Sad to see the remodeled Starbacks. All the seating gone. No more gathering for those that would go there and hangout with a nice cup of coffee.

I don't know how you butcher coffee, but they did. Awful location. Multiple times.

Starbucks appeal has always been about the coffee and client experience. Now it’s no longer about the experience. This location just completed a significant renovation and is now bland and sterile inside. A neighbourhood location should have tables and chairs.

Closed for a long time for renos and just reopened. Unfortunately seem to have removed all indoor seating for who knows what reason. Maybe a bad idea in the winter… we’d started going elsewhere when they closed for renos and will probably just keep doing that as there’s nowhere to sit anymore.

I'm a regular here because of their caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccinos lol for second busiest in the city, they do awesome. I never go in the drivethru because it's slower.
Regardless, it's close by and the staff are very talented and very nice.

Great location. One of the best in the city in my opinion! The staff are always super sweet and enthusiastic. I come here quite often and have rarely had a bad experience. They always get my order right and the staff are extremely outgoing and considerate. Drive thru has been slower lately but its because of training and I get it. I'd rather them take their time and get my order right, than have me rushed out the door! 10/10 reccomend. - its the only starbucks in the area, give the baristas some patience they're people too! -

Nadia was so kind and patient with helping me make drink choices today! I didn’t want caffeine and she took the time to explain how she can have them made without. She made our day:)

Only the Starbucks on this earth couldn’t take egg out from spinach feta wrap, July 19, at 9: 35 on the drive thru, lady was laughing on the back while i was ordering, worse service than TIM Hortons. Never recommend anybody. #manager #starbucks

I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. When I finally got to the window they had me wait longer so I went inside and they hadn't even started making my drink. I ordered a plain green tea. The worst Starbucks, slow and inefficient.

The waiting time is too long as the "drive trough" is served first priority. It's a bit pricey, and there is not much of the choice for food.

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the staff on February 11th, 2023 around 3: 30pm. It was very busy and the customers were not being particularly nice about it, but the staff were pleasant and had a good attitude nevertheless. Your hard work was noticed!

Quality service and the nicest people you'll meet but they really proved that size matters with straws because I think a 4 inch straw isn't Ling enough for a venti. Other than that outstanding service.

3 times now ive been told they are understaffed and cant serve me unless I go threw the drive thru, there was 2 cars in the drive thru and me the only person inside, 3 staff cant deal with that? Retrain or hire more, horribly ran place, sounds like the staff were just being lazy and didnt want to deal with in person orders

Longer waits typically at this location, however staff is always friendly and accommodating. Has drive thru.

I have been to this store a buch of times and the store is amazing, the staff is really nice and make some of the best drinks and always to perfection.

I really like their Frappuccinos. That’s it. If I were a coffee drinker, this would be my favourite place for coffee. However, since I don’t drink coffee or tea, it’s just Frappuccinos for me whenever I’m in the mood for one. The people over there are very nice too. I really appreciate them.

Drink i ordered was was full of curdled milk, took one sip to throw out a almost $10 drink, waste of money

They literally had people sitting down and told me I couldn’t cuz the seating area was closed? ! Also the spinach feta wrap was thrown in the microwave and squished as it was handed to me! Terrible not going back

Very fast and freindly staff. Got my order exactly and tasted great. Would definitely visit again.

The drinks were delicious as usual but unfortunately the service was lacking today.
I know with the masks and barriers it may be hard to get ppls names correct for the orders but it is really imperative they do as just leads to mass confusion.

The slowest drive thru I have ever been in (consistently). They’re also randomly closed for in-store orders.

I love the staff and customer service! I used to order uber eats everyday from this place but the drink I like is having a shortage so today when I visited, they said to me "OH MY GOD IT'S SHEYENNE WE FINALLY HAVE A FACE TO THE NAME! " Love love love it here!

The priortization of drive thru over the mobile pick up resulted in over 20 cars picking up via drive thru while I waited over 25 minutes outside in -30. Unacceptable!

Went to this specific Starbucks this past Sunday. We ordered 2 drinks and 1 cake pop.

My cold brew vanilla cream was horrible I actually had to dump it and go to somewhere else after 1 sip. I always have this drink but I usually get it at the Steinbach location and I love it. Not sure whyit tasted bad at this location.

My girlfriends mango dragon fruit drink was good though as she enjoyed it.

