Great Subway location. Staff are hardworking and good at their job. Will come back for sure.

The employee was extremely humble and kind in her dealings. I liked the way she talked and offered the fillings. I truly admire her way of working.

I ordered a steak and cheese combo on Skipthedishes knowing the price for that item is more than what I actually order. I than called the store immediately to let them know what I wanted (spicy italian, off menu sub, isnt available in the app). Apparently they were unable to do that because the sub was made 30 seconds after I placed my order online. I've done this multiple times in the past with other locations and it hasn't been a problem. Customer service is very poor at this location. Unwilling to accommodate a simple request. Not giving me the time of day. Will not order here again and I suggest other people do the same.

No maximum occupancy signage during covid times. During visit at 1230 pm on may 28th/2021 their was 8 customers in their and no distance between customers.

Poor customer service even the girl was not friendly. She was trying to finish the order with a bad eyes expression. Need to train the staff.

Well came in
There was a Lady not quite friendly, just trying to finish order not giving customers service.
Chicken was less in my sub. Did not full the scoop for the chicken.

This is the first time I ordered from this location on Ellice and I must say this is my new favorite location for the simple reason that the meat and veggies were fresh and that the sandwich artist absolutely did not skimp on the toppings which is rare as compared to other Subway locations I have frequented.

My server Ammit was very nice she was so patient with the customer before me guy with lots of freckles giving her a hard time saying he knows the owner

What a terrible experience. Stale bread. Out of products. No mustard. Apparently they don't have mustard in Manitoba unlike everywhere else in the world. The staff member was okay but all in all we just couldn't wait to get out of there. We ate our food and realized subway has gone way downhill lately. Just like this new scheme of cutting the footlong subs in half to save some toppings. They're screwing us and raising the prices every year. Definitely not worth the money. No wonder they all look like they're slow and so dirty inside.

Went in and asked for gluten free bread. The girl said "it's frozen". And I asked if it could be thawed and she said no. Went to a different subway and they microwaves it with no questions asked. Won't be back to this subway.

This particular location has greatly improved their staff since my last visit in January. Overall, the food is fresh and the experience is as you should expect in every Subway.

Location to access the restaurant could be tricky depending on where you try to access the store. If you are on Ellice, heading for St James it's not a problem. It gets harder when you are on the other direction, towards downtown: there's no direct access to turn left to enter the parking lot. You have to find your way!

In conclusion, the Subway experience has greatly improved since my last visit, but could be hard to access the store depending on where you are.

The staff here were very friendly, quick and made me a delicious sub! Would travel back to this location over other locations just for the service

Subway food and service good. But dissaponted to find out that they do not offer the chopped salad anymore. Just a plain salad. Makes a big difference in how much you get now.

It is a typical Subway. One note is they did not have orange cheddar cheese, if that matters for anyone. I ordered a tuna sub and maybe tuna is not very popular in Winnipeg but, it was pretty dry almost old tasting, likely just dry though. Other than this the staff were courteous and friendly.

Always busy place. Adding new features to choose. Food always fresh. Buns soft always being made. Good parking.

Every single table was dirty. The customer in front of me mentioned it before I could and she went and did 2 swipes down the middle of each table. Then I asked not to have my bun squished down lije she did to both my sons and she smirked and squished the bread down.

Came in at 10: 45 was told by employee they were closed but guessed he could help, said he had to get home to do other things, two ladies walked in after I had order and he yelled at the he was done and couldn't make anymore subs. My subs where then rushed and not made properly, I was hungry enough that the effort of getting him to remake them was not worth it. I understand having other commitments but turning away customers during business hours is un acceptable in my opinion.

Horrible employees here! My bill was 65$, got 7 subs and a gift card. The employees rushed me, sighed and groaned at everything. Rushed to make them and all subs were sloppy and messy. Will not be going back to this location. Someone spending a fair bit of money in a fast food restaurant should not be treated like their business is not wanted. I wish I could rate this place 0 stars!

CHRISTINA! Worst customer service. Yelled at me when i told her that she dodnt made a good panini. She didnt put anything on it just grilled it and done no sause nothing not even asked. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
