This place suffers from serious noise pollution! At this point I think the staff are tone deaf to it, as they are constantly smashing mixing cups, ice bin scoopers, ladles, basically anything that can be smashed loudly against a surface, WILL BE smashed against a surface! It is clear the space suffers from poor acoustic design that makes any sound reverberate, and perhaps some sound mitigating foam on the ceiling might help.
But, honestly, if I didn't have noise canceling headphones, i would leave with a migraine.

Ok. You have had the whole summer to fix the tables. Tables are AWEFUL and unpeeled! You charge so much! Do the work. Customers deserve good quality, we pay alot!

You better have some free time if you order a coffee here. Mobile orders and drive thru only. Waited 14 minutes for coffee at counter.

Reusable green cups are a waste of time and money as if you keep one with you, all the Starbucks won’t help to refresh the cups to allow refilling them in-store unless they are sanitized at home. Therefore most regular customers forget to clean them before a visit if kept in a vehicle and thus paper cups are more likely to get used!

Wait was the real problem I would say because i had to wait around 20 to 25 minutes in a dine-in order. It was busy I understand but 25 minutes of waiting time is too much i think for just 2 simple drinks other than that drinks were good, good staff, good interior.

Staff only friendly towards regular customers. I came to this part of city for my appointment. I thought I will have a coffee but I was surprised to see really unprofessional attitude and rudeness of the female barista. I hope the owner trains his/her staff better in the future.

Mobile ordered. App said it’d be ready in 10 min. 10 min goes by. Another 10 min. And for sure another 10. I’m currently standing in line and looks like the staff is in no rush to get orders through. The mobile pickup line is to the exterior door. Unreal.

Went through Drive-Thru just before closing time. I guess closing means the staff are out of the building at 8pm. Both the lady in front of me, and myself were there before the store closed, but we were told they were already closed. Was there on Wednesday, and they messed up my drink, got a Chai Latte instead of an Americano Misto. No wonder the number of Starbucks in Winnipeg is dwindling.

I was a this location this Morning and I waited in line and when I got to place my order to see a sign that said "drive-through debit down, but debit inside works" Which is no big deal not their fault. So when I went to place my order I asked if I could order now and then come pay inside and to my surprise they said no I would need to wait in line then go park and then go in and place my order. Which to me was insane why I couldn't have my order started and then just com in and pay so I wouldn't have to wait twice. So I left and went to the Pembina location where I had a great experience and friendlier staff. Noah at Pembina was super friendly fast and efficient

It was really busy when we stopped in here. The staff was super nice and got us our drinks as quick as they could! It wasn't very clean and it was too loud to have a conversation inside.

I hardly ever come here because this wasn’t my first bad experience but now I know I’m better off walking into the Indigo location. I went through the drive-thru and there was one vehicle at the window ahead of me. He received his drinks already and proceeded to have a flirtatious conversation with the cashier. I only know the context of the conversation because I could hear it all the way from the passenger seat, they were talking about frequently a club and what they ordered, stuff about drinking Pink Whitney etc. Five minutes passed and there’s a fairly busy lineup behind us and my dad (who was driving) honked. We got to the window and my dad said something along the lines of, “You could have told him what time you get off if you’re going to have a conversation for 5 minutes. ” The cashier in a condescending tone says, “It was one minute, he’s a regular here. ” I work in food service as well, and there are appropriate times to have conversations with customers, and that definitely was not appropriate nor was it appropriate to say that back to us, no point in arguing for 2 minutes about how long your conversation was. Then they got my drink wrong and she again in a rude tone said, “We’ll remake it. ” And then someone else came to the window to hand us our drinks.

And to say he’s a regular, what significance is that to me, is that to say you treat your customers differently? Just seems odd to say.
Again I work in food service too, and I know how bad customers can be, but I don’t think it’s fair to argue whether how long that conversation was, you have a full line of people and you’re talking about what you order at the club AFTER the customer received his drinks long before. I wouldn’t even be bothered if she said something like, “I’m sorry, I didn’t notice time was going by. ” because I get sometimes that happens but moral of the story, never coming back.

