Stella's au CCFM

It was wonderful. Inwish the cauliflower wings/bites weren't as spicy. Had to sip water after every bite literally but it was fun! The service was great and attentive. Enjoyed my time there with friends!

Food was really good, our server was friendly, but she forgot to enter a couple dishes/drinks so we waited a while for those.

Really good restaurant with a great service and a nice location. The only observation that I have is that they don't have an option for people with lactose intolerance and couldn't have my sandwich with cheese, the parking lot is something that they need to improve also.

Prices have gone up a lot, just like everywhere, and I come occasionally with my wife now. But otherwise my review remains mostly the same.

A great place for a quick dinner or a snack. I come here with my girlfriend all the time. All of their food is good, and their drinks are great too. Home brewed Iced tea, fresh squeezed lemonade (I'm a big fan of Arnold Palmers) and fantastic coffee. Every time we go, we have to try to get their delightful carrot cake, but they're quite often out, which is always disappointing.

Pretty good food and service, however I know first hand that they don't treat their staff well and it's always been a problem, therefore I cannot recommend it. If they start treating their staff better I will update my review.

Great service and atmosphere. Quite and inviting. It to the waitress some time to get to as as it was somewhat busy when we arrived, but the food arrived quickly and was just perfect.

Nice place for Father's Day brunch. Very busy.there were some empty tables, but I think that was all they could handle with the staff available.

This location is amazingly placed with a great patio.

Food is delicious and staff is very polite as far as I’ve experienced.

Only downfall is how they’ve raised the price dramatically, Stella’s was never “cheap” but it’s typically 17$-27$ per meal depending what your ordering.

Avocado toast is nothing short of amazing, I’ve had avocado toast multiple places around the country and they do it very well here.

There was however a long lasting weird smell on the patio during the meal, not entirely sure where from.

Food and service is great though, would definitely eat here again!

I got the parfait and it was honestly disgusting. It was so over priced and it wasn’t even worth it, halfway through my meal i went to the bathroom and puked. I am never coming back here again!

Awesome food.amazing staff! Had a great time with family Good portion size with delicious flavors! Fav is Mexican breakfast! And ofcourse their Bread pudding has my heart

We grabbed some drinks to go. Very bad service, maybe it was her first shift. Hot chocolate was meh, she put the whole tea bag in the cup, i had to dip my fingers in the the hot water to grab the paper end out. Didn't really talk to us besides taking our order. Might go back again, leaving 3 stars for now.

Waited an hour for a cold tuna melt like it was ready 40 minutes prior and they just let it sit there. Sides weren't anything to write home about and the others at my table didn't enjoy their food much either

Stella's is always amazing. The only con is the occasional long wait times but that's what happens to great restaurants! Worth the wait. Good food, lots of different options. Their soup and salad is always a go to! Their house salad has the best salad dressing I've ever had

Typical food, their food has no consistency, we’re not checking vaccine cards, or IDs to go along either. Staff wasn’t even wearing masks properly.

Rude people at the front, I was there by 8: 50pm, finally a a lady came to attend the vax passport check point at 9: 05pm and told me that they were closing at 10pm with attitude. We were only there to grab coffee and dessert. Very disappointed.

I'm just here to write about the jam. Lol. I ordered a breakfast that came cold, doubtful it was the restaurant's fault. Inside my order came some jam that looked like it was made by the restaurant. WOW! It was so delicious thank you. It looks like you sell it there.and I think I will be buying some from you. Amazing because I'm not even a jam person at all. Also, you use quality bacon and the hash browns are so fresh and cooked to perfection.

Food is good. Lately I’ve come by a few times and not sure if the new staff up front are the ones causing issues. I usually get pick up here 2-5 times a month. Lately its been things like the sauces missing or the order being incorrect. Tonight came on my way home from work, and ordered in advanced, they said 15-20 minutes and it will be ready. I waited about 35 mins after getting there. Very disappointing.

While it's a lovely setting, the service was really slow, we stopped by for a couple of drinks and from ordering a beer and a cocktail to actually getting them was about 30 minutes. We think our server ended up having to make the cocktail rather than the bartender.

A great place with amazing atmosphere and staff. Food was great (i get same thing all the time tho!) Great prices and serving size.

I always enjoy their food. Being a vegetarian there are so many choices. We had to wait over an hour for our food thou. But sitting outside on patio area was lovely way to wait.

Arrived at 12 and reserved a table for 12.45 with name and phone number. Waited on site in view of staff. After 1 pm had to ask when we would get a table. The hostess told us we were behind two groups. Five groups later we inquired again to the male host, who tried to accommodate. Told we were next - then another group was seated by the female hostess. At 1.20 we asked about our reservation and the delay. The female hostess then tried to tell us that she called out my name but that I did not respond - my husband interjected to indicate that we had been standing there the whole time and no name was called out. She then claimed calling my phone - despite no phone call being received, nor seeing any calls being made - since we were standing there the entire time.

Finally seated, we ordered tourtiere but they were out. Next, the Norwegian salmon but they were out of this as well. Could not make eggs benedict because it also called for salmon. Fourth choice was Pad Thai. Arrived lukewarm and tasted like sugary citrus - I have never tasted a sweet Pad Thai. I could not finish it.

The overall experience was very poor. The staff are nice enough (the young guy at entrance was attentive and our waitress was quick) but general oversight and training are needed at the door. Despite being busy due to the rainy day we would have expected a lot more. It left a poor impression after visiting other places in Winnipeg. Thank goodness we were in good company - that made all the difference.

