This is definitely 100% the best Subway (tm) in Steinbach or maybe even all of South Western Manitoba! Staff are super friendly and the food is always good! Washrooms are clean and parking is easy! Only downside is they don’t have the $5, $5, $5 footlooong anymore!

They cross contaminate everything. They put gloves on, put meat on ask if you'd like toasted. Touch handle of oven door. Then proceed to touch veggies without changing gloves. Bad enough glove touched oven handle. You can't use gloves on meat, then the same gloves on veggies. Bad enough equipment handles were touch then put back on food. I'm not vegan but if I was and saw this I'd be disgusted. I'm disgusted as it is. Those gloves even went in food trap as employee rested on countertop with fingers in food trap hole. Not thinking they have a food handlers course. Would not recommend.

I dont know what it is with steinbach, when a place says open till midnight, be open till midnight, not quarter to.i dont know if the shift is scheduled to end at midnight or what, but make the store hours to 11: 30 then.this is the third time i have to go a nightshift without eating.if i was the franchise owner id be livid.side note: one of the 24 hr companies has a shift change at midnight, then a bunch of guys take break around 12: 30.would it not make more sense to be open till 0100.thats not my call but stay open for the hours you say your open please.

Two stars because it’s a subway, if you can catch them when they are open it’s perfectly edible

Came here to get supper and they had no bread. The employee working didn’t seem to care and didn’t offer anything else. I walked up to the counter at 6: 45 and placed my order, the employee looked at me like I was crazy and said “we only have 1 bread”. I then asked if they had any different kinds and he again repeated “we only have 1 bread”. I said okay and ended up leaving with nothing. I was only ordering 2 subs, not something that should be difficult for subway to supply. I’m unsure how this location plans to stay open until midnight today with no bread.

This was a nice place to eat the food was fresh the place was clean and the sub tasted good.

As one of the only restaurants open 24hrs I end up going here a lot due to work. Amazing service and friendly staff consistently. I've heard poor things about management from customers as well as staff however.

After recent renovations the building feels new and refreshed. The location is nice, convenient, and clean. Friendly service for the most part and the food is good.

I asked for a foot long. They asked what kind of bread. I looked and saw they now had a wrap as a bread option. I love wraps, decided to try it. Finished my order and when to eat. I got a 6 inch wrap instead of the foot long I ordered and halfway through eating it I found a piece of plastic in my food. It seemed to be the corner piece cut off from the corner of a sauce packet. Not good service. I've been to 15 different subways on school trips, and I've gotten better service from 1 guy that wasnt the best at english serving 25 hungry teenage basketball players all on his own, making sandwiches and manning the cash register alone. I know what a subway can offer, and this one isnt it for me.

Its decent food but I've never met a staff member there that looks like they wanna be there. They always have a good soup selection and I like that.
