On Nov. 25/23 myself and my family was at Stella's bridal. We had the most amazing service from Xander. He was so professional, fun, and entertaining. He made not only myself but my family feel so comfortable and special. We had a private showing and I highly recommend doing that if you can. If you need a dress please go to Stella's bridal.

Amazing experience grad dress shopping. The staff took the time to find the perfect dress. It arrived quickly and no need for alterations, it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Customer service was awful. The lady wearing the dark rimmed glasses was absolutely rude and unwelcoming. It’s quite unfortunate as I was really excited to go to the store to check out wedding dresses, given the great reviews they had. Kindly save your money and go to store that will treat you with some dignity.

On January 25,2023 I bought and paid for my wedding dress in full and it went down from there. On Friday (2 days later) - I received a call at the end of the day and was informed by Deedee, the owner, that I was not able to order my dress due to the fact that it was no longer being made. I was told that protocol was to give 90 days notice of the discontinuance of a dress but apparently she was notified that day that my dress was not available. This all came with little apology and I was told that I could "absorb the information" and come back another day and perhaps put my money spent towards another dress. I told her I would be there the next day and then was told that the only appointment available was at 4pm - this is a bridal shop that just sold me a dress that was unavailable and one would think (or maybe I assumed) that they should bend over backwards to try to help. I was wrong. I was there the next morning shortly after they opened and demanded my money back in full BEFORE I was going to look at an alternate dress. I was refunded by the lady that originally helped me but again with no apology.and of course the owner saved face and didn't have the decency to meet me and offer additional help. NOW to top it all off, my mom and I went back to rack and what did I find? The same dress that was no longer available. I pulled it out and was met with a "whoops, nice catch - that's a mistake. " Needless to say we packed up and left. Went to another shop, was teary eyed so told my story of what just happened, found a dress, and was treated like royalty. The owner of 37 years said that in all the time she's worked in bridal, this is the first she's heard of something so horrible. Do better Stella's, do better Deedee.

Stella’s was the first and only place I went to look for my wedding dress. I had an amazing experience here with my mum and mother in law. Xander was incredibly relatable, bubbly/positive, and professional - definitely made it an amazing experience. The store is clean, bright, and well laid out. I loved their selection of dresses and brands to choose from. Can’t recommend more!

Xander was absolutely amazing! And spectacular at helping pick out dresses that he thought I’d love. The store itself was very accommodating and had a ton of different choices and styles.

I had xander and he made it so easy to find what i liked in a dress.i was able to find my grad dress in just over an hour and was within my budget.very happy!

I bought my dress here, deedee was amazing! She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel super comfortable as a plus sized bride on a tight timeline! I found the dress of my dreams at an EXCELLENT price!

Very small selection of dresses for grad dresses pretty overpriced the stylist was very nice but when I saw a dress I liked it had broken clasp at the back and they said that they could fix it for free or give me 10% off the dress as if they were doing me a favour when they were charging full price, definitely wouldn’t go there again. You should check out L. A bridal instead.
