Very disappointed in the service! Everyone is just trying to make it through this world so I won't name the individual. I went to Staples for a resume paper and when they didn't have any on the shelves, rather than finding a solution the salesperson plainly lost his cool.
Hmm, Staples, do you work your employees that hard? Maybe he's a great guy that needs a little recognition.

November 24 around 1: 30 p.m.
I came to this store at 1450 Ellice ave.
I needed to print and make a copy of the book.
The dark-colored woman at the cash register was very unfriendly and didn't want to help me. As a result, they called the manager, this bald man, took me to a large car, said a couple of phrases and pointed his finger. I asked to show and help, please, I never did this.
In the end, I left and sent everything nearby to UPS. There was excellent service, everything was done quickly and efficiently, very kind guys.
The Staples store needs to change employees, fire the stupid staff especially the manager.
This is not a manager, I have been in many countries, this attitude is not acceptable, this is not work.

Had a great time at this store. Veer and Cyrus enthusiastically helped me picked out my items. The cashier Shanieca was also very lovely. Definitely the best store in the city

Awful service, awful quality. Wrong prints unreadable and staff talking bad out loud about how they treat their customers. Never again. Sticking with local now

The tracking app says my order has gone missing. Second time this has happened. I asked customer service for a refund, and was told someone from another team would follow up via email in 2-4 business days. How inefficient - Why can't the CSRs issue refunds?

PLEASE let us pay for self-printing/copying with cash or debit please!

(Can only pay using credit card or Staples card).

My experience was horrible here. Took my Photo here and I request for soft copy as well. They said I need Pen drive. Later, they said I have to pay twice because I am taking hard copy and soft copy, that’s why I have to pay about $25 each time. Moreover, the Manager said even there soft copy also comes following printing procedures. I never heard that before. Just taking an advantage from customer for making money. I was shocked while he said soft copy also cost him and it’s also following printing procedure. Never ever in this place again.

Good selection of office supplies for a brick and mortar store. Lots of their stuff is a little overpriced, so definitely compare prices, particularly on big ticket items and electronics. They also destroy and throw out all returns and display model as a policy, which is really wasteful and serves no one but the shareholders. So a good experience, but 3 stars for being evil I guess.

It was a little busy but to answer a quick question the personal seemed perturbed even though she wasn't attending anyone.

Crazy helpful service. Was looking for a specific hard drive, and received recommendations and information from the sales associate. Convenient location, lots of parking. Clean and bright retail area.

Was hoping to have some very basic printing done - no luck. They managed to screw everything up and I never even did get my whole order, even though I paid in full for it. I'll stick to local sources from now on and AVOID Staples. ***Update - was able to get my product, but it was just very unorganized. Here's a hint guys.when the customer's product is ready to pick-up, MAYBE contact the customer and tell them that!? Geeeeesuz.

Nothing in stock? Very annoying. Wanted a chair, and a printer. Lots of associates around, little help.

A million floor staff standing around but assigns only 1 single print/fedex personnel. The waiting period is the length of half of a hockey game.

Please train your staff on the things that they can do and not do. When you visit the store in the evening to get your photograph done, tehy have different views that they can do digital and hard copy both, but when you visit them th other day, they deny of giving you digital copies. So, please have your standards setup right and let your staff know what the standards are. They also stated that no other staples will do, but then I had to go to another staple and they happily did it for me.

Staples is always good when you are looking for particular items. As well, they have always a lot of products on displays, which helps to make a choice.

We went to staples ellice and there a girl named Arshpreet (working as an employee) ignored me and my husband for good 15 minutes as we both are standing and waiting for our turn. Even tho, we gave her a gesture for help and such a poor service that she did not bother to come to us or acknowledge us. Then I straight went and said, hey! Can you help us? She gave me a strange look. Her customer service is zero and she’s really slow! Please prefer other employees rather than her!

I went there for scanning some of my documents for the first time, the staff at the printer station were so horrible and poor customer service. They require everyone to do it by themselves without teaching or showing them how to do it.

Staff was friendly. Lots of stock. Got some cool pens obviously. Where else would you get your pens?

Staff are preoccupied with their phones. Asked for help, got an inaudible mumble but pointed us in the right direction, so bit of a trade off. Cashier is a hit or miss kind of deal.

I found every school supplies of what my child needed and which the help was extremely helpful of making sure I got everything for my child. I'd totally recommend Staples as #1 back-to-school supply store.

Great place to get what you need. Air conditioning not working for weeks, staff informed us. Would have spent more time and possibly money there, but it was too bloody hot to shop!

Good place to shop if you need school supplies and need print outs and use the printer and copier. Good customer care. Overall this is where to shop for supplies. Staples has it all.

Excellent place for Office & Computer supplies, and shipping packages. Other services available.

Such a slow service for photo and printing side
Only one person is working, what a only person can do when 10 people are waiting just went for Photo and waited 40 mints atleast not worth it

Stafd always there to help and great selection of office supplies. Able to get all we require here!