Drive-thru line was long. Service was great.staff was friendly, even though they were clearly over swamped. Even though I get a simple coffee, they always get it right! Merry Christmas!

Everything was delicious but they forgot to give me my little girls apple juice but its kinda my fault I forgot about it until after I pulled away

Absolutely amazing! During COVID they have been completely swamped but always do everything they can you quickly get through the line but also provide incredible service. They really get to know you and they always have a puppicino ready for my dog and are so excited to give it to him! Thank you! Best Starbucks in the city!

It was my first time at this location. The drive through line up was beyond long! But I was amazed at how fast it moved! Friendly, professional attitude. 100% Starbucks quality! Too bad I don't live around there!

We have been customers since this location opened. The first few years this store and staff were impeccable! Over the years however the standards have slid downhill. Now that all locations are controlled by HQ in Seattle, we are seeing improvements. Would really like this location and staff get back to where it once was, serving customers 5 star legendary service and cleanliness.

Waited 30 mins in drive through. No one told us debit/visa was down and only cash or tap allowed. When we got to the window to pay it was apparently our fault for not having tap. The barista was so unpleasant.

The employees were nice but their cold brew was not as strong as any of the other branches. Tried going on two different occasions and it was bad both times.

Excellent Starbucks location. Friendly staff and my order is always correct and properly prepared.

Usually very busy and hard to get a seat. But the staff are friendly and make quick work of the orders. Don't forget to ask for a ceramic mug if you're staying in!

This is the closest Starbucks to our house, which makes it convenient, however The majority of visits, I leave disappointed. I fully understand it is busy, however even when it isn’t (no cars in front in drive thru and almost no line when driving out of drive thru) it is incredibly slow. On multiple occasions I have waited over 10 minutes with either 1 or no cars in front of me in the drive thru. I have waited over 3 minutes just for someone to talk to me on the drive thru speaker. It is unfortunate that this experience keeps repeating itself, as I have never had similar experiences at other locations. I will not be visiting this location again.

Very very slow drive thru. Waited about 30 minuets in line, there was about 7 cars in front of me. Took about 4 minuets per customer at the window, and they didn't open the window for about 1.5 minuets, then they made my drink. I appreciate it being fresh, but that really slows things down. They also don't have tap on their debit machines. They should really upgrade that

Very busy every time I've gone there (Sunday afternoon) and the place is kind of small, but the staff are friendly and the service was good.

Extremely disappointed in my last visit. Did a mobile order pickup and redeemed a free drink. The barista did not make my iced drink properly, it was supposed to have 3 shots of espresso, not 2 and I could tell by the appearance and taste it was only 2. I thought maybe he didn't see the sticker well and didn't realize it was supposed to have 3 so I asked is this 3 shots of espresso (thinking he might respond saying 'oh sorry, didn't realize it said triple') and he responded annoyed and said yes and walked off. He did not ask if it tasted okay and walked off to avoid me saying anything further. It tasted way too milky so I didn't drink it (free $6 drink wasted). On top of that, the bagel I ordered wasn't available so I got it refunded. Not sure why it didn't say out of stock when I ordered it. The guy who did the refund was nice. Just disappointed. I had to go elsewhere for my coffee and breakfast. Waste of time, free drink and left feeling super disappointed.

This was horrible I ordered a vente nonfat foam only cappuccino and repeated no milk just foam and I watched them make it and he pours milk in it! He didn't offer to remake it when I voiced my displeasure.

Excellent setup, lots of choices for chairs, benches etc and a large group table to set up your laptop and work.

I had a good experience here when I met a friend for coffee and to catch up. I'm not really much of a coffee drinker, and one of the baristas over heard me saying so. I had ordered just a regular Mocha, and she suggested that I try it with salted caramel and sea salt as it really heightens more of the chocolate flavour and less of the coffee. I wasn't charged more, and really appreciated the suggestion. I ended up loving the drink and may have found my new go-to hot beverage at Starbucks, all thanks to her suggestion!

From studying or socializing there often I have noticed that a certian female worker is extremely loud. Abtrusive, her loud manner is distracting to those studying or having a quiet get together. Conversations with other employees should not be heard across the entire store in my personal opinion. I am not saying, ‘Be silent! ’, but a more considerate volume would prove to be a better starbucks experience.
