring any of my animals there that dr brar would be the only one to see my pets. Today my boxer was scheduled to be fixed and I was expecting Dr brar to do it as per prior conversations. Today Dr rochelle naherniak did the surgury on my dog without my permission and when I got him back he was pooping blood and now will probably have to go to emergency care. Be careful when picking your vet and taking your dog here.

They were able to get my kitty in fast when she really needed it. They were very compassionate when explaining to me that she doesn't have a good chance. You could really feel the love they all have for our furry family members, and the prices were much better than other vets in our area. They will be my vets of choice from now.

My cat Annie needed dental work, had her teeth cleaned and had seven teeth extracted. The staff and doctors were all very friendly and caring and Annie came out of it like a trouper. The details were all very well explained to me and the price was very reasonable.

I shopped around for a vet for my geriatric pug after moving back to Wpg. I read reviews and tried a few places. But I knew my search was over when I met Dr. Naherniak and all the staff at St. Norbert Animal Hospital. Now that we've been going there for almost 2 years, I trust Dr. N to have my dog's best interests at heart. She always takes the time to thoroughly explain things to me and to answers all my questions. The staff are all so kind and thoughtful from the moment you walk in. But the icing on the cake is how they go above and beyond to make us feel cared for. For instance, my dog has almost no teeth, so he can't eat crunchy treats. But you know what? Everytime my dog goes there, they've soaked treats in water long before he gets there so they're soft by the time he arrives. To be honest, my dog wouldn't know the difference if he didn't get a treat, but they want his experience there to be a pleasant one so they make sure he gets a snack. It's a small but sweet gesture that shows how much they all care about their patients (and their patients' humans!). If it's not already clear, we highly recommend this vet clinic.

Being that I see my pets as my kids I'm very picky who I bring them to. I recently had to being my golden in and within 45 minutes I had my exam and test ran and done. They gave me my options, were very forthcoming with all the prices so I knew how much everything was going to cost, gave me long-term options along with answering all my questions. And I also received a follow up call to see how my pup was doing since being seen, appreciate that a lot!

I highly recommend them they are amazing on their prices they are always there if you need help they answer your questions they are amazing with my pets they are very cheap for spay and neuter me and my pets love coming here

We brought our dog in to get his teeth cleaned and possible extraction. Their price was half of the other vet clinic, that we'd been going to for years. All the staff are so friendly, and they sure love animals. A lot further to go, but definitely worth the trip. We will be back.

I have always had a positive experience bringing my cats there. The staff are all so caring and helpful. Wouldn’t bring my pets anywhere else.

Their prices are really competitive (yes vet care is expensive, but it's expensive *everywhere*), and they are caring, sympathetic and attentive. They'll get you in quickly, and I definitely trust them to tell me what's actually going on with my cats. I went in last week, only to find out my cat needs surgery. I 100% trust my Vivian in their care, and will be bringing her in for surgery next week.

They have always taken care of my animals. If we have had an emergency they take us ASAP even if they are closing soon. Friendly and they love our fur babies as much as we do

From the receptionists, to the technicians and doctors, I can tell that these people love what they do and are all about the well being of your pet and not your money. You can be sure you're getting good value for your money when you visit the vet. Dr. Naherniak especially has been so wonderful and understanding in helping my dog through his eye issues especially during these difficult Covid-19 times when it was difficult to get an out of province referral for his surgery. I would highly recommend this clinic!
