I needed some assistance in the photocopier section during my most recent store visit- staff went above and beyond to assist me, and made sure I knew to reach out further if I had any more questions! I was able to complete my task quickly & efficiently- which wouldn't have been the case if just left up to me alone! I really appreciated the friendly, helpful staff member!

Online showed they had 8 instock. Non on the shelf. Asked staff, and had the item number and they wouldn't even check to see if they had any. Got what I needed at best buy.

Don’t have everything you need for office. Some articles only come in big packages when you only need one article. Don’t have the best deals

Went to get printer ink and Vadym was super helpful and offered flawless assistance. 10/10 experience. Gotta give this man a raise.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went to purchase a filing cabinet, which showed as two available on their website. However, when I went to the store to take a look at it, and ultimately purchase it, it was nowhere to be found, other than the display model. The employees had no idea how their inventory was organized, or where the location of the item was. It took four different employees to figure out that the item was in their warehouse. Only I wouldn't be able to purchase the filing cabinet today, as they had no one on staff today who was trained and certified to use the forklift, and the earliest date they could give me that their singular employee on payroll who is certified to use the forklift would be on shift is Friday, and that wasn't guarantied, as it was an unexpected absence. The employees were purposefully ignorant, and unwilling to provide a manager.

One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I ordered something online and went in to pick it up. It felt like I was an incovience the entire time, then they brought out the wrong item. After that was made clear, instead of focusing on how to resolve the problem and letting me know what the plan was, they just stopped talking to me. While they ignored me I had the time to I find what I needed on Amazon and ordered it on my way out of the store. I used to like Staples but I will never go back. What a waste of my time.

This store is always clean. The staff are always ready to help and are very knowledgeable, and the prices are very reasonable. They have gone above what I expected a few times. Will definitely come back for my office supplies and any posters I need laminated.

The associates are nice and helpful but the service is slow at the print centre. Waited over 20 minutes to pick up one printed photo as there was 4 people in line and one worker. Not their fault just not great scheduling. I thought I’d be saving time by ordering online.

The photo printing was good the first time but when we returned the next day to print more photos the machine was inoperable.

Truly NO customer service! Had a printing job to do and the girl (busy on her phone) hands me a piece of paper with instructions and points over to the printing machine and states go over and help yourself! Paid for and printed off a copy but it only printed a 1/4 of the page, tried again and same thing this happened 3 times but a fellow that was also printing items was having the same problems and went around a couple times with no one willing or wanting to help. We both went to the counter and told the lady of our problems and concerns. All she could say was well go back to the counter for assistance! To look at the girl to busy on a phone to help anyone. The last 2 times I have been here there is no one that wants to stop and ask if they could help with anything, they are all busy running around, no eye contact no good day or good morning to acknowledge your even in the store. Customer Service is down the crapper at this location!

I always forget about Staples. Often has Specialist office items that you need and good sales that compete well with other retailers carrying similar products

Bad company, environmentally damaging, overpriced, purposefully destroys damaged products instead of donating them, etc!

Terrible print service online. Deletes multiple hours of work when you try to go to check out with no way to go back when you sign into guest.

Great that so many electronics and related items e.g. Batteries, can be easily recycled here.good job/thanks, Staples.

Hubby bought a cord in wpg, came home it fidnt fit took it to the brandon store and could only get a money card Not a refund as he used his card.

Bought a laptop at a reasonable price that cost more at another store.
Plus when there is a sale.quite reasonable, quality.

Great customer service got a bunch of books bound and they had them ready ahead of schedule
