Starbucks

The service is terribly terribly slow. It has a drive thru that really hurts the service obtained when you are inside.

Nice place to get a cup of coffee. Staff didn’t fell welcoming sometimes just because of the service I prefer Starbucks over Tims but it’s a nice place to drink coffee. Hope that helps

Staff are always friendly and the drinks are always good. Drive-thru can get really busy sometimes but you can always go inside if in a rush.

Worst Starbucks I've been to. I've gone several different times, trying to give them another chance. But they ALWAYS get my order wrong! And not just on a specific drink, on a variety of coffees that I have ordered.

The most comical one being that I requested a latte be made with almond milk. So what do I get a latte half almond half milk. Umm why, does anyone order a drink like this?

Also wait times are completely awful.

The drive thru is terribly slow.and when i did go inside there was two workers with name tags mandee and janessa.you could tell they were talking awfully about other workers and i even saw another worker visably upset.honestly don’t waste your time here

I love this Starbucks, it isn’t all ways the fastest- but the staff is always incredibly kind and always bring a lovely start to my day

Always pleasant staff, order is never wrong. Drive thru is a little slow sometimes but that's typical during rushes

Wouldn't recommend using this location. Barely any fruit inclusion yet both drinks should have had double. Very little flavoring. Too over priced to be that stingy with ingredients. I've never had such a bland refresher.

I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks (not my cup of tea), but my kid loves them and the service is always good.

No idea what the other comments in here are saying 20 min wait for drive through… More like 30-40 on a regular day. Also drinks are always hit or miss. A simple latte tastes different every time here.

Well you wait 22 minutes in line get to the front window they don't even have a regular coffee. You pay full price not even a free coffee u don't even want.staff are great always apologetic for the 20 plus min wait for a coffee.best bet folks.make it at home. I know it happens, many of times I go to restaurants that only deal in 1 thing and 1 thing only and they don't have it.not like I ordered a pizza at a coffee shop.nope I tried to order a coffee.

I have been to many Starbucks around the city and even different countries, but nothing compares to the one down Main Street in Riverbend area (this one). The staffing is amazing, friendly and so welcoming. My order could be a little confusing but I have not walked out without a great iced coffee made just the way I like it.so thank you for that! I wish I could rate this place more than just 5 stars, you definitely deserve it. Thank you for making my daily essential so tasty and drinkable!:)

Slow, the manager here does not bring in enough staff so they are always slow. What an embarrassment that brings to the Starbucks name. Starbucks upper management should look into this. Their own employees to me to call the manager and to get him to bring in more staff. I will probably send this same review to Starbucks.

Drive thru was a completely unacceptable 20 min wait for roughly only 8 cars in front of me. Not only that, upon finally reaching the window I'm greeted without a word, handed a mobile pick up drink and then the guy turns his back and walks away still without a word said.

Shame I couldn't give 0 stars.
