Stacey Chudley made the purchase of our home a very enjoyable, educational, and exciting process! As first time home buyers, we were pleased at the wealth of knowledge she provided us regarding all facets of the home buying process, from the specific information about each home to all the little details going onwards to ownership. Stacey was able to provide us consistently with fast, helpful information whenever we needed, at any time, and was always willing to help, which was greatly appreciated. She is very personable and understanding, and showed us a satisfying selection of properties that would suit our needs. Being a first time home buyer sounded very intimidating at first, but the comprehensive walkthrough of the process let us know we were in good hands, and eased our anxieties surrounding purchasing our new home. One of the first characteristics I noticed in Stacey was her honesty. If we looked at a house that didn’t have something we had advised her we were looking for in a house she made sure to bring that to our attention which I really appreciated. There was never any pressure to buy something we weren’t sure of and she never tried to push anything out of our range. She said that she didn’t want us to buy something we would not be happy with. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. We did have a problem with an offer we made that caused us to cancel the sale and we were going to lose our deposit. It was in no way her fault. It was merely a misunderstanding and we did end up buying a house that we are still very happy with. We had forgotten all about out lost deposit when one day a year later our doorbell rang and there was Stacey with a cheque for the amount of the deposit. She had spent all this time working at getting it back for us because she knew we shouldn’t have lost it and she couldn’t rest until it was rectified. Wow we hadn’t expected that.

Stacey was ontop of the total package right from the start and even when someone else had a hiccup she was all over it to solve it. She was terrific. Stacey was always ready to receive a text or phone call at all times even when she was on holidays. This showed me she cared.

Stacey made selling our house quick and easy. She gave us some great advice for staging it before listing. So friendly and on top of things. Our house sold in under a week. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.
