Subway

We went to the Ashern location this afternoon and received very bad service. The young lady was very unprofessional and unfriendly. Made faces when asked to see the amount of a topping asked for. She the proceeded to ask in a very unfriendly and curt tone what I wanted. I cancelled our order and stated that she was presenting as very unhappy and it was not good service. I don't recommend this subway location unless her attitude changes.

Food is pretty good, but not always the freshest. One incident of racism against one of our kids’ friends, and one woman who works here continuously gives out erroneous information, then accuses you of lying when she gets called out. Eat here if you don’t mind that kind of thing.

The manager/owner flat out lied to me after she made my wraps and had said that she was willing to accept my Subway buy one Series get one 50% off (IF I paid the price of the bread not the wrap), then said she wouldn’t take my coupon once the wraps were made and it was time to pay.

I didn’t pay or take the wraps.

Too many folks come to this country, operate businesses and treat customers like scum. This place is one such place.

Never again will I waste the 10 minutes in their new location. Not with this sort of attitude towards the very people who provide their revenue.

I have read many other reviews that indicate this poor service is a common occurrence in the Ashern Subway.

Time to let corporate know this location is damaging the hard-earned reputation of Subway with such awful customer service.

Lettuce was brown, lots of flys in the restaurant and not very friendly staff. The old subway was much better

Typical stressful ordering over the loud sound of the subway fan/blower, being 1/2 deaf always makes ordering at subway hard to do. Masks just made this problem worse for me. Not their fault and they go above and beyond and even shouted for me! 5 service. Good is taking a portion hit though.

Worst customer service ever at this subway, the lady looked at us a
Grumpy and the following people and just greeted with yes? Tell her what you'd like and as she's grabbing the bread, she's throwing it on the counter slapping the ingredients on. No questions, just stares at you. Wasn't until someone else came out of the back room she was smiling. Finally when that happened she greeted another customer with a friendly hello. Will not stop here again. Highly recommend a different subway.

The lady's washroom has not been worked on for yrs. Needs updating and more cleaning.
Staff is ok and helpful

The staff at the Subway during my visit were friendly although they did appear a bit disorganized.

The employee who served me had a hard time understanding me, I don't believe that English was her first language.

The sub I ordered, a grilled chicken, was well prepared. However I wanted it grilled but only received it toasted.

Not a bad, but not a perfect experience either.
