Started out with talking to Ian at Super Value. Has a very upbeat voice and very easy to talk to. You know you are speaking to a happy person.
First to arrive were Ashton & Eric to clean our dryer vent. Friendly, courteous, worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Jerry came to clean and inspect the furnace. He was very thorough. Enjoyed the conversation we had after he was done. We are very happy with the all around service we received.

The service was very good. The service technicians were friendly and helpful. Service was provided by Fateh.

This company is one of the finest I’ve had the opportunity of dealing with. Everyone from their technicians to their support staff to their customer service and management teams. They were a real pleasure to deal with.
With a minor communication error, there was a fee that got charged to me, but in the end was fully refunded. I would expect nothing less from this company as they really do value their customers feedback, and genuinely take action to resolve matters in a timely fashion. My hats iff to them!

Ian’s partner called in sick so he came alone. We asked for double the carpets when he came to the house. He accepted our request without a pause. It meant he was at our house for four hours without a break. He was pleasant and courteous throughout. He did a thorough job. We highly recommend super value

I had my couch and love seat cleaned by them today. They both look like new very pleased with their service. The 2 guys worked efficiently and were very professional. I will definitely use them again!

This was my first experience with professional carpet cleaning. I was happy with everything from the first phone call till the job was finished. I got good advice on maintaining my carpets, and the price was reasonable. I would recommend this company.

Used this company maybe 8-10 years ago? They've now been on this nom stop calling the last few months even though I tell them everytime I'm not interested, stop calling, have no carpets, leather couch etc.
In February they have now called me Feb. 2, Feb. 7 and Feb14th. At what point in time do they finally stop with all of these phone calls?

The staff was polite, fast and efficient. They arrived within the window specified. The company was responsive and accommodating when I needed to change the date.

Got my carpet cleaned ONCE almost 6 years ago now and they constantly keep calling me about their services. I have called them back to say please take me off your call list I don’t even live in that home anymore. They’re worse than telemarketers!

Super Value did my ducts when we first moved in to this house and there was alot of pieces of debris and dust. The tec showed me how the inside of the ducts look before and after the cleaning. I now get this done every three years and feel the quality of air very much improved when they leave. Would I recommend them? Most definitely. They were on time, professional and answered all my many questions. They even recommended some things to help keep the vents clean. I also learned they do snow removal, and lawn care. Yup I trust them.

The 2 young men that came were on time and were very respectful. They did a great job and I will definitely go with this company again as well as refer my friends and family. Thanks again

Awful. Completely dishonest about their pricing (not just misleading - outright dishonest while in your home) and the work was awful. I wish there was a zero star option.

Super Value Home Services have cleaned my carpets and upholstery a couple of times and they always do a great job. The technicians are great - very professional and helpful.

So we hired SuperValu to clean our carpets and our ducts, $1800.00. So after the fact our furnace wouldn’t turn on and we had to hire an unbiased company to rectify the situation as all SuperValu wanted to do was send out there “hvac” technician for $150+tax just to see if they were negligent, we all know how biased those outcomes would turn out. I DONT recommend this company at all.

I’d leave less than 1 star, if possible. It’s very sad that super value has purchased a long-standing respected duct cleaning company in Winnipeg and is in the process of destroying their good name.

Like the other reviews, we were quoted $299 plus $99 for dryer vent cleaning but final bill was $783.89 to include 2 additional main ducts and 8 “sealed” joists. These were all cleaned as cold air returns by Air-o-vac. Exactly how a 70 year old house grows new main ducts seems incredulous. My husband said the upselling started the moment they arrived.

I called and spoke to Rodo, the manager, who told me the technician had my husband’s signed agreement for the extra work and the only thing he’d offer was a discount on future services as the “price” has already been heavily discounted.
I questioned the “price” as they could put any number on the invoice. Rodo said all their prices are on the website but I couldn’t find them anywhere.

I, also, object to the technicians not wearing masks or offering to wear them. YES, I could’ve requested but instead opted to leave while they were here.

When I mentioned this to Rodo, he said the current mask mandate has ended and it’s a personal choice. I beg to differ. That is true in public spaces but this is a private home. I consider it very disrespectful.

I wish I’d read these reviews prior to booking.

