Subway

Never has soup. If they do, it's the last dregs of chicken noodle, never the much better b&c. Always low on all things frankly. Seems like it might be having trouble.

Excellent food, as usual. Very friendly service. Dining room is clean. Washroom needs attention. Whatever it is they play on the speakers in the dining room is too loud and is excruciatingly annoying and is enough to make me leave.

You can walk in the door but be prepared for the lady to tell you their system is down and they can't take your order

I went and bought a cunuck classic foot long and started to eat the sandwich and about half way through the food started taste mouldy. I spoke to the manager gurneet and explained the problem and she told me it was not possible and no one else had complained. I told her well "I am having an issue with the product and would like a refund do to being put off by the mouldy product" she offered to make me another sandwich but I explained I was not interested in the sandwich and would just like my money back or a subway card to use at another time, that she also denied. The way she handled it made me feel like I was a person trying to scam them into a free sandwich. I don't go out to eat very often but when I do it is a treat to myself. This was an upsetting experience, it is a shame as the store is close to my residence. I will not spend money there again and instead I will travel the extra kilometers to the Provencher or Marion subway locations in future to avoid losing my appetite and possibly prevent wasting my money on an inedible sandwich.

Stale bread, eat fresh.

For what is charged, I would expect fresh food. Especially now that Subway asks for tips. Staff seemed unhappy, not one smile from the 3 people behind the counter.

Overall this place is good. It’s clean, fast, and friendly. All of what you expect from a fast food except their toaster …I went there twice, and both of the time my sandwich wasn’t toasted properly. I could tell that they toasted it as I asked since the cheese was melted however the braid was dry and a lil bit soggy after they added the sauce yuk. I truly believe that they either have a toaster that isn’t working properly or they put the wrong temperature.

Very disappointed in the costumer service. 1st off i had to call the restaurant 9 times to figure out this issue. I placed a order through SkipTheDishes and It has no blt option. So I ordered a veggie sub with bacon and then called asking them to change it into a blt because of there being no option on SkipTheDishes. After finally getting ahold of someone, the phone got passed around and I was told that it was not possible to make it into a blt because it was too “expensive” and she was not the manager. At the end she said that she could only take the cookies off my combo to make it into a blt. Which makes no sense because the veggie sub combo with added bacon is more expensive then a blt combo. All in all after being treated so poorly on the phone im very disappointed in how this simple issue was handled and if my order was allready not paid for through skip I definitely would have canceled it.

If I could give zero star, I would have given.
The girl working on 22 feb 5.30am was so rude! I don’t usually give negative reviews. But, her absolutely worst customer service and tone of speech made me do that! I hope the manager takes this into consideration!

This subway is awesome! Lots of subways are starting to Rip people off with the amount of meat they put on the subs because they don't use the paper to make the set ups especially with the cold cut combo.im glad to see this subway doesn't do this so good job!

There was a hair in my boyfriend's sub that ended up stuck in his teeth, absolutely disgusting

The lady who made our sandwiches today was rude and we found a giant a** hair in my fiancés 6 inch sub, its NOT our hair it was intertwined with the meat!

Worst subway business ever. I ordered a rotisserie chicken ranch melt.

Got like 3 pieces of chicken string for my rotisserie chicken. No bacon. No ranch, no pepper, No spinach No cheese at all! No extra cheese that I paid for. No banana peppers. Sub is so dry falling apart. Bread is chewy. This sub has no flavor. Onions are these huge chunks. Green peppers are huge chunks, Not regular slices? What a waste of 50$ never will return. EVER. I don't suggest anyone go to this location. Wish I could post a pic so you could see how pathetic these subs are.
Think my subway days are over.most definitely for goulet location.

Employee didn't pay attention to order, had to remake one sub, and didn't bother putting more than a single squirt of sauce on the sub they had to remake, and put the wrong sauce entirely on the other, again barely putting any on. Absolutely ruined my meal and my night

How can you go wrong. Bread is your choice. Protein, cheese and veggies are your choice. In the end they bag exactly what you want!
