I wanted to become a new member. Leaving my old bank due to poor customer service and inconvenience. I called prior to ensure I had everything I needed and allowed some time for questions. I waited in the lobby for half an hour with many workers walking past and not even acknowledging me. There was no one else waiting either. It was 5pm (closing time) when someone finally came to grab me. By then, I was told the bank is about to close and we don’t have enough time to set up an account so please come back tomorrow. I decided this bank is not a good fit. Even worse customer service and didn’t care to welcome a new member with cash in hand.

Service is good as in staff get back to you but they sure have don't know how the products work. I find I am explaining more about products and documents to the staff than what they know. Service has drastically fallen by the wayside at SCU.

I work till 4: 30 showed up at 4: 45 and they were already locked. Supposed to be open till 5. How are people with regular hour jobs supposed to work with this?
