St Vital Villa Apartments

After 1.5 years of living in the South building we have not had any issues with pests. Management takes a reasonable time to respond to maintenance requests and has worked with us on multiple occasions to ensure any of our maintenance issues have been fixed. Staff routinely clean the common hallways and they plow snow from the lot in winter.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, the area and the apartment is clean the staff is so helpful and always cleaning during all the seasons
The place is close to St Vital mall all groceries are into a walking distance

I want to say they have been very helpful and everyone has been great. Nice place to live and management and everyone who works for Marwest St vital Villa Take good care of the property.

It's not worth it. While it may look nice, the walls are paper thin. You will be hearing that screaming annoying child every single night and morning. The laundry rooms will consistently be either full or machines broken. The bath tubs are literally painted over metal that look nasty as they age the longer you stay. Don't even bother taking a relaxing shower, you're going to get scalded or froze, it switches randomly. The rental price just isn't worth it.
