The lineups (at most Subways these days) can be crazy long, so expect to wait. I recommend using the app ahead of time and having it brought out to your vehicle. I've had mistakes on my mobile orders though.

I feel bad for the young employees as they probably aren't being trained very well. Not their fault. I heard a long time ago that the owners run skeleton crews at the ones they own compared to the one on Regent & Day (?)

I should just cut out fast food from my life, especially since the quality and portions go down but the prices keep going up.

I'm forced to do a review on here because I can't review them on Skip the dishes. The reason I can't review thm on skip the dishes is because every time we try to order from them, even if it's months apart, they never confirm the order so I don't get a chance to actually give them a rating. That's my entire problem with this place. I don't even know why they're still even on Skip the dishes if they're not going to confirm orders. Over the last year I have tried to place about 5 orders from them, months apart, and each time my order gets canceled. I know you'll probably say, well Why do you continue to order from them? The reason is because once the order got canceled I would call them and ask if they saw that my order came through and they just got busy and didn't have time. But instead they would say that their iPad isn't working. So then when I try to order again a few months later same thing happens. But when I would call they would say their internet is down. A few months later. If I would try again they would give another excuse. So I don't really know what's going on with this place and skip the dishes will not take them off. So this was kind of the final straw and I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered 3 subways with extra sauces and one subway with hot sauce. But I got sauces very less even it was very hard to find where is sauces. It didn’t get any subway with hot sauces. When I call them she said I put sauces on the bottom and we can’t make it by putting sauces on salad. I was busy I didn’t check your comment. I am not sure is it my mistake to order Subway when they are busy. They don’t have any solution and not ready to accept their mistake. Very disappointed. Bad experience. Never recommend this subway

Had a sub at this location half a dozen times or so and everything was fine.last Sunday February 5th at 5pm was a different experience.the young fella finishing off the sub stopped and walked over to the sink and blew his nose in front of 5 or 6 customers.he did wash his hands but i for one will not be back at this location.

Ordered 2 subs, one was quite delightful, pack to the brim.but the other was pretty frail. More mayo than contents. Hit or miss here.

told me it was closed. I dont believe that was right, as they are open till 10. Poor servixw

Went there on Oct 15 for supper and the two employees working there need more training. The guy was standing there picking veggies out of the crevices of the veggie cooler while the female employee was serving a family of 3. Eventually said "do you want me to help these two customers? " He didn't bother to change his gloves, I had to ask. Kept touching his shirt on his chest to pull it away from him, with his gloves on. Didn't really seem to know what he was doing. There was no lettuce in the bin so he went back to go get some, gloves and all, came back with disgusting brown lettuce that I wouldn't eat at home let alone pay for at a restaurant. When I commented on how brown it was he said it was all they had. The female employee went to the back and came back with more fresh lettuce and told him she found fresher lettuce, to which he started having an attitude about. I had to ask him to change his gloves again, to which he had attitude about doing, like I was inconveniencing him.he proceeded to put a ridiculous amount of onions on our subs, we had to ask him to spread the veggies throughout the whole sub, not just clump them in the middle.

It felt like we were there for a half hour.with such terrible customer service I don't think we will be back.

Please, train your staff!

I'm a serious Subway lover, I eat it a couple times a week, this was my first time at this location. I work close by so I decided to order a pickup, got myself a chicken ranch Rice bowl that I've had many times before in other locations. Couldn't believe my eyes.
There were two employees and two customers including myself, the guy who was making my food was rushing for no reason. I asked for three different sauces, all three bottles were empty, instead of refilling them he just didn't put any sauce in it. He put wayyyy too many onions, and the breaded chicken had dark black spots in it. Had no choice but to take most of the onions out and all the chicken, and eat the rest.
At least the place was clean?
Won't consider this location again!

Outstanding customer service. I placed an order for pickup through the app as I'm very busy at lunch time and prefer just to walk in, grab my sandwich and get out. I showed up at the scheduled time and there were no sandwiches available for my order. I showed my app to the staff and they had no order on their POS system. A sales associate named Grant took care of me and took down all of my information in regards to my order. Additionally, he made my two sandwiches on the spot very quickly to insure I wasn't that late for work. His ability to accommodate me and help me with the situation was very much appreciated and I am very grateful for his service. He turned a potentially negative experience into an overwhelmingly positive one and I will gladly return when I'm hungry and in the area.

Team members were so rude, we are working and came there to spend a lunch break for 30 minutes and we took some time to place a order, they said you cannot sit like this go to macdonalds and sit there. They were so rude.
