Starbucks

Waited 25 minutes for a hot chocolate. Very long line-up. Would not recommend, lots of local places with much faster service.

The service is so incredibly slow. Waiting 30 minutes for a coffee is insane.
I was served a dead fly in my drink, reached out to the store and never received a reply

Drink made correctly. Not being able to pay without entering zero for a tip needs to be fixed.

Gone numerous times. Been to many both in Canada and US. This is by far the worst one. Always the same here since they renovated. Very slow service, workers are friendly. Take out always 20 min wait or so almost every time, no matter what time of day. Drinks lack flavor and usually cool. Not sure what the problem is, not enough staff and poor training? Reorganization needed badly here Starbucks. Would not come back but this is only one in Brandon.

Phenomenal customer service. Shout out to the All Star Staff Member with Purple hair! Friendly, Enthusiastic and attentive. Order was correct and a perfect 10/10 Starbucks experience.

The longest I’ve ever waited in line for a drink at any Starbucks ever. Told the lady at the drive thru window they are losing lots of customers as people pull out and drive away because of the long wait. She didn’t seem to care. I will never be back.

This location is insanely busy most of the time but I have never had a problem with the service or drinks when I get to order. Brandon could really use at least one more standalone Starbucks in the city. The ones in Safeway and Sobeys really don't cut it.

Newly renovated Starbucks store with usual array of drinks. Staff are particularly friendly and well engaged with customers. Cafes new style just lacks the original feel of a cosy Starbucks and is a move in the wrong direction imho.

A great experience at our local Starbucks today! Delicious drinks, prompt service, and a friendly barista all made for a better Monday!

A clean and comfortable environment since their renovation. Excellent service is consistent at this location.

I used to like this establishment! Used to have great vibes.but recently everyone seems unmotivated. I think the manager should consider communicating with his staff.because clearly he isn’t doing his job well. I feel bad for the baristas. Pour management!

Baristas are always pleasant and great to deal with. Only downside to this location is they seem to be out of certain drink items alot of the time.

Wow what a great cup of coffee! Can't believe how much better there coffee is compared to Tim's and the coffee I make at home! It costs more money but in my opinion we'll worth it!

I went in to order two drink and had showed this guy worker what I wanted, and you could clearly see what was on the photo, but said in a rude and sassy way to read it out, then my friend noticed him talking about us, and he wasn’t quite about it and kept looking at us, he was just really rude, it doesn’t matter what kind of day you had, you still have to be nice to your customers like seriously that was uncalled for to act rude.

When you’re in Brandon you are kinda stiffed armed to two locations. This one a couple times I have been to it something is going on here. The line up for drive through is always backed up, usually it’s faster to go in I find when that happens but it was still a long wait for my drink and meal. Another time I came back they only had an option to go through drive through because they were under staffed at the time, wanted to come in with my own cup to create less garage but they don’t accept that offer at drive through.

If there were more options at Starbucks this would be my last one I think to go to.

Splendid products.the starbucks team here is amazing.they go above and beyond and are always kind.

I enjoy Starbucks immensely it is actually one of my guilty pleasures if I was ever to go to the pearly Gates in Jesus asked me what I thought of being down on Earth I'd say going to Starbucks is the best everything else it's just okay

Even after dealing with an extremely rude customer ahead of us our server was more than courteous.

Is this place ever bad? No. Flat whites are excellent, great non dairy options. Staff are always pleasant. I enjoy the ability to order ahead so when I'm done my shopping I can pop in and pop out!

Staff are normally super bubbly and friendly. I don't visit Starbucks very often as it can get expensive, but I visit once a month for a latte and I always enjoy my visit.

The employees are excellent, I do have an issue with the drive thru though. It often blocks traffic in the Corral Center and I worry it will cause an accident when the roads are icy.

I paid $9 dollars for a coffee and a frappe. Price is too high for something that is not that great. Service was good though

Ive got coffee everytime i come to brandon always great and cant wait till i come here again! Fast drive thru never waited that long.

The staff at the Brandon Corral Center location, are always so friendly, and the App makes ordering incredibly easy.

The drinks here are always perfect. I've been a rewards member for years! The staff are always great- except for one morning girl. I think her name is Beverley or Bethany? I preorder on the app and theres no option for a personal cup, so when I would ask for it to be put in my own when I got there on multiple mornings she gave me attitude about it. Then I wanted to reload $10 on my card this morning and use that to pay for my drink and she wouldn't let me reload $10 but made me do $15. Very unprofessional. I still absolutely love the location and will definitely be back often!

It was the first time I have eaten at a Starbucks had a breskfast sandwich it was great and the lady on drive thru was very friendly

It would be great if they bring back some of the lower calorie desserts they used to have. Way too much sugar in everything except their plain teas and coffee.

Good coffee. Also expensive for what you get. Good parking. Store is very clean and the staff are great.

It's Starbucks, all the products are typical of the brand. This one took a long time for mobile order and is the only Starbucks I apparently had to 'check in' with to receive mobile order.

We tried the Matcha latte, it was really good. Also the chicken bacon sub has a lot of it, very tasty. The only part not so good was the Danish was undercooked. The service was ok.

I think Starbucks managers have to get into the habit of sending Ghost shoppers. This location gets a bit busy chatting amongst themselves and forgetting their customers. I often feel like I am bothering them. For a coffee that is ~$5 (and that is not a super special one) I hope I am not too much of a bother!

Wonderful experience! The staff were so friendly, the environment was so pleasant and everyone was welcoming. My order was done relatively quickly and efficiently even though they were training. It was wonderful making seeing them help the trainee without making him feel bad for not knowing. The staff were clearly enjoying their job and I left the store in a light mood and definitely willing to come back. 11/10

Smile. Good Job on the customer service Guys every one knows that customer service is almost common place with these guys, but This little guy at the counter stepped it up a notch. We really just stop by to get warm but this little guy wooed us into more that jist the warmth of the story but to indulging in a hot beverage. Thanks for remaining consistent Guys really appreciate what you do.