Went for the print station none of them worked and if they did well they weren't working for me I even asked the desk to have them help and that was useless. The only thing I enjoyed about this location was you can test drive your crayons.

Staff is unorganized stood in line Noone ahead of me but they continuously pushed me aside to help someone else

Good products. Some prices are too high. I did get a good deal on 8.5"x14" copy paper.

I went there today around 3: 45pm to print files, the tall white old man at the entrance was VERY RUDE. He blocked me and my friend at the entrance and said that it's only 1 member per household. I told him that we live in a different house but he insisted that we came from the same car, the fact that me and my friend met on Ellice and walked our way to Staples. "I DON'T KNOW IF THE MAN WORKING FROM THERE KNOWS THE MEANING OF 1 MEMBER PER HOUSEHOLD" as what he said. My friend is supposed to be buying something from there but ended up leaving at the store because the white old man did not allow him to come in. "BEWARE OF THE TALL WHITE OLD MAN WORKING FROM THERE" because even if you live in a different household, he will not allow you to come in if you have somebody walk in together at the same time in their store. I GAVE ZERO STAR TO THIS LOCATION AND TO THE WHITE OLD MAN.

No body care about you, especially when you needed help, how to use the printer, they Just ignored you and when you look at them, they just look away! So the store is open, but make sure when you go, make sure to have more patience.goodluck.

Ordered some ink cartridges and a piece of equipment. (Epson V600 scanner)
Ordered everything online for curbside pickup. Finding the cartridges was a pain. They did not list under ink cartridges, nor with printer supplies. I had to search HP accessories to place the order.

Pick up was easy, they emailed me back well within 2hrs that it was ready and I pulled into the pickup slot and called the number. They brought it all out in a couple of minutes. Checked my drivers license to make sure names matched and we were off, under 10 minutes.

Really love this place. Milk is less expensive there. The clothing is reasonably priced "and there quite nice".

Went to go get return label printed but had to email them to myself (no big deal) but it would not let me print the full image. So the staff suggested I go on the computer that is there to print. They did not explain that the computer was pay per minute and that it had a long load and buffering times (more time was loading email than I was on it) so I had to put more money on my card. Then I finally go to print and it still won't let me do the full image (even though the staff said it would) and I just wasted money waiting for the damn thing to load for a print job that I couldn't even do. Lesson learned on my way to buy a buy a printer will take less time and money the using Staples Print Centre.

They are loosing the love with me! Starting to act like Walmart.everyone stands around no one knows anything and they just don't care

During Winnipeg's lockdown, I was able to do my purchase online and then head to the store for pickup.

I arrived a bit earlier than I should have, as they were only doing curbside pickup from 11.am (I should have called and checked the store hours, my bad).

While waiting for the store to open, a staff member (I wish I got his name) was setting up the stall numbers for the curbside pickup. He came over and asked who I was and what I was picking up, and also confirmed I had an order. He promptly went inside and brought my order out.

I was extremely happy as he did not have to do this before the store opened, and again it was a above and beyond thing to do.

Most of the time I'm very happy with this store.
But these shortened hours during covid, is completely unrealistic! Only open 9-5 as an office supply store, you do realise most office hours are 9-5!? When do you expect us to come pick up our supplies if you aren't open past 5pm?
Sure hope these hours change soon!

Please be aware that if you are getting a computer fixed there, they do not include the cost of a back up when giving you a quote. I backed my device up prior to bringing it in, and was not asked or informed they would be making a back up. I was very surprised when picking it up that I was charged for the service of backing it up and the USB. I was then informed it is their policy to back up all devices, which I think should be made clear to customers, especially when I did not require one.

Nice changes to the interior being made. It feels roomier in the aisles. Take a bit to find some things but over all good changes.

I was just ignored by one of the sales lady from the printer, I had to get there attentions by knocking the table just to get assistance. Very RUDE.they just like to chit chat with there co-worker.

Store was clean, bright, and well stocked. Was helped by Nick, for a young man he was very knowledgeable and professional. I think employees like him really make for a great shopping experience.

Very messy floors and very quiet. The employees make an unusual effort to avoid eye contact. Copy machine out of service, isnt that what theyre known for? Lots of parking

Employees are very friendly and welcoming in store and always offering help when looking for specific items or needing help
Two helpful employees were extremely nice today with helping me remove a small tree, when they were dropping off supplies.
Staples is a great store and has wonderful employees.

It was the first time for me to be at Staples on Ellice and St James to scan some documents. The staff there were very helpful, especially a lady named June (Hopeful I got the spelling of her name right), she is so kind, friendly and very helpful. I can eagerly recommend this location.

Do not use the print shop. It took hours to upload photos and a week to receive them. The quality was terrible. On top of that, they were the wrong sizes/prints and the staff was unable to compensate for waisted time and mistakes in their printing. Go somewhere else!

This is a quality Staples. Staff aren't the friendliest but they are helpful and I can't get mad at that. It is nice and large. Isn't always the easiest to find things but I do get a serene office vibe from this particular Staples. I will go just to walk around. The parking lot is horrendous but that isn't Staples fault. Love u Staples, never change.
