Went here looking for work only to be told that for minimum wage I had to be available 7 days a week from before 5am until almost midnight
No consideration of me having drs appointments or anything else in my life
Wonder why there is a shortage of workers?
These kind of expectations are the problem
Treating your workers with respect and dignity would be a great start!

When I was visiting Winnipeg a couple of weeks ago I visited this Star bucks several times and although it was incredibly busy the staff were so helpful and polite. I had to wait for my ride to catch my plane and I was allowed to sit there for an hr. I was also given ice water. Visit this Star Bucks if your ever in Winnipeg.

They are cheating on the portion.in the bottom half is coffee, and the other half is just foam. Medium size.
Is this the new strategy to save cost?

Great customer service! Always friendly, and patient - sometimes I'm so indecisive, lol Great vibe here!

Had iced latte today, but it was more like a glass of milk. Also person behind my aunt walk out with her coffee.

Love Starbucks in general, but terrible service in this location. Took me 15 min to make my order, there were 5 people there standing talking doing nothing. It gets worse still. In front of me there was a client noticing that something was missing from her order, they fix it BUT then talk things behind her and laughed when she left. I was still there listening. I don't understand how can they be so judging. Control your workers, no one wants to notice that first thing in the morning. Now I drive an extra 5 min to get my coffee in peace somewhere else. The only reason they got 2 stars is because they were super clean.

They put the condition to use wash room to coustmor to use. Poor service i will never ever go to this place.

Lady named “Shelley” is so nice in customer service. She was dealing with other drunk man as well and handling customer’s as well with bravery?
