In store shopping is good, but to get ahold of someone by phone is rare. I've tried calling each department, just to see if someone would answer and that was unsuccessful. Been this way for 5+ years. I've been calling for over 2 hours and still nothing.

Wanted to pick up a couple of office chairs, no one around to talk to and no assistance or acknowledgement

Curbside pickup does not save time. Till they have found your order and brought it out to you, you could've gotten a lot of other shopping done. Also, online orders for in store pickup, ship from Calgary.so don't expect them the next day.or the next week.

Went to the store to purchase a car charger for my phone using curbside pickup. Ordered the charger online and says in the description that it came with both a micro usb and type c usb. The store brings it out and it only has a micro usb. I ask where the type c cable is as it says on their website. I was told it doesn't come with the type c cable it doesn't matter what it says online. The employee says I can't pull a cable out of the air. I think this is false advertising and for Staples to do this especially when I am trying to spend money at this store in these times. I will never buy anything at Staples again.

Very helpful staff - brought my items out ro my car for me, pleasant and friendly, the one staff inside was so helpful found me the beat deal on paper.just great!

Not a bad store except nothing is in stock, if I wanted to shop online I would.
Needed a printer and nothing in Inkjet in stock. Should have a instock option on the search parameters. Needless to say someone else got the sale.

Have always had good customer service. Have snagged more than a few cool things on discount. And deal with both FedEx and Purolator.

The last purchase I made here was an iMac, very helpful staff. Not always it has been that good, therefor 4 stars

I needed something blown up and Ainsley was extremely helpful, polite and professional. I always have great help with any out of the ordinary projects. Great place to shop and do business with!

The manager, Janice Munro, was excellent! She went above and beyond to fix our issue that we had with a recently purchased laptop. She was friendly, efficient, competent, and din't argue with us or make us feel dumb. She believed us when we explained the problem and took care of it right away. She also kept her word when she promised to do something for us. She expressed her understanding of being a consumer and considered how she would want to be treated. My husband and I were both very pleased and impressed!
