Very nice workers!
I made a call to reserve an album and they had it. I kept it on hold for 2 days before picking it up. When I got to the store, everything was smooth they even suggested me to look at stuff that I would possibly be interested!

Very overpriced and frequent damaged product. Half the records I have bought here are either scratched or warped. Worst record store in Winnipeg!

Great Sunrise location. So many things in stock and a quite endless selection spanning across so many different genres. Vinyls, CDs, DVDs, and more. Even merchandise if that’s your thing. Highly recommend - favourite music shop in the city. Fair prices too.

I was an album that wasn't in stock and the staff saved it for me for a week when I wasn't able to pick it up on the day I said I would. Great staff!

I want to go shopping at the st vital location.it has been closed. Third time trying to go shopping here. Said open today 08/20/20 now closed until the 21st. I cannot trust that now. Pretty disappointed was going to be buying a good amount too.

I bought a BluRay that happened to be damaged in November of 2019. The employee helping me (Kyle maybe?) try to find an undamaged copy has gone absolutely above and beyond, and it's almost 2021.

This might be one of my favorite places, the staff are wonderful. If anything is out of stock they will not hesitate to order you it in.

If you are looking for a movie or music CD, this is the right place to come, they have a great selection, they even have in cassettes format music, the prices are good and the staff is super friendly and nice.

They had vinyl advertised for. 99 for used Christmas albums, mixed in the bins were multiple of the same albums which were full price and considered”New” They refused to honour the advertised price, blaming customers for their lack of proper advertising and separation of what’s used and what’s new. New and used albums mixed together, poor organization skills, poor customer service and poor management skills. Proper training is needed.

The staff at the store are all super friendly and very down to earth, easy to talk to and if something’s not there and there isn’t a lineup they’ll even help you look for something in the back or under the CD racks. The whole business setup is poor though, bought 3 CD’s, 2 others I wanted weren’t in, so they said they’d order them. Ended up getting one in like 2-3 weeks and the other one took about 6-7 months to get a CD in. I ordered the CD after waiting a month and got it in less than a week from amazon lol. I guess places like this can’t survive today without doing things this way, but you can get it for same price or within a few dollars either way on Amazon and in a fraction of the time.
