Pleasure dealing with Michael Jeanson and getting all my supplies ordered. Props to the delivery guys dropping everything off and going out of their way to place everything out of sight.

Highly recommended for anyone needing tools or building materials. The sales team here are all super friendly and knowledgeable people. The folks in the yard are equally helpful when it comes to loading large materials into my vehicle. I've never had a bad experience in the over 30 visits I've made there in the last 2 year.

Hi, truck driver plz avoid this place. The forklift driver and the reciver lady don’t respect the drivers, they are so rude. Their way of talking is not professional. Too much time for unloading and make u wait for ages.

Cheaper as compared to other stores & quality is great.only drawback is timing.should remain open full day on Saturday & sunday.

I originally contacted Chris Osborne who referred me to Kelly Schuweiler. Purchased a garage package with many options I requested. Was all done via email and phone as I live in the country. Service was outstanding right down to the delivery drivers who were fantastic as well. I have dealt with many other material providers over the years but none with this consistent level of service. I highly recommend this company!

Went shopping for lumber and other building material here today. They had almost everything I needed readily available and it was all high-quality product. The only item they couldn’t supply was Dura Deck but they told me where to find it and it was a good lead.

The processes here are seamless: My experience commenced with the ordering process with Kelly in the store. He has great product knowledge and helped me to locate the one item that they did not stock. After paying for my items I headed out to the yard. The reception in the yard with Jay was friendly and helpful. After checking in I found Mike in the yard and he was very helpful in assisting me to locate the material and help me to load it.

Sometimes I feel like Customer Service is a thing from the past. Star Building is living proof that a concerned and caring business can still exist in the world today. We don’t have to put up with the nonsense that is encountered at the big box lumber stores.

Was looking for rot iron panels to complete fencing project.
Star and staff able to meet my needs right down to every detail.
I just give measurements. And they calculate my needs. Thx

Super clean store. Well organised. Staff made every effort to help me out. Covid policy clear and supplies readily available. Was offered help to bring my purchases to my vehicle which I gladly accepted.

This was my first visit but I definetely go back.

This place rocks for building supplies. Friendly staff and wide variety and selection of building materials and tools in stock. Check it out as an alternative to the 'big box' stores.

The new store is really nice. The staff is always so helpful. Dave was my salesman and could answer all my questions. The yard staff we very great to talk to and guided me where I needed to go. Well done Star.
