Steeltown Ford Sales

Sadly, they wish to charge incredible prices (2 or 3 times actual msrp) for parts. This seems very short-sighted. I wish there was a local service centre that would charge a fair price. Steeltown Ford is not worth the trip.

Edit: The concern I came in for was noise from the rear of the car, diagnosis (which I have no reason to disbelieve), was both rear wheel bearings/hubs. The price from Steeltown 500 dollars each. I can buy these same Oem parts myself for 240 dollars each. The left rear shock was leaking as well, the Steeltown price, 330 dollars each! These are just shocks! Not struts…nothing active! I can buy these same parts for 120 dollars each! I don’t mind a bit of middleman profit, but this is just unacceptable!
Edit: keep in mind that I am paying retail part prices, the dealership is probably receiving a very substantial discount, possibly 50 percent less, while charging many times the price. Also charging a very high shop rate. Does this seem like a fair deal to you?

Not impressed at all with this dealership and sales staff. We made an appointment with one of the Salesmen (TJ) to come and look at a used vehicle. We drove for over an hour from the south end of the City to get there. When we arrived TJ told us that he just sold the vehicle to someone else. That is completely unsatisfactory customer service. What is the point of making an appointment when they sell the vehicle to someone else while the customer with the appointment is actually on their way driving there? They could have easily told the other person to hang on for an hour and if we didn't show up or take the vehicle, they would be next in line. But no, apparently they don't care about being fair. Complete waste of time, and no consideration for the customer. They certainly didn't live up to your "We value your TIME, we won't waste it or your gas is on us! " slogan.

I brought my truck in for an oil change and pre-winter systems check. The work was completed very quickly and efficiently. The service staff were very courteous and friendly. They were aware of my vehicle's repair history and checked for any past problems. I was very much satisfied with my visit. I will definitely recommend Steeltown Ford to my friends.

Great experience at Steeltown Ford in Selkirk. Everyone was super friendly, welcoming, helpful and their customer service was by far, the best I have had at any dealership. They were so quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, were super relaxed, up front and honest, and just overall, really easy to talk to - which made the whole experience really comfortable and straight forward.
