I went to this staples today, the lady working at the shipping services, her name is Nobel, was so rude and don’t even know how to deal with customers, she needs to learn how to do her job. Moreover, she was training the other coworker as well. Staples hire employees that respect customers.

Just purchased a set of JBL wireless headphones at a fantastic price. Thanks to Alex, who patiently answered all my questions, gave some great advice, and went as far as setting up my cell with the new headphones. Now that's service. We were looking for a printer, and Austin the store manager helped us, he was exceptional, approacheable and he went out of his way to locate one for his, Since his location doesn't have the one that we wanted. Thanks a lot Austin

Very helpful staff and there was a good amount of staff. They asked to help us right away to find what we needed and answered all of our questions.

My recent visit to Staples for passport photos for my Grandmother was frustrating. The employee said they couldn't do it that day and I should come back tomorrow because she seemed busy chatting with coworkers. They should have been honest and professional. Staples needs to improve their service.

They stop taking pictures for Immigration propose at 7: 30 but they close at 8. I saw them using their phone at counter but they refuse to work.

I was having problems printing a label. First person I asked for help was not very pleasant, but I (thought) I was able to figure it out. Ended up having to go back as only half of my label printed. This time the person I approached for assistance told me it was self service, so they would have to charge me $3 to assist me. It wasn’t the cost that bothered me - it was the tone and attitude of both employees. Good customer service goes a long way.

Worst customer service of the employee named Ashley. She wasn’t intended to work and was making terms by herself. I had to get my picture done and she directly said that she can’t take one. Very inconvenient.

The lady named Missy in the photo centre was very rude and unwilling to help at the photo centre. I had the worst customer service experience at this location.

I want to give 0 star. I waited for 1.5 hr to scan my documents because they only have one computer and the staff members were not polite too. They were just doing chit chat and using there phones. Worst experience ever. Please don’t go there.

Staff are no help, rude and not concerned with customer satisfaction at all. This place is horrible.

Worst customer service by Justine at photo centre. She was rude and not at all helpful. Needs to be taught customer service. Wouldn’t even give 1 star to her service.

Staff always seem bothered by your presence and a 1 pc of paper print out that cost 69 cents somehow ended up costing $4 and took over 6 hours to print

WORST service ever at this location. The staff at photo and printing area is terrible. No one shows willingness to help. Upon asking for help a lady named JUSTINE for help, she replied so rudely. When it was time to click picture she was so rude and not helpful at all. I was told to come another time. This isnt experience that a customer should have. Staff needs more training and you shouldn’t follow out their customer around the store as if they’re stealing. TERRIBLE

The staff are really shy or they have the worst customer sevice. I think that they are just under staffed (I hope). You can stand at the printer and waited about ten minutes and was nice enough to be snotty with me. It's nice to have a good selection.of stuff to buy.

GO TO BEST BUY! Every time I come here and get sent to the solution shop tech services, I have to wait 20 minutes for help. 20 minutes of watching three employees chatting it up about being loyal to their partners instead of someone getting me the help I’ve requested. How have I paid for my products and now have to wait almost half an hour for someone to go to storage and grab me a fricken charging cable. Funny thing is this happens every time, don’t even bother with this location or even with this store GO TO BEST BUY

Staples, where one can make photo copies of documents and print. One can Buy stationery, envelopes, office furniture, candies and use computer for work.