This is just to let you know about the experience my parents had with this company, They hired them to clean there ducts and wash a couch and chair. They were quoted $299 to clean the ducts and $150.00 to do the couch and chair, once they got there they were told they had to pay an extra $50.00 per cold air intake, my parents complained and said they were told $299 included everything but were told that is just duct cleaning, then when they started washing the chair they noticed streaking and stop both agreed not to continue with the couch incase it caused damage, at the end of it they charge my elderly parents of over 80 years $100 to clean the chair that was steaked. The total bill was over $600.00 and then the next morning there was so much dust all over the house you could write your name it it. They also told them to turn up the heat so that the furnace would run while there were cleaning the ducts, What a joke that was. VERY displease with this company would never recommend them to anyone.

Continually “cold calling” me. I’ve only ever used 1 company to clean my ducts yet somehow this company obtained my name and unlisted phone number.
I did not provide anyone my consent to use that information or share it. This is a terrible practice and I would not trust a company that does this.

I was really impressed with Jesse and Kevin. They worked quickly, always asked permission to move something or do anything out of the ordinary, and we’re just good guys in general. The work itself turned in excellent results.

My main concern and the reason they got three instead of four or five stars would be with the quote from the sales lady on the telephone. She quoted 299 for 15 vents and two main runs with the furnace. What was not clear, is that the $299 only covered the heat side of our furnace/heating system.

The telephone quote did not in anyway address the fact that there are additional charges for the cold air returns on the system and the floor joist runs of the cold air return system. So what started as a $300 quote, turned into an extra $100 because I have four main air runs instead of two. Then it was an additional $400 for the additional cold air returns whereas they called them closed joists. (Thermopan covers the floor joists essentially making a simple cold air return). The total came to $800 on a $299 quote.

All that being said, before the work started we sat down with a pen and paper and Jesse broke it down item by item with me so I knew what I was getting into before I allowed them to proceed with the work.

As I said the work was excellent, my issue is with the telephone sales people not telling the whole story and only quoting the hot air side of the system and not the cold air returns.

When you quote a job, don’t quote only half a job and surprise folks with the rest of the job when the techs get to the home. It ticks off the client and leaves the poor techs to undo the misunderstandings.

Very Disappointed! I would highly recommend that any potential customer pay attention to the negative reviews. The positive ones all sound alike and are likely written by friends and relatives. I agreed to a 200$ 4 room carpet cleaning. They had stains and I was debating just replacing them, but wanted a professional opinion on whether they could be cleaned. Within a minute of arrival the up sell began. It would take an additional 214$ to get the stains out. I explained 200$ was my limit. If they couldn’t be cleaned properly just say so. A minute later the “technician” said 100$ extra for a rotating brush stain removal. I relented as he implied it would do the trick. The only stain that lightened was the one I had pre treated the night before. Not only did the others remain the same, but the carpets now have wave like ridges from being beat up by the machine. 300$ and they look worse. Total waste of time and money. I would highly recommend using someone more professional and reputable.
Please do not reply with an offer of a credit towards future services. Absolutely won’t be happening.

It was great! The duct vents and dryer vent cleaning was done very quickly and efficiently. I was even shown a picture of the cleaned dryer vent. At the last minute, I remembered a large spot (that I had tried my best to get out) on the carpet in the den. I asked about spot cleaning and they gladly did it for me. The results were wonderful! You would never think that the spot was ever there.l highly recommend the technicians and appreciate their work. Thanks so much!

I had 3 different services completed by 2 teams on same day at different times. Duct cleaning, Carpet cleaning and Furnace maintenance.very professional.kept me up to date on the work and progresses. Gave me options for additional services. No pressure tactics.

Overall it was a great experience. The first time I called I spoke with a girl who I later found out was possible that she was new as she just mentioned that the inspection cost was "only" $130". However the manager reached out to me and explained if I booked the service I could avoid that cost and I was so grateful he reached out to me. The job itself was fast. I was lucky the vent cover did not need replacement. However I'm worried the birds that had nested over the spring and summer will come back and find a way to nest in the duct again, finding a way to keep the flap open for them to go in and out. The technicians were very friendly and explained every step of the way what they were doing. Michael was new but if he hadn't told me I wouldn't have known. He followed the more experienced technician and was of great help. Together they got the job done (cleaned duct vent) in less than 2h.

Cleaned our carpets with care and attention to detail. Removed all the stains. Cleaned up when finished. They were very protective of our furniture. Highly recommend this company

Use this company if you love to be harassed with phone call after phone call as well as voicemails every single week. They don't take no for an answer on the phone. I don't own carpet yet I get a call every week for carpet cleaning. They just don't get it.

Avoid this company. I used their service one time, and since then, they have been harrassing me with phone calls for years. Sometimes multiple times within a few days. They have promised me multiple times to remove me from their call list, but they keep calling me back. I resorted to blocking their number, but they keep calling me back from new numbers. Once they even called me from a private, unblockable number. If they can't reach me, they call my ex. I am actually considering reporting these people for spam calling. Others and I have left reviews about this behaviour for years, but they take no actions to correct it. They obviously don't care.