This is my second time coming here for the same drink and they made it wrong again. Worst customer service as well. They just shut off the window on the face while i was talking. This man needs to go through the training again.

Very poor experience here this evening. I waited over 20 mins, when I got to the window they passed me 4 drinks when I ordered 3. I told them this was not correct and they charged me for an extra drink (a venti at that) and then handed me the tray and went “is it ok? ” Well.no but I don’t want to hold up the line so I said “I guess so” then I asked for my item that was still missing. I said thank you when they passed it to me and was about to drive away when the employee yells to me “you don’t need to be rude! ”. You’re right, I don’t need to be, and maybe I should have been rude if I’m going to be called out for it anyway! Yea.you got my order wrong, I accepted it as is (making a $7 donation to Starbucks) and I’m the rude one. I’ll never come back to this location.

Shout out to this location! I expressed some app issues and the staff rectified the situation and honoured my complimentary drink. I felt welcomed at this location with the warm and friendly interactions! The atmosphere was quiet yet hip, with a well maintained interior. The only thing I struggled with was seeing the menu board at drive-thru speaker, so I went inside. But well worth it for such a good experience (:

I ordered a drink and it took forever to get it when I got it it was a totally different drink then I had ordered! And has to wait another 30 min for my other drink!

On Tuesday, November 23,2021 at around 5: 30 PM, we went through the drive through and purchased our normal 2 London Fogs and then 3 - $50 gift cards. The total was $161.09. I used my Visa card which showed it went through but the drive through lady said it didn’t. I said it did show it had gone through but she said no it didn’t. I then used my debit card to which the drive through lady said did go through. I check my online banking the next day (Wednesday, November 24,2021) and confirm that I had been charged twice. I immediately called the Starbucks and was told to wait three days and then if the charge had not been removed, to come into the store in person and it would be taken care of. We drove in on Sunday, November 28,2021 and went to the store to solve the problem. I was met at the door by Laurely. She was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and made minimal efforts to assist me with the return of my $161.09. Please have Laurely removed from this location. Such behavior for a retail business is beyond unacceptable. Additionally, I still need my $161.09 back. I will await a prompt and respectful reply. Thank You.

The amount of times this location makes drinks wrong is ridiculous. Ordered a drink tonight, got a plain latte. So, do I wait in a ten person lineup to get it fixed now? Indoor dining is closed.

Avoid this location, complaining to Starbucks directly just gets ignored. Save your seven bucks.

I ordered using the mobile app. App estimated that it would be 8 minutes. Waited 20+ minutes for a simple coffee.

They had 1 person filling mobile orders and 3-4 for drive thru. It would have been faster to order in store given that people who walked in got their drinks much faster.

Also no apology was offered.

The service is slow, the sugar and milk are not offered in the seating area. I requested for some sugar, i was given 1 small pack and no stirrer. Am I supposed to stir it with my finger now?

The customer service is really nice although I think they can work faster at clearing the drive thru line. The line's so big sometimes cars have to wait in the parking before joining the lane. Apart from that all seems well and the products have not yet disappointed me.

Outrageously slow drive through, tried once, gave the benefit of the doubt of a bad day, but when people are putting their cars in park in the drive through every time I come here you should probably hire more people to deal with the traffic.

Really friendly service, and drinks were probably the best (as compared to 3 of the Starbucks cafeterias on UofM campus, and the tims and McDonald's stores I visited this month), had horrible experiences, but this Starbucks restored me! Cosy too

I like the set up at this location. A smaller location but it is nice. Parking lot can be a little tight as well.

It was fantastic! They had run out of the sandwich I had ordered but resolved the problem quickly and offered wonderful service recovery. Enforces why we keep coming to Starbucks. Thanks
