Drinks are always great but what happened to the fake nice customer voice.barista was on her phone for two mins before taking my order and seemed a little grumpy.eric was awesome as always though

This location really needs an automatic door to enter. People with strollers, walkers, and wheelchairs find it difficult to enter unless another patron opens and holds the door.

While sitting outside enjoying a drink, I witnessed 8 such incidents in just 30 minutes.

Feeling bad, had a bad day at work so i decided to treat myself with a drink. I have little sensitive teeth so i don’t like lot of ice. I asked for light ice as you can see on the drink cup. I asked the person who made my drink if they put less ice and they said yes. This half cup of ice isn’t light ice. I don’t like this. I am disappointed. I would like a remake pls