The techs were very professional, efficient. My carpet is 12 years old, hadn't been cleaned professionally for 6 years, had various pet and other stains. All was removed and it looked new again. Very happy with the service and highly recommend.

Used them for carpet cleaning on a move out from apartment years ago. We have stated multiple times we will call if we needed a cleaning and they consistently call myself and husband over and over. I just received a call at 8: 30 pm and I don't appreciate being asked about where I live. I asked to be removed from call list and I hope we do not receive another call like previous reviewers otherwise I will never use this service again. Not professional at all to be constantly calling customers when they haven't asked for a call.

What an awful experience. I hired them to remove stains from a basement carpet. They quoted 160$ based on the square footage of the room and when they showed up they attempted to double that price. That was refused and they did the job. The stains were untouched so I complained and offered them the opportunity to fix their mistake. They informed me that they would come and perform the same cleaning again for free but it would likely not change the state of the stains. I was told that if I wanted the stains gone they would have to charge me significantly more money. When I said this was unacceptable and that I would no longer be using their services I was offered a 30$ credit for future cleanings. The customer service follow up call was the only decent experience that I had with this company. I would strongly suggest picking a different, more professional company for your carpet cleaning needs if you actually want the carpet to be clean when they leave.

I was a repeat client of Supervalu, but no more. The quality of service has definitely declined over the years and the most recent visit to my home left my furniture and floors covered in dust, muck and debris, from roughshod service and lack of care towards cleaning up the debris from the services and that left by personnel and their equipment. I'm compelled to write a review due to the numerous follow up calls that have been an irritant and waste of my time, trying to get me to change my feedback, without offering any substantial remedy. Do not recommend and will not use again.

Great job.everything was perfect. We apparently had 4 mains not 2 so it doubled in price which I find a little odd. Make sure to ask more questions before booking but overall the job and experience was great. I would hire them again.

Great company. Ashton did our recliner today. Had him a year ago for upholstery cleaning. He is very thorough and professional. I would recommend him for any upholstery cleaning. We are very happy. Our chair looks brand new. It was very dirty and I really didn't think it would look so good but it surpassed my expectations. Ask for Ashton.

Always receive excellent service from this company: this time: still awesome! Appointments are always available within a couple of days: no long waits. They confirmed our appointment by email to reassure us and let us know when the technicians had almost arrived at our home. The technicians are always pleasant and respectful. They use quality products and inspect their own work to ensure they've performed to their high standards. Their prices are comparable to other Winnipeg companies and they often have discounts and special offers.

During the heat wave in June and July 2020 my air conditioner was not cooling the home as well as it had in previous years. I was assuming it was just the horrible temperatures making it impossible to get the air cool as I live in the top floor of an older home.

I realized it was not working when it finally cooled down and it was still not cooling the house. I called super value for a service call on Friday night for a service call and they called me back first thing Saturday. I gave all my information and they booked it leaving me an email to confirm. They came promptly after calling me when they headed over and the entire appointment took 15 minutes they quickly found out the issue was my filters (I didn't bother to look at my filters since I don't own the home) they sold me high quality filters on site saving me the trip to the store during covid and delivered it the next day.

Booking an appointment was easy. Technicians showed up promptly on scheduled date. Guys were professional, courteous and clean. Explained every aspect of the job. Excellent job.

This company repeatedly call my cellphone asking for a person that I do not know. They call over and over again asking for the same person I do not know. They have called as late as 8: 15pm the other night (HELLOOOOOO. PEOPLE HAVE KIDS AND FAMILIES). AFTER I said to stop calling the person they are looking for is NOT at this number, the cherry on top was they now decided to call me.through a Pvt number now (tonight) 7pm at night looking for the same guy I literally (1 hour prior) told them that 1. I don't him 2. I got this number from Telus 2 years ago 3.to PLEASE take me off their phone list. They are rude.disrespectful.and asking for MY personal information.

I've been using Super Value Home Services for my rugs and upholstery for a few years now and am very happy with their work. Their cleaners are personable, efficient, tidy up after themselves, and do an excellent job. Last time they even cleaned my little door mat for free! Highly recommend them.

Super Value was really lovely to interact with on the phone, via email and in-person. I never once came across someone that made me question giving them my business. Everyone I interacted with was very lovely and very sweet. And the technicians that came were super friendly and really comfortable to be around.