A short wait at 7 o'clock on a Saturday night. Patio was nearly full, but the inside dining was much cooler after being out in the heat all day long.
A refreshing glass of white house wine, a peruse of the menu with good detailed descriptions never seems to fail coming to Stella's. The wait for our meal allowed for talking time and refills. The staff served the patio patrons and provided food service to the beer garden with the band next door. Very tasty fish tacos with a Caesar salad and a large bowl of Pad Thai filled our needs. Usually, I have the double Chocolate cake that's a mile high for dessert, but not tonight. The robust coffee was endless and less than $60 bill left me very satisfied.

Very disappointing.
Ordered smoked salmon eggs Benedict and was told they had no smoked salmon. It was 9: 30am on a Saturday. Not sure why they were not prepared for what is probably one of the busiest days of the week. Oh, and they had no waffles.
What do you mean you have no waffles?
Do they use frozen waffles? Why else would they be out? Waffles are pretty easy to make so I was very confused by this.
Breakfast was cold and not very appetizing. Server was too busy to even bring us coffee refills or the water we had asked for when we first sat down.
Received my bill and they tried to charge me for smoked salmon eggs Benedict. I didn’t have that as they were out of smoked salmon as I stated above. Was told I had to pay for that as the kitchen staff said so.
I asked to speak to a manager and he gave me 3$ off. What a horrible experience.

Food was delicious! Highly recommend their garlic pasta with Shrimp, tomato soup and arugula salad Great service! Friendly staff! Lovely place to have a nice conversation.

First time visiting this Stella's location. Food was very good, service was not what I normally expected from Stella's, but it wasn't bad either. Would return

Great place for brunch, lunch etc. I've not had supper there but out door patio very relaxing - always a treat.

Never a bad meal at this Stella's! I highly recommend you get there for breakfast or lunch Monday to Friday and ask to be seated in Shannon's section you will not be disappointed. She is an absolute treat and takes good care of her customers.
I'm certain all the servers do, but I have lucked out and each time I go Shannon is our server. She is amazing!

Took a bit of time to get a server, got one then he got our drinks, said he'd be right back to take our order, we waited as he stood around the cashier talking with other staff, got our order in, was brought to our table but we sat there with no cutlery on the table to eat with. Got my burger wich was really pink inside.got our waiters attention and pointed it out to him, him and the manager tried to convince me it was safe but I don't eat pink hamburgers, and so I said no I don't want it and ordered garlic bread. You'd think they would compensate for my troubles but no, I won't be going back

Wonderful service even in the current situation. Was seated in the patio and seating was very spaced out and cautious!
Food was great (as usual). I come to Stella's specifically for the Salmon Benedict! (MUST try). The only restaurant in Winnipeg which offers this combo/medley of options that blend so well together on 1 plate (for a Salmon dish). Waitress was warm and friendly. Definitely visit Stella's.

Great patio. Staff wears masks do very Covid-19 aware. Great food at reasonable prices. Service en français.

There is a definite change with the whole dining experience. Waitress was very unattentive and did not make our party of 4 feel as thought we mattered.

Ordered the Dragon bowl, I think the cook dropped the cayenne container into it. Inedible. Nice patio. Stay for the beer and chill rethink the food.

One of our favorite spots for breakfast. Large outdoor patio, well treed and the food is always good. Never had a bad experience here.

Great food, service, ambience, decor, prices, coffee. One of my favorite places to eat at in the ‘Peg.

It is a great restaurant to go in and eat at! There are days when it is packed and you need to wait, but that will happen at any restaurant with delicious food like Stellas! My personal favorite item is the mushroom and havarti burger! It is a must try if you have not yet.

Yet good food, in nice setting. Views of lighting in courtyard makes this Stella's stellar. Can't wait to go back when it warms and greens up.

Local chain restaurant. Good selection, vegan/vegetarian options, attentive service. Nice patio. Can get a bit busy at times. French service available. Great spot!

Breakfast all day excellent, and I suggest you try the Scandinavian gravlax: delicious lightly cured salmon, grainy rye bread slices and fresh salad.

Food here is great, lots of room so we usually get seated pretty quickly. Smoked Salmon Breakfast is the best

Ya, it's perfect casual but homey food. Really like the lazagnia and burgers. Arugula salad is my favorite salad ever. Chocolat torte is amazing as well!

Usual excellent food that Stella's offers. The surroundings feel a shade "mall-like" since it's in the CCFM, but once inside, the big windows make it bright and the decor is all-Stella. Will be back

Went here for lunch with a client and we couldn't stop talking about how good the food and customer service was! Highly Recommend!

Dinner with friends before a concert. My meal was very good. I ordered Pad Thai as is. No extra protein. $13.59 and hubby had Jambalaya. Our friends had the Dragon Bowl, a starter green salad and the Chicken Curry. We ordered coffee at the end and it was tasty. The cup is too small and it was under-poured and we had no refills offered. At 2.85 per cup I would like a full cup. Service was good and the atmosphere is dynamic. Great location. With free parking.

Service was good food was great. We were able to kind of hustled out the door. There was a line though. I think they should have moved some campers before hustling us out the door.

Same predictable food as all the other Stella's. Good and friendly service. They need to change up their menu more often.

Omg, just passing by Winnipeg, and this place is a gem. Been there 3 times already Love the light, the ambiance and the employees are super nice. They have many vegetarian and vegan options, a place that will make everyone happy. Woot woot Stella!

Amazing food, used to eat here 6x/week, but recently learned they cook their products with toxic vegetable sprays. Why use good quality eggs and then ruin it by using a spray full of carcinogens instead of just using butter? Such a shame.

Never been to this place before and I have to say I was impressed. Food was awesome. Had the Pad Thai and it was a huge bowl of deliciousness. Had to take half home. Everyone at the table really enjoyed what they ordered. The service was excellent as well. Will go back.

Grand veg breakfast delicious, cafe breakfast always consistent. Fresh sourdough bread and homemade Stella's jam what more could you want! All I can say is YUM!
