Subway

Very poor service from all staff members. Especially when dealing with the female in the photo. They did not have their name tags present and would not share their names so this was my last option.
They claimed to not know their owner/managers name as well so I have inconveniently been forced to hunt that down only to make a lousy complaint on a job that you applied to do.

It was normal interaction until I requested extra mayo, The mayo tube was very low and almost empty but I requested extra and she simply did not want to grab another tube?
The man working with her was not much help also and just stared into the abyss when spoken too. He kept hiding when I was requesting any kind of helpful information.
I ended up leaving my mayo less sub and drove to another location.

1820 main and the same thing happened, mayo was low, I requested more and only this time, the employee simply turned around to the fridge and grabbed another mayo bottle and made the sub with extra mayo, so at least someone can do their job.

Awesome services with great team, especially the turban guy and one more with him. Both helped me make my Sub exceptionally tasty.

Much suggested subway store.

Clean environment, prompt service and tasty sandwich. Always serves fresh bread with right amount of sauce and veggies.

Choco chunk and Reese's peanut were fresh and aromatic.

Place is easy to access as well, next to shoppers drug Mart

Service is friendly. Food is what u expect, but sometimes the atmosphere is weird or bad customer.

Very friendly service, quickly made my sandwiches and they were very tasty! Love the new menu, also hope to see deals again on multiple sandwich orders to help save money.

They don’t have soup bowls to give to customers instead what I saw was disgusting, they are serving soup in fountain drinks cups instead of soup bowl. Seriously it’s totally weird. They don’t know how to serve customers.

The staff always seem really dead inside and bad with english. Wouldnt exactly consider applying here either as it seems they only hire a certain eastern woman type.anyhow aside from that theyre kinda stingy on toppings and dont remotely offer free cookies so yeah. Probably the worst subway in the city as everyother one ive been to seems to have a bit more integrity and not just some stinky dumpsyerfore of mundanr bitterness in a settle way. I try my best to ignore this places existence as it truly kills my vibe everytime ive gone here.

A lady today messed my order up, I asked for rotisserie chicken but she heard crispy, I noticed and corrected her and she rolled her eyes at me and said I said crispy, I know for a fact I didn't and that she just heard me wrong, they were also promoting it so I can see why it'd be on her mind, she said I could have the other crispy chicken I didn't want and I was like you can charge me for that as well and she gave me a dirty look like yeah you'd have to anyway, idk those stank vibes make me not want to come back, I don't think I should have to pay for something I didn't want and ended up throwing out because of her mistake anyway.

I really want to give 0 stars if possible.
Had a really bad experience. I visited this location at 9: 45pm on 12 June and the person working there told me he cannot open the door because they are closed. I was really disappointed as online it said they are open till 10 pm and he said they can just close the store whenever they want as their manager allows them to do so. I walked all the way and this is what They offered. Really RUDE! Worst store ever. I really hope the owner of the store will take a strict action after this.

My sub tasted rotten. I was'nt arguing with the Karen behind the counter.
I was'nt offered a reciept as the two staff bickered. I want my money back.

Very bad service also so rude i asked one of the workers if they deliver and she said, " no! Delivery, " so loud.

I stopped in on a cold, windy Saturday afternoon walk to warm up with some Chicken Noodle Soup and impulsively added a Chicken Mighty Melt and Salad Combo to my order. The staff was soft spoken, polite and patient with me. I gave my requests one by one for an assortment of the available vegetables (lettuce, spinach, pickles, green pepper, tomato, hot banana pepper, jalapeño pepper, purple onion, cucumber) for the salad and a few for the sandwich after it was toasted to melt my requested Swiss cheese over the requested rotisserie style chicken morsels. A dash of pepper and Sweet Onion dressing on both of my sandwich and salad. The Melt and Salad Combo is a good value for the CA$6. The soup broth was flavourful without being overly salty, nice recognizable carrot slices, bite sized chicken morsels and plump, interestingly shaped noodles. A good choice today for warming up inside and out.
The alternative soup option of Tomato Basil was tempting.
Maybe if I was more of a fan of Country Music, I'd have enjoyed the radio station being played softly over the dining area.
I ate too quickly to take a photo of my good looking food.
